Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar is an upscale dining restaurant on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are open nightly for dinner and drinks through all seasons. We pride ourselves in using fresh local and regional ingredients, in season, to create interesting and flavorful meals. We have a comprehensive wine list and have been awarded "Best of the Beach - 2014-2017" for our Martini Bar. We also have an oceanside patio, across the street from the beach, for drinks and waiting. We are capable of providing food and cocktails for a large variety of events, on- or off-premise. We often host birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, pharmaceutical dinners, etc. in the restaurant. For larger events such as wedding receptions and large scale anniversary parties, we can cater in your rental property or selected banquet area with a full scale, personally designed menu.

Within the restaurant, we are capable of seating as many as 22 people upstairs for a semi-private event. In our wine room, we can accommodate up to 12. If needed, we can book the downstairs dining area to handle up to 60.

Our private lot is on the side of the restaurant by the front door. When the lot becomes full, we have access to alternate lots in cooperation with the Beachwoods Property Group. These parking lots are located just beyond our adjacent lot, to the west.

After Dinner (10:00pm) on Friday Nights we offer live music with local and regional bands until 1:30am. During the Spring, Summer and Fall, we often have a solo acoustic performer on our Oceanside patio.

Ocean Boulevard is a pilgrimage for us, and it has been for many years. The Seven Lettuce Salad is worth the trip alone! We had great service at the start, including a waiter who was personable and remembered our order without notes. Later in the meal though, he disappeared and we sat for awhile wondering when we could advance to the next course. We look forward to the next visit.

This was an excellent experience for all 4 diners. Food was delicious, service was friendly and helpful. All around great experience and my parents are super picky (and cheap) and they wanted to go back the next night.

Excellent dinner as always. My husband is allergic to raw onions and the staff went over and above to ensure we had appetizers and entrees to accommodate. The Chef’s Fish Selection was outstanding with a generous portion of wild caught salmon and shrimp. Wait staff very friendly and kept our water glasses filled. Have eaten here for years on our annual vacation to OBX. Will continue to return.

This is one of our favorite places in the Outer Banks. The food is always excellent and the drinks are great. I had the rockfish special and my husband the tenderloin. Everything was wondeful.

We had a terrific experience at the Ocean Blvd Bistro and Martini Bar. The She Crab Soup and the Seven Lettuce Salad we shared before dinner were both very good. My wife loved her Martini the Lamb Ravioli she had for dinner. I also I loved the roasted half chicken I had for dinner. Tom, our waiter was excellent, he was very attentive, but not intrusive in the least - we will definitely be back when we visit OBX.

Sat at the chef's table. Enjoyed the interaction with the kitchen staff. Attentive service. Scallops were delicious. The rack of lamb needed a bit more seasoning, but cooked to perfection. Enjoyed the sorbet and ice cream combo tor dessert and their take on the ginger spice cake. One of our favorite spots in the OBX!

We chose this venue for our 52nd wedding anniversary dinner. It was a good choice and the experience surpassed our other two nights at top-rated restaurants at the Outer Banks. Great fare, superb service and they gave us our requested quiet very private table next to the seaside window.

Awesome! We had the Red Drum entree special. Perfectly cooked fish and large portions. Everything was very nice! We are in the OBX for a week and are coming here twice! We have done this every October for years.

Oksana was gracious and her service was exemplary. I love the open kitchen concept and the calm, fun atmosphere that they projected. Your food runner/ expeditor is on the back and I told her so. She's a definite asset to your restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared and plated. Loved the Tuna app,Duck and creme brulee. Next time I will try the lamb. So tasty! Highly recommend just know you are going to spend money for the experience. My husband recommends the Sazerac
