Six people and no one left disappointed! Food quality and quantity were perfect and all the servers, even ones that worked other tables were more than gracious and helpful. Cannot wait to go back!

Food was great. Our server was disengaged. He did not seem overloaded just maybe his personality to be very casual. Did not have a grip on the wine list, if it is from Chile it is good attitude.

The air conditioning didn't work and our server told us this is was a common occurrence. The menu hadn't changed in more than a year. My braised short ribs were dry and and flavorless. I really liked the place when it first opened up. I don't plan on going back.

Ordered several drinks and appetizers. Server rudely reassured us that " it's okay". Did not know a bill of $85 was a problem. He smelled like smoke. Would explain why we waited 25 min for water and drinks at $15 a piece. He called us "Guys". We are ladies. Corrected me when I referred to the civiche coconut milk as "fish juice". Needed new plates.

We are having our upcoming board dinner there in the private room downstairs and wanted to try it first. Loved it! The décor is fabulous - felt like Mexico.

This is always a great place to gather. Thoroughly enjoyed by our guests visiting from out of state. Cocktails prepared carefully, and a variety of appetizers and entrees were enjoyed by all.

1. The quality of the food was terrible. I had chicken and it tasted like it was freezer-burnt.
2. Great looking space other than being a touch too loud but nothing outrageous
3. I felt that the service could have been better but wasn't, on the other hand, terrible
4. Fantastic rooftop patio

The food was excellent and I continue to be impressed by their innovative and delicious drink menu and margarita options. Overall the experience was excellent though the pacing felt a bit rushed.

Great service, explained the menu since we were unfamiliar with some dishes they serve. Fast service and more affordable than would have thought for the great atmosphere and amazing food.

Seated at 4:30 and did not see our waiter for 20 minutes. When we finally got our waiter he could not have been more put out we we asked what flavors of margaritas, needless to say we ordered beer. The tequila shrimp were over cooked and cold. That was enough to put us off from ordering dinners. Should have known there was a problem when the tables around us where asking for a manager complaining that it took 40 minutes for their appetizers .

Really nice place on the inside, staff was friendly. Biggest downfall was the food. I had steak and my girlfriend had chicken. Steak was terrible, the sauce it was made in was even worse. Chicken tasted on but the rubberized roll (don't know what it was) was terrible. When you pay almost $60 for 2 entrees you expect a good meal. Drinks and staff were great but will not go back because of the food.

Have been here 3 times now. Food is always good and margaritas are excellent. Our waitress was ok. Didn't help much and was gone from view a lot. Hardly saw her. She wasn't the most friendly but was ok.

My girl and I had the nicest dining experience at this restaurant. The host greeted us immediately with a friendly smile and showed us to our table where our server promptly and warmly greeted us as well, we were made to feel very welcome at this establishment.
We began with cocktails, my girl had "something fruity" and I had the peach ginger margarita, both were refreshing and delightfully delicious. For appetizers we chose the House Guacamole and the Piripri Calimari which was prepared very well and pleasing to the palate.
For the main course my girl had Vieiras Scallops Peruvian with Plaintain Tacu Tacu, drizzled with a strawberry amarillo salsa which she said was enjoyable and delectable. I had the Carnitas with black beans and rice, it was tender, moist , well seasoned and was also delicious.
This was our first visit to this restaurant and it truly was an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal, amazing ambiance, great service and great drinks.
Thank you

We have been to Nuevo a few times now and love the staff. They have fun at what they are doing and that adds to the experience. The food is good with a lot of different flavors in one dish.
I also love the fact I can get a decanter of Margaritas. There margarita mix is home made and is delicious. I will return many more times.

Have been to Nuevo a bunch of times. Magaritas are fantastic. Try a flight of 3! Not you typical Mexican fare. No goop on a plate here! Always happy walking away!!

The food and drinks were fantastic. The service was excellent and thorough. The only drawback was the very high volume of ambient nose when seated in the lower dining room. I will definitely be back.

All staff was friendly and helpful, however service was extremely slow. The water guy was the only person checking on us regularly. It took at least a half hour to get a drink each time, we all would have drank at least one more margarita but it took so long we just didn't. After we placed the food order, it was about an hour before we got it. It just took forever, We were there for 3 hours. The food was ok, no one loved it but no one hated it either. They are trying really hard to be fancy. There's really weird, random ingredients on every menu item. It did take us a long time to figure out what to order because most of the menu uses Spanish words that we weren't familiar with. It's a nice place for fancy hipsters with a lot of time on their hands.
