We had the most amazing food, attentive wait staff, and stunning view as the sun set over Las Vegas. The overall experience was worth every penny. Incredible from start to finish.
It was amazing
Terrific food, great service, watched the sun go down and the strip light up. Great time of day for view/dining experience. Get there early to get a window seat.
Experience that we had at this restaurant would have been A+ if it hadn’t been for the fact that when we arrived there were at least five open tables at the window. We wanted the table with the scenic view of downtown Las Vegas that we weren’t allowed to sit at because people with reservations had requested it but never showed up for them either. Our waiter was polite, quick, and friendly. The music is set for 45 and under. The food was exquisite especially the carpaccio! What is frustrating and just wrong is letting the paying customers who did show up for their reservation time not have a choice of window seating. When you look at the magnitude of restaurants in Las Vegas the competition is fierce. This will not bode well for Nove, in my opinion. If you want a view for your special night I suggest Oscars or Eiffel Tower Restaurant. They say us because we asked to sit there. We would’ve happily waited five minutes to see if the other party came for their window seats. Pass up this place. We give this place C+.
I have been going to this restaurant for many years, and have never been disappointed. I am sad to hear this is closing for good in April!
It was amazing! Literally to die for. It was so good. Portions a bit small but the taste made up for it.
Must try the tiramisu martini.
We had a great time and Marco our server did an excellent job!
The food had very good portion sizes and the staff was incredibly attentive to our needs. Our drinks never got below half and the food came out in a timely manner. Probably the best service I have gotten anywhere period.
Food was great enjoyed the pasta
Italian restaurant with guns and roses extremely loud !! Please is an Italian restaurant not a American grill !
Food was not good .....
Not good price performance
On arrival, the view was breathtaking of our glorious city! The service was impeccable. The servings huge, and excellent food!
The restaurant was pretty much empty. There were maybe 8 other people there, which seemed really odd. Our waiter was nice, but the service was beyond slow! Considering there was pretty much nobody there, I don’t understand why it took so long to get our drinks and food. The food was not even very good. My risotto was only luke warm by the time it got to our table and it was super thick, which is not how risotto wis supposed to be. It was also not very flavorful. Kind of disappointing in general. I think you are paying for the ambiance and the view.
I have come here for years . . Gone downhill a lot.
. Walked in .lighting so bright ruined the View.
Quality of food average at best . Must have new chef.
Service was ok .nothing special.
Will not go back . Shocked.
Great evening. The waiter Marco was excellent will go again.
Novu is one of my favorite resturants in Vegas. Amazing views coupled with awesome food and service how can you go wrong?
Absolutely delicious salmon cooked perfectly. Veal was a little lemony. Excellent service. Beautiful view of Las Vegas. Hotel is being renovated so wait a while to go.
AMAZING meal by Chef Marlon! Nove always provides such a high level of service....from hostess, to the waiter, to the meal and of course Chef Marlon. We had our wedding dinner here five years ago, and have decided to celebrate every near at Nove.
Great location and view. High strip prices and standard menu items makes this restaurant a low value restaurant that I would not recommend.
This restaurant is mediocre at best... decent view of the strip but nothing special... there are better choices atop of other hotels to eat at...
Excellent food, attentive service. We will be back. View is great.
This was my second meal at Nove. Las Vegas offers so many dining options, it was hard to choose for our group of 7. (3 couples and 1 single.) We are all pretty discerning diners and nobody had an issue with their food. We shared appetizers, drank wine and had main courses. Bill came out to around $100 per person. I chose the venue because of the outstanding view, which did not disappoint. Our service was also excellent. I would say it was not the greatest meal I've ever had in Vegas, but I've had some pretty great ones. It did not seem as good as the last time I ate there 4 years ago. Still, food was solid and ambiance really great. I would dine here again to share that view with friends.
Service is great. Ambiance is great, it's a strip view from the 51st floor... You can't beat that. However the food is incredibly bland and generic. If you're going there strictly for food you'll be dissapointed.
Excellent food and service. We will be back for sure.
Was not what inexpext
Not impressed. The restaurant was quiet with only five tables and we were still rushed to get out the door. The food was nothing special
Took about 10 to 15 minutes for our waiter to recognize us and there were maybe 4 other parties In the entire restaurant. Food was decent but no where near worth the price. Your paying for the view and that's about it. Not worth it by any means, terrible service and food was mediocre at best.
Waiter was very mechanical and disingenuous. Wasn't even aware of two Italian pasta staples
Great views of LV from the top of the Palms. Food is tasty, we had the Fillet Mignon (~$56) and it came perfectly medium-rare. No sides included in their entree options.
Death by Potatoes was an upscale version of mashed potatoes, also good.
Recommend reserving ahead to get a window seat, we sat in the middle of the room.
Overall, great for a business lunch/dinner or date. Pricier side but come for the views and stay for the food
Beautiful view and great pasta.
There was only one other couple when we arrived and food was terrible! Service was good and ambiance was beautiful but because of the food, I would never go back!
We had very high expectations but were let down a bit. Salads were very average, chicken Parmesan was very greasy and not much sauce, the pasta sauce was comparable to a jar sauce and they did not have proper sauces for the steaks.
Wine was expensive but that is expected.
We would not return.
Loved every thing, especially our server, she was the zweetest!
Service, ambience and osso buco we're good. Better value at other restaurants. Sorry, but I cannot recommend and have no plans for future visit.
Located on the top of the the Fantasy Tower at the Palms casino, this restaurant was beyond amazing than i expected. The atmosphere is a romantic setting with the most amazing guest service i have experienced. It has an amazing view of the city especially at night. The servers treat you with 5 star service and always make sure your drinks are full.
Food was so tasty and would recommend for an appetizer the cheese platter. I had the filet mignon with a huge loaded potato and the salmon which was cooked to protection. I would recommend if you want to spend a beautiful evening with a special someone and if you don't mind spending a bit. I would definitely return.
I have been to Nove before. Christmas dinner was disappointing. The fixed price dinner was not offered. Our food was mediocre. The service was rushed even though barely anyone was there. Probably won't go back. Too expensive for mediocre food and service.
Best views of Las Vegas
Arrived on time for our reservation but when we arrived at the table they had already seated someone there. We were seated in a unused portion of the restaurant with no view. Dark and no service. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Never received bread for the table. My pasta was under sauced and dry. Our waiter never checked on us and we had to flag down staff to get our check so we could leave. Forget water, a second round of drinks. We were in no mans land. Horrid service. My friend enjoyed her entree, we agree mine was sub-par. We had some great meals with fabulous service while in Vegas. This was just terrible. Save your time and money. There are too many fabulous Italian restaurants to choose from.
Amazing food. Hope they stay at the Palms.
We dined here before and enjoy the view and the food before was good (not great but good). This time the food was a disgrace. The Pappardelle were a mushy ball of something, the steak was OK, the side of mushrooms cold and tasteless.
Would no longer recommend as there are many placed with comparable view, better foor and not quite as overpriced.
There were four of us in the dinner party. At the top of the tower, the view of Las Vegas at night was outstanding, but if you sit in the middle of the restaurant you will see a lot of the Palms tower blocking the view. The food was mostly very good to outstanding; however, surprisingly, the pasta itself was just good, tending to be dry and over cooked. There were some slight disconnects between what was ordered and what arrived from the kitchen, but were quickly taken care of by the staff.
Our brief wait in the bar-lounge area before being seated was quite enjoyable. Our bartender Robert was tip-top.
