   We chose this restaurant for our mothers day dinner, as we had just been to your location in NYC and LOVED the experience. Unfortunately our experience here fell short. We sat outside on the patio - which worked out fine as the sun was out. However, I had sent a note via open table to confirm there were outdoor heaters to accommodate some of my party - and noone ever returned my question. As it turns out there are no heaters and it got cold quickly! Service was slow, our bread arrived 45 mins after we were seated, and the rest of the courses were slow to come out. My anticipation for having the signature cocktail of berries and bubbles was disappointing, as the champagne was shaken in the mixer vs pouring it on top (as it was in NY), and it just didn't taste as fresh and bubbly. Also I could tell it sat at the bar in the shaker for awhile as the entire drink was just watered down and the dry ice stopped bubbling after a few mins (vs. lasting nearly 45 mins in NYC). Our food, sushi, lobster mac & cheese, lobster linguine and tuna were all very good - just long to arrive and luke warm. All of this was topped off by long waits for our valeted car - nearly 20 mins. Very disappointing for the money we spent on dinner and the extra $35 for valet parking. We will not be returning nor recommending this location to friends.

   Oh my gosh! Manager “made it happen” for our extra guest!! Do accommodating! Food was beyond delicious! Service - excellent!!

   I attended for the first time for Mother’s Day. The valet attendant was very courteous as we were early and let us wait in our car. This set the table for a great experience. I will be back. I did however expect a more extensive menu but it was delicious.

   Impersonation of my reservation - my party was told I had already dined there earlier vs when I had my reservation. I don’t believe any checks were done by the staff when someone fraudulently claimed they were me. I will not dine here again

   My mail was improperly prepared. I ordered steak and eggs and asked for the State the eggs to be prepared over medium. They would deliver to me poached. I asked for three eggs over easy. They delivered three poached eggs and then we were receiving the bill I was charged for an additional three eggs where I only actually had one extra egg. The food was not hot. The service by the gentleman that waited on us was very good very friendly had absolutely no issues. The service team was attentive but for the price of the product for breakfast $240 for four people for breakfast my wife didn’t even order a mail. She had potatoes and sausage. My daughter had French toast And both me and my son had steak and eggs. We had one drink a mimosa and iced tea and a iced coffee, the cinnamon buns that we had to start the meal with wonderful but the value for what we received today and being overcharged and not getting the proper Eggs prepared as asked is inexcusable we were the first customers in there. There’s no reason to have anything messed up I did not send the food back because I don’t do that if the food comes out and its improperly prepared and there’s no excuse I don’t feel it’s my obligation to have to ask to correct the meal poached eggs, and eggs over easy and not the same !! and then to be charged for three extra eggs because it comes with two is ridiculous so all in all VERY POOR !! I am not the customer that has time to complain. It was a very special day for me to spend with my wife and my family in ocean prime let DOWN !! EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED ON THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF THE YEAR IN THE RESTAURANT BUISNESS !! KEVIN OBoy 6175134344
