    The restaurant was way too loud, they only had the front section of the restaurant open, so they jammed everyone in the same room. I did ask to be moved once I noticed how loud it was only to be told the back section was not open. We ordered some appetizers to start, it took a half hour for them to arrive, our meals came before we finished our appetizers which is really annoying, the waiter never refilled our waters throughout the two and a half hours we spent there. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with our lunch experience, we have been there several times, and this was so disappointing with the ambience. Why would the restaurant not open up the back area to accommodate us, it was nice and quiet there. The manager of the restaurant really should have opened this section up. We couldn't hear each other talk throughout the lunch. We were a party of five. No place to hold a business lunch.

    The food at Ocean Prime is top notch and the service is excellent. One of my favorite places to dine when I am meeting people from out of town. It can get crowded so book in advance!

    We had a wonderful dinner last night at Ocean Prime. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing!!! The restaurant was very busy with lots of large groups but the noise level was perfect and we commented on that numerous times during our visit. We will return again!

    I believe this is my fourth visit to Ocean Prime. Service was a bit slow on Father's Day as it too awhile to get acknowledged by our server when we were seated. One we got our order put in things started to arrive at a good pace. We ordered three steaks: one filet medium, one filet with blue cheese medium and a NY Strip Medium. One filet was medium well to well, one filet with the blue cheese was surprisingly not tasty, the strip was undercooked. I brought the strip to the attention of our server and she took it back to be cooked a bit more. Upon its return, it was perfectly cooked, but my soon had eaten all of his steak and my wife was nearly done. The sides fries we ordered as sides were not as hot as I would expect. We were offered and received dessert to share. The experience was under what I was used to at Ocean Prime. In general, the meal was acceptable, but at the price point of a premium steak house, it was not even close to what I expect. Will I go again? Sure! I had some transcendent experiences there. However, this wasn't it. If this was my first experience, I likely would go somewhere else next time.
