We arrived early and were seated immediately, the server came over a few minutes later, apologizing for the wait, which we didn't think was long at all. The server was extremely pleasant, the food came out quickly with perfect spacing between apps and entrees. The food was delicious, the noise level was perfect. Would definitely dine here again.

Love NYAJ’s and always eat there whenever I’m in the area! Appetizers of Pretzels and cheesesteak egg rolls were both excellent and the salmon and pineapple rice were Outstanding!!! My Server Was Excellent,Can’t Wait to Go Again!!!🎉

Food was good. Service not so great. Waiter could have been more attentive, we got water in the beginning & never asked us if we wanted drinks. Food took a while to come out but we were not in a rush so it was ok. Waiter was no where to be seen except for taking order, delivering food & giving us the check

Having always visited NJAJs, we went for their new brunch offerings, but I wouldn’t go back for brunch. The cappuccino I ordered was not drinkable and the hot coffee was not much better so they need to work on that essential piece of brunch! The food was meh and over priced. Not a brunch win.

Randomly stopped here for dinner and had the best food. I’m gluten sensitive and a lot of times options are very limited. Not only did they have a separate menu but they even had gluten free bread to serve before your food comes out. The food was excellent and I felt like I finally had a great dining experience were I could actually enjoy myself. Thank you!!

Let me start of by saying I have been here many, many times for both lunch an dinner and always enjoyed my meals. I have also recommended your restaurant to others. Yesterday was the first time I've been disappointed and I may not be back for awhile until things get better. I made my reservation, via Open Table, and mentioned we would be celebrating a birthday at dinner. When I arrived at the restaurant I mentioned my niece's birthday and requested at the end of the meal, please bring a dessert and if she didn't want it she could take it home. This never happened and not even mentioned. She declined a dessert when offered by the waiter, but that is not what I intended. I ordered a Turkey Avocado Sandwich with NO AVOCADO! Not only was there AVOCADO ON the sandwich, but the bread was cold. When the waiter came by to check on us, I mentioned about the Avocado so he would tell the chef, as I wouldn't want someone to have an allergic reaction. I said please don't bother to get another sandwich, as the other's would probably be done with their dinners. My sister ordered a "cup" of soup and was brought a "bowl", yes they charged her for the "bowl". I know you want to do better and I know "Not Your Average Joe's" can do better, hence my review. Ending on a good note...my niece totally enjoyed her Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. Hope to get back to being a regular customer.

Generally I would recommend Not Your Average Joe's to everyone but recently, myself and my mother went and he cob salad she'd ordered was missing the chicken and the waitress forgot my drink which we didn't pay for so there's that.

The menu at this restaurant is never-ending! From pizza to chicken parmigiana to steak tips, burgers, and more, and all was very good! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was rather empty and spacious, and the chairs were very comfortable!

Always great service! The food isn’t just delicious, from the appetizers to the burgers, to the main entree, but it’s served so beautifully! Last night I had the sirloin tips w spinach and mashed potatoes, a balsamic reduction and pickled red onions to garnish!! Melt in your mouth goodness!!! We started dinner w the cauliflower app!! Can’t wait to go back!!

We made a reservation for five and had a great time! Our table was by the windows as the sun was setting, and the person who seated us lowered the blinds before we even asked. The waitress was knowledgeable about the food and made a great drink recommendation. Our orders also came out in great time. We always like NYAJ's!

I’ve never had a bad meal or mediocre service at Not Your Average Joes. We recently enjoyed steak tips cooked to our requested temperature over delicious mashed potatoes and a veg. The beer list is great and some special fruit based non-alcoholic beverages are excellent. Service was excellent!

Food was delicious, but both of our meals were warm versus hot. Several beer options on draft, we selected a local option that was excellent. I was disappointed that I couldn't order a side salad with a starter, only with a meal or sandwhich. Seems odd that a side salad isn't available as a side option. Generally nice atmosphere but a little loud which made it challenging to hear the staff. Could use more attention to cleanliness as the seats and floors had debris scattered about. Overall, we would give this location another try because of the food quality and professionalism of staff.

Do not order nachos as your entree. Apparently, the kitchen does not know how to time their food. My order sat under the heat lamps for at least 10 minutes and was dried up by the time the other food for the table was completed. The pizza is doughy and undercooked.

We were a party of 6. The waiter and food were great. My only complaint was the pitcher of Sangria, although tasty, was incredibly weak. Could not taste any alcohol in it at all, it essentially tasted like fruit punch.

the food was very good overall. the service was not as good as we are accustomed too. waiter was nice, but the attentiveness was not there. we had to ask the manager for drink refills on water and other drinks. we were almost done with our meal before the waiter came over to ask if we were enjoying the food. also, it took at least 15 mins to get our bill, once asked for it. Prices have increased and overall value is not like it used to be especially with much competition all around. Might be a long time before we go back.

Husband had the corned beef dinner, said it was very good except the cabbage was under cooked. I am gluten free (Celiac) and had the turkey club. The gluten free bun was disappointing, it crumbled to bits in my hands. Still tasted good though.

Your server Evelyn is wonderful! I have a monthly lunch with a dear friend with debilitating MS. We're delighted to see Evelyn - and she even takes the time to say hello when she's not our server. This means so much to my friend - who lights up when she sees & speaks with her.

We really enjoyed our table for 7, which was to the side of the restaurant. It was cozy and we felt free to have a ‘gab fest’ without annoying other patrons! Everyone enjoyed their selections from the diverse menu, and I particularly enjoyed my cauliflower appetizer. The focaccia and oil dipping was delicious and appreciated. And lastly, our wonderfully efficient waitress Evelyn was a joy. We will be back!

Food was good, only negative was y friend asked for medium rare steak tips and they came out well done. We sent them back and they came back medium but we’re still tasty. Everything else was great. Our server Matt was excellent very knowledgeable about menu.
