Novilhos is all you can eat, so come hungry! It is fairly pricey at 54.95 per person for only the food, and it is all-you-can-eat. The food is excellent and there is always someone offering more. The salad bar is very good as well.
The hubby and I took our mom's out for a late mother's day dinner and they LOVED their experience. Great job.
I bought a Groupon deal for Novilhos Brazilian Steakhouse $120 value off four adults Rodizio Dinner. I had my family visiting from overseas and they were looking for a nice steakhouse and since I had heard a lot about this restaurant that they have good steaks so I went ahead and made a reservation for 5 adults and 1 child at the Bellevue Washington location and after having dinner when i was paying since the server brought me the check i asked the server that i have a Groupon coupon and she wrote down the code and clicked redeemed but after 5 min she came back with her manager that they cannot accept it today and we will not be given the discount. When I asked that its redeemed now and why you clicked redeemed if you were not gonna accept it and she said sorry we cannot give you the discount and was very rude and not helping at all. All she said is that work it out with Groupon yourself even though it was her fault to click on redeem before making sure that if they will be able to accept the voucher or not. I ended up paying the bill without Groupon discount and was really upset about all what happened and my guests were upset too. Food is good but the staff is rude and not courteous at all and my main concern is that if you are not going to accept Groupon voucher then why you guys even advertise it on Groupon. I will never recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a place where they will feel welcomed and will get a good customer service and will feel that they were taken care of. The next day i contacted Groupon customer services and explained them that my voucher is redeemed but I did not get the discount and told them the whole story of what happened they apologized and they were very helpful and refunded my money.
Awsome experience. Both the food and service are top notch.
The Seattle Location was incredible, nice romantic setting that gave a very luxurious 5 star feel. The Bellevue vacation was a step above Red Robin in ambience. Also after we were seated we were never spoken to again about drinks or anything until we were don't and had to flag down a server. Used to go here every year for my anniversary and will no longer be going there. PS they removed my favorite item from their menu (Mozzarella Steak)
The food was good but the selection of salads was rather small ( compared to another Brazilian Steakhouse I had visited in the past)
Fantastic cuts of meat and even better service!! The salad bar was also delicious nearly everything i tried was delicious but the cheesy break omg ❤
Best experience! Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Staff was extremely helpful, informative and accommodating. Thank you.
So delicious and the service was amazing this place is definitely worth the price
All you can eat at a fixed price, great for meat lovers!
Great ambience. Lots of energy. Prompt service. However, our meats all tended to be over cooked and over seasoned. Pork and chicken skewers were dry and very over cooked. Beef that we were able to ask for rare to med rare seemed to not be of great quality. for $50+ ea, we were left feeling disappointed. That said, the cheese bread was out this world good, but we went there for the meats...
The main star of the show, all the grilled meats were excellent!! Love love love the mushroom risotto! Some of the salads are really nice, but some of the charcuterie items are below average. When the restaurant intro mentioned over 60+ items, I was expecting 60+ dishes of sides and salads, but the different kinds of condiments are included in the number which was like almost half of it, but that's just me being picky. Service is really nice! Always asking if we are doing ok and do we have a specific kind of meat, which we really appreciate!
food was, however, a little salty....
But salad bar was very good.
Despite many requests for some well done steak, none ever showed up at our table.
Great place for carnivores. Delicious meats and an excellent salad bar. Come hungry.
Service was terrible and we went there for my husband’s birthday, so I felt bad.
Took my husband there for his birthday. It was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. . Our server Arianna was so sweet, the food was amazing and there was so much of it!! Happily left in a food coma. My new favorite restaurant in Bellevue and we'll definitely be back. Be sure to bring your appetite!!
All you can eat meat and salad bar was delicious.
Beware they come offering you a taste of a liquor, the way it is presented to you it seems like they want you to taste and hear your opinion. Well at the end of the day you get a fantastic charge of $8 for a shot. The liquor was not that good and it almost looks like a masquerade planned scam to squeeze more dollars
Yami was a great server and excellent in ensuring we had everything we needed...especially on a busy night during Seattle Restaurant Week!
The main attraction is the beef presentation. Pretty amazing..and delicious. The salad bar is beyond any salad bar. The happy hour is great and there is good atmosphere in the lounge area.
I took a friend here for their birthday, it was our first time at a Brazilian steak house so we were given a round down on how things work from our waitress. We basically kept are little green card flipped and just accepted every bit of meat that came to us. The house special was amazing. I wish it came around to the tables more.
Great food, not sure if you have a dedicated server or not. Quality and quantity equals pricey but worth it.
Maybe it was because it was Seattle Restaurant Week and not a normal week. The meats which should be the star of Brazilian Steakhouse were mostly cold and overdone and had little flavor. For some reason we felt ignored, other tables were offered skewers but not ours. At one point it took over 15 minutes for someone to visit the table despite my little green card being displayed.
We told Open Table and the server that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. It was never recognized nor mentioned again.
I cant say for sure this is normal or just due to the Seattle Restaurant week business but we will never eat there again.
I was very excited to be able to make a reservation at a time that was appropriate for us. Our reservation was moved to an earlier time after coming in early to check-in. We were immediately sat, and had someone greet us within 2 minutes. It was our first time here and was given a thorough run through of the experience. The salad bar had many options to chose from. The steak runners came around often. Our server, on the other hand, did not. We were not able to order any drinks until we asked an assistant. After our 2nd course, we told our server we were ready for dessert, though she never bothered to prebus our table. It took 30 minutes to get our dessert order and turns out they were sold out of the cheesecake. We never asked for our check, and the server dropped it off.
It wasn't the best experience, and I wouldn't recommend having the server named Idris.
My husband and I went during rest week hoping to try them out for the 1st time. The waitresses were very nice and tried to do their best unfortunately it being a Brazilian steak house it seemed like they were not staffed appropriately. It took 30 minutes after we were seated before we ever were offered any kinda of meat, then the gap between offerings was at least 15 to 20 minutes. Out of the 8 meats offered only 3 were cooked acordingly so I would say it was disappointing for me. Having eaten at the competions establishment and receiving 5star service I believe I will Not be returning here.
Excellent customer service
Excellent food, excellent variety, no waiting for the menu. Well worth it!
Good for meat lovers and for birthday celebrations
Meat coma time! Fire roasted cut of seasoned beef, chicken, and sausage. Salad and hot foosd bar alone is worth the visit - too easy to get filled up before the 8 courses of meat selections.
Reservation not ready, though we showed up on time
Took 12 minutes to seat us (6:12 for a 6:00 appt. time)
Waited till 6:23 for the waiter for our table to notice us
6:26 until he brought a high chair
Salad bar is very good . Too much meat for 1 meal. Good experience
It was a nice relaxing evening of great food and great company.
Restaurant week was awesome. The salad bar itself was worth the dining experience (even if it’s not restaurant week). The servers were also attentive and very courteous. Will always come back.
enjoyed our Easter dinner; first time there. even our 7 year old daughter loved it. service from servers and gauchos was fantastic. very clean, very enjoyable.
This is a rodizio menu restaurant where “gauchos” (Brazilian cowboys) come to your table and serve various roasted meats off a stick. First let me start the review with the food was delicious! The bacon wrapped filet and chicken was awesome! Chicken breast was juicy and flavorful! Mushroom risotto creamy goodness. The venue nice and clean (except all trash cans in ladies room was overfilled on to the floor). I will let you be the judge if this place is worth the $$ you will pay. To me the over all experience is what makes a great restaurant no matter the price. We had reservations at 7pm but was not seated til 7:30. What was the point of making resers? No biggie we figure we’d sit at the bar a get a drink. We sat right in front the bartender who ignored us for 15 minutes before acknowledging us. We were then seated at our table only to be left to find the salad bar which is where the plates were. Fine, I get it they were busy. Again, no biggie. Once we had our plates there was no problem to get the gauchos to bring us food. Once done with the main course it was dessert time. We were presented with our sweet options & she was to return to take our order. We sat for 20 minutes waiting then decided to ask another server passing by for dessert. This waiting also happened with our bill, which was $192 before gratuity. We had 2 mojitos, 1 vodka tonic, 2 rodizio dinners and 2 desserts. Worth it? You be the judge. I’m just glad I had good company with me to pass all the time waiting. If I’m paying over $100 each for dinner I expect better service.
My wife and I went there on March 30th to celebrate a promotion/date. Had a wonderful time, quick service, great food and awesome atmosphere.
We love Brazilian and have been to all three of the popular ones in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Our favorite continues to be Novilhos. Meats are always fantastic and plentiful but it is their buffet of side items that really sets them apart from the others. I eat too much of the mushroom risotto every time.
Very disappointing. We took friends from Australia and the service was horrible. Unfortunately we had 7 people and so they automatically add 18%, which leads to getting ignored. We sat around for 15 minutes at our table and then most of the group just went to salad bar. We saw our waitress 2 or 3 other times during our meal. Luckily we didn’t have to depend on her for food. Also, several listed meat choices never made it to our table. Definitely won’t go back!
