This was my second time there. The food just lacks flavor. I went first for brunch with friends and got the German buttermilk pancake and it was a little burnt and tasted like cornbread and then second time got eggs Benedict and again flavor was not there and needed salt. I enjoy the environment of the restaurant but since I am really there for food I will probably not go back again.

We went later at night. We had a nice meal. The service was very friendly. We really enjoyed the tasting plate for an appetizer. Our main courses were great as well.

Food was good. Waiter was incredibly rude. I asked for soup instead of salad and then he brought me salad anyways. I asked politely if he would correct it and he replied very rudely that now i would be getting both. Like i purposely made him make the mistake. I ended paying 45 to two ok sandwiched. Definitely wont be going back.

Overall it was good. The only issue this time is that they have computer problems and "cancelled" my Open Table reservation. At the end of my meal, I talked to the receptionist lady and she said that they have issues but didn't offer a solution, just told me to talk to the manager. While it is true I understood the problem they had that morning, I didn't get my points until I offered a solution: to make a reservation again at the time I was in and they were able to process it.

The food has been outstanding and the service wonderful every time we've eaten at Oasis. It's one of our very favorite restaurants in SLC.

An unusually broad vegan menu (well worth eating even if not a vegan) and all food options are terrific. Friendly service, alcohol, and the Golden Braid right next door if you have to wait.

As a Celiac, I appreciated the delicious gluten-free bread they served with the table bread. We sat on the usually lovely patio, but several large, boisterous tables made the noise level way too loud, and generally affected the ambience. The halibut was a tad dry and the mustard sauce too timid. The inside of the restaurant was ice cold and unwelcoming on a balmy night.

I was in town for a convention and searching for some healthy food. I am so glad I found Oasis. We enjoyed all of our food. It was fresh and full of flavor and there were options for the vegetarians in our group. I will definitely visit again.

Disappointed. Dinner quality and portion size continues to decline for too much money. Brunch and lunch are still fantastic, oddly. Service and ambiance are always exceptional. Probably won't come back for dinner.

Not impressed. The indoor patio area was very hot at 5:00 pm......no fans

It has a book/gift store; you may like it, if you into the "new age" movement, which i am not.

They serve water w/o ice. You have to ask for ice if you want ice water.

Some may consider this gourmet dining....meals are on the pricey side.

So disappointed in the service. Took over 15 minutes to get an additional dessert which was just a few scoops of sorbet and fresh berries. And then after finishing and check was brought it took another 15 to 20 minutes for the server to come and cash it out

Always enjoy going to the Oasis - breakfast - lunch or dinner. Originally found in Salt Lake Magazine and thought we would try for our twice a month luncheon with friends. Been back many times since.

We were driving through SLC and the restaurant was recommended. I am vegetarian and my husband is a meat eater. We were both content. Our service by Lisa was excellent. We enjoyed the inner patio but moved inside to air conditioning on a very hot day. Great menu for all.

We live in Idaho but we always try to dine at The Oasis when we're in Salt Lake City. We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinners there and we're never disappointed. My husband had the grilled salmon which was perfectly done, moist and flavorful. I had the Ahi tuna, also perfectly cooked. We were stuffed and had to pass up their delicious desserts. But i did have some of their great coffee. After dinner you can browse through the new age bookstore next door!!

The brunch is always Delicious. I've been going for years and have never had a problem until yesterday. The noise level was wrenching because a group of ladies had too many mimosas.... The waitress was also very slow and not cheery at all.

We enjoyed the food. We had a variety of dietary restrictions between the 5 of us and we all ate a satisfying meal. I appreciate the ability of the staff to adapt to last minute changes.

We always do The Oasis for dinner before SLAC performances and often opt for the three-course special. Tonight's was excellent. Mason was our server and is a 'keeper'; attentive without hovering. Quick service which was important since we had a theater date.

Not the best Brunch, just decent breakfast. Probably not going to return for breakfast.

Dirty water glass to me is un acceptable. Really!?

Our server was good though slow. It was Father's Day breakfast.

My hot coffee was cold.
