The staff were nice n friendly. A little disappointed that we had to pay extra for sweet potato fries,instead of regular ones! Plus the fries were a bit over cooked too!

Good varied menu of burgers, but no ambience or atmosphere to the restaurant at all. The signage to make it look like a NYC joint have missed the mark. The decoration is quite cheap and it looks like the whole place has been done on a very low budget. There needs to be more investment in quality decor and novelty items, theres too much empty space and the lighting is quite bleak as well. I would go back again for the burgers for a quick lunch, but not for a nice dinner out just because of the lack of ambience.

The food was gorgeous!!! I thought it would've have been a little bit busier but the service was quick so no complaints. Will definitely be visiting again some time!

I went with my wife for an evening meal at the wood street NYC, we was sat in the downstairs restaurant, firstly the decor was very poor and didn't really give the feel of an american style restaurant, also the light fittings were shabby, floor in poor condition, the atmosphere - well lack of it, the other diners there were really quite to the point of making us feel guilty if we laughed, you could hardly here the music ( be better if that was turned up a little and was a bit more upbeat). The service was at points awkward as the waiter came up 4 times to ask if we were ok - just wanted to be left alone, finish up and go. We both had a burger and chips, which were ok (nothing special and not poor in the same instance). we both left feeling a bit disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Was reluctant to return after slow service first visit but glad we did! Amazing service , food fab and good value and cocktail bucket was amazing! Super friendly good work guys! Will return

My friend and I visited the NYC Bar and Grill in Doncaster for lunchtime on a Saturday. I had visited before but this was my friends first time. I had a voucher, buy one meal get one for £1, making the meal excellent value for money. We did not feel rushed at all throughout and the waitress regularly visited us to check for drinks etc. The cocktails were excellent, although are perhaps a little on the pricey side, lunchtime offers would be good haha! The food was delicious and plentiful, we ordered burgers, chips and onion rings...very filling! The only downside was that the area we were seated in was very busy with several children making it rather noisy. However we understand that it was a busy Saturday lunchtime! I will definitely be making a return visit.
