Lighting system had some issues going on. All booth lights kept on flickering. Pretty annoying as the table behind me was complaining of same thing.
Also food seemed to be just okay. I’m a usual there and I haven’t out on Valentine’s Day for dinner in a while and now I remember why

Food, as always, was great. Unfortunately, the appetizers arrived at the same time as the main course which was very disappointing and resulted in a lot of take out and some soggy fries. The place wasn't packed, so I don't think they were trying to get rid of us. This was the worst experience I have had at this restaurant where the service is usually excellent. I have been a customer here since it opened and will give it one more try before deciding to opt out.

Enjoy dining at NYAJ every time we visit. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. We look forward to specials and of course, the bread! And our server, Erika was awesome!!

Same old stuff, doesn't get any better. The server took my utensils with my salad plate. Served my dinner and she disappeared. I had to wait, wait, wait, 3 or 4 workers walked by but couldn't get anyone's attention. So of course I had to get up and start walking toward her before she looked at me. She was kind of young, maybe not to experienced and it was Friday and they were busy, I get it. But none the less, I never ever have a great experience there. Oh yeah, and I have said it before, you need to do something with that menu. Thanks

We go there often and love the food as well as the atmosphere. Our waitress was the downfall of our experience we have had her twice now and on both occasions have been left to feel as if we were a bother to her. But other than that, we will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I frequent Joes often. On this occasion, we ordered the crab cakes to start which were amazing! I ordered the heritage pork chop it was very juicy, the creamy farro risotto was so good! He ordered his favorite the mustard crusted chicken. To go I brought home the key lime pie which is made just right not too tart not too sweet with a great cinnamon crust and raspberry sauce on top.

Nacho dish was small and tasted okay. Roni pizza is below average and way overpriced. Dominos has a better pizza for 6 bucks.

I love this location. Me and my family have been going there since it first opened. Our server was vegan which was also awesome because my daughter is also vegan. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very pleasant also. I can’t say enough good about this Joes location. Keep up the great work! Trust me when I say that we appreciate it.

Went for New Years Evening dinner before heading out for festivities.
Joe's never disappoints including on a rushed and hectic evening like NYE.
Great food and drinks. Service can be given some leeway considering the night.

This was a last minute reservation made to have dinner after a movie. It was New Year's Eve and the place was hopping. The food as always was good. You can't beat their bread and the olive oil and parm cheese for dipping. It would have been nice if the bread were warm though. I have not been to the Dartmouth location in a while. I have never had a bad meal or bad service at the Randolph location. NYAJs is always a safe bet.

I have always loved NYAJ. Always consistent, albeit a little higher priced than my other local favorites. This visit was not good. The service was slow, the salad wasn't dressed, and the pizza was absolutely cold when we received it. The cheese was not even fully melted. No, plates, no silverware on the table. We had to remind our waitress. Lackluster at best. I'm hoping this was just a fluke. Very disappointing.

I usually enjoy the food.I had strip steak and was disappointed. The steak didn't have a nice sear and had some gristle.I also thought the wine list was so-so.It didn't really have great variety. This was first time I didn't enjoy my meal.I usually visit your restaurant once a month and enjoy mostly everything else.

Your bread used to be served warm. It has much more flavor when warm. You have also changed the recipe from years ago which was more flavorful then.
Your dinners are always consistent.
It is our go-to restaurant.

Food was delicious but the waitress was terrible. She only had three tables and was never around. We waited for bread for 20 minutes after our meal came . The table on the side of us was sitting there for at least 15 minutes before they told another waiter they were never helped and the table on the side of us waited for their dessert for at least a half hour.

Joe's is a long time favorite. I have rarely been disappointed in anything I ordered and the one time I was not happy with an entree, they offered to replace it The service is always helpful and friendly but not intrusive. They are very willing to accomodate special requests, such as. "I see you have broccoli with the chops, could I have that in place on the green beans on my order?"

We were celebrating a birthday! We all love Joe's and always can find a great meal there! The service has been outstanding and we usually have a great time there!! We went at a later time than we usually go but it worked out well. It was not as busy on this particular evening but the food and service was outstanding as usual! Joe's is a gem of a restaurant.

Tried the new sirloin with popover...the steak size was very generous as was was the mashed potato serving. The popover, which I really coveted, was quite disappointing. It was cold and burnt as well as not eaten. Everything else was quite nice and the bartender makes a very delicious gin and tonic. We love Joe’s and eat there several times a month. Also significant is that they will give a $5.00 discount if you show your Buttonwood Park membership. So nice.

Ermergerd, I splurged and got the seafood fettuccine even though I don’t really even like mushrooms and it was absolutely incredible, even the mushrooms. My mom and I agree that they have the best scallops around and I was so happy I got that. It was worth the calories, as were the bread and Peanut Butter Thing, fo sho.
