Eggplant appetizer was excellent, so were the main dishes. The focaccia was lacking flavor. The service was good, a bit rushed, but we were able to slow it down without it turning into being ignored. It's a popular place and was very busy, especially for the early hour (6pm).

First of all the waitress, Jenn was very nice. We had to ask for bread, and said that we had to buy focaccia for the table. All of the restaurants, offer bread, olive oil, and butter. The antipasto came out all chopped with no meat. Most disgusting thing I ever saw sent it back, we ended up with Caesar salad‘s which I do have to say were very good. I ordered the chicken Parm, which was not eatable, but never had such a awful meal. I had to force myself to eat some of it, and she asked if I wanted to take home box, but I refused. Other meals like the eggplant palm lasagna was cold where it should’ve been hot. The manager did come over and we told him, but he didn’t really seem to care. All of our other friends didn’t really care for the meal, but had to eat it because they were hungry. We have been referred by other people that have been there. I don’t know why. The gratuity was already added in. I asked for a separate bill for a Bar because it was just my husband and I and she even tip tip her self on my bill for two people which I brought to the managers attention and he did take care of that. Honestly, we were afraid to have coffee and dessert so we didn’t but I don’t know if I would ever want to come back to your restaurant.

We have been at Novara several times. Every meal has been amazing . The service is impressive and attentive. The atmosphere is bright and energetic. They always have a great selection of craft cocktails.

Gathered at the bar before being seated. I think it is a bit loud but not so much you can’t have a conversation. Not a big goat cheese fan so that limited some of my menu options. I will definitely return.

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at Novara. It is a bright, modern and inviting dining room. The brunch menu is somewhat limited and lists no available sides like fruit salad, bacon, or even toast, which is odd... We were a party of three and seated at a small, round and apparently temporary table in the middle of a busy intersection in the dining room. Guests from a private shower repeatedly bumped into us as they went back and forth to the restrooms, etc. Our server was attentive and the food was very good. Parking is limited. We might try it again, but we will be pickier about the table offered.

We've eaten here many times this time the food wasn't as good as it has been in the past. The pasta sauce is very sweet and made a few of our dishes less enjoyable.

Our first time to dine here. We eat at a lot off different restaurants on the South Shore. We thought the waitress was outstanding, took her time explaining everything on the menu. I come back and request Deidre to be my waitress. Food was excellent.

You are rushed out of the restaurant. They have a 2 hour window for your table . Service was not great so difficult to be finished in that time frame. Have been there 3 times recently and it’s the same story each time. Not sure we will go back

Last night we visited Novara for the first time to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. From the moment we stepped in the door, we knew it was going to be a great night! The host and hostess were so nice and welcoming. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Jen our amazing server and we enjoyed every moment of our stay from drinks to dessert. Mariposa and Guinness were refreshing, Shrimp Cocktail, Parmesan crusted Cod and Fish n Chips were so fresh and delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Finishing with cannolis hit the spot. We had a great night and look forward to coming back again. Thank You to your amazing staff at Novara! ❤️
