   Delicious food! I had the schnitzel, and we shared the charcuterie board, beef carpaccio, and pull apart bread service. Camy is a charming server!

   The power bowl entree was very small, more like an appetizer with not very much in it. Definitely fell short of expectation for what was charged. Addressed this with waiter and manager and both were very thankful and said it would be addressed with the cook. Other lunch was a Notch salad as starter and the special of butternut squash tortellini. Both dishes were fabulous and good value for the price.

   They catered to our special request and provided us Indian Vegetarian items which were not part of the Buffet.

   A lovely trip to Notch8. Excellent service by our charming waitress. Very knowledgeable about the menu and acclimating of my dietaries and the best way to use our drinks vouchers. We were seated away from the bar area which has less ambience but the noise level was better and allowed us to have a great chat. A fantastic evening.

   When in Vancouver, we always visit Notch8 even if we’re not staying at the hotel. We booked online. I knew they have live music and wanted to request a table in a relatively quiet area. Unfortunately, when I clicked the message box on OpenTable, it only opened the numeric keyboard on my phone. I sent an email to the address on the Notch8 website. Less than five minutes later, the restaurant responded and said the request had been noted on the reservation. Upon arrival, the hostess welcomed us and said they had selected a table in a back corner where it wouldn’t be too loud. It was refreshing to experience a restaurant that uses data and information to personalize guest service. To be honest, the music was excellent and kept at a sound level appropriate for a restaurant. It added ambience. We both chose the pork chop, it was delicious as was the wine we picked to accompany our meal. Our server, Duchess, was relaxed and professional and allowed us time to enjoy our quiet, romantic evening at Notch8.

   Really enjoyed this Easter Buffet. Excellent variety and lost of great tastes. Service was friendly and not rushed. Desserts were fabulous

   Went to Notch8 for their Easter Day brunch and I will say it was a real disappointment. The food selection was  mediocre at best. The quality of the food was overall good but when you are charging $100 per person I would expect a larger selection of options.
