We are from Lancaster County and heard about your restaurant. We were not disappointed. We had reservations and arrived about 15 minutes early. Our table was ready and we had a great time. Thank you and we will be back...
Went to Not Your Average Joe's for a family lunch after church. We were seated promptly and offered drinks right away. For some reason we wound-up with two servers that added a bit of confusion but once we ordered food, everything was great. The options on the menu even provided good choices for kids. There were other families there as well, so it appears to be a good choice. I would definitely go back. The food was hot and good but not outstanding.
I met up with my family here to have dinner for my birthday. Our reservation was for 9pm. We were on time. They closed at 10pm. At 10:03pm I immediately felt rushed. Not by our server but her coworkers. One girl in a burgundy and white striped shirt said "the ambience is over" & "it's time to go". It was very unprofessional & rude. I used to waitress so I understand wanting to leave but it wasn't that late.
I had the opportunity to take my 5 year old daughter out for a ‘girls day’ and we stopped here and had a great time. Waiter was excellent and friendly. Food came quickly and we just loved the overall atmosphere! We will be back for our next GD!
The food is delicious and the price point is affordable. Good value and great taste
Met expectations - food was average bar food Chicken Parm was over fried, Fish and Chips were very good,. Kids Mack and cheese and cheeseburger for the kids were good. Service was better than the food and all was reasonably priced. All in all it was average bar food!
Great food, good service, family style dining. I had the teriyaki salmon with pineapple fried rice…it was cooked to perfection and savory. Waiter came several times to ask if we were done towards the end of the meal…kind of annoying but I rather have a server come too many times than not enough. Overall great dining…I’ll be back.
Although had reservation for 2 the only table available seated 5 people. Not idea but at least we were seated on time.
Good food and service. Meals always well done, and location is top notch.
Love this place. Nice menu and good food.
The food and service were great! We’ll definitely be back!
Nicole was great
Maybe it just wasn’t the best night to be there but it was pretty dead. I had written we were coming for my friends birthday and it wasn’t addressed at all so it was a let down.
The service was incredibly slow and we had to ask for things multiple times. We were seated with no silverware or plates. We were given bread and had to ask for napkins, silverware and plates. It took FOREVER to get our food. And shockingly even LONGER to get the check. We actually had to ask for the charcoal multiple times. The servers are so preoccupied with cutting bread and mixing butter that the service is horrible. We won’t be returning here. The mediocre food doesn’t make up for the horribly slow service.
Food was abundant and good. Wait staff was attentive.
Please have a manager contact me
Value was great for a family of five.
The place was nice
The restaurant was a great place to meet our grandson who attends Villanova. Two of us are gluten free and the variety of foods from which we could select was much appreciated. Convenient parking garage meant no parking nightmares.
Food,drinks, and servers were great
The interior needs a facelift. My seat was ripped and something would occasionally drip from the ceiling which had duct tape on it.
Enjoyed the flatbread & sangria from the fall menu!
We dined with our daughter and had a wonderful experience. We were seated promptly, had an attentive waitress and the meals were fresh and delicious!! The butternut squash flatbread was large and delicious. The tuna poke bowl and pork special were also great. I had an lovely rose and my husband enjoyed the Octoberfest on tap and my daughter the Fall Sangria! Samantha was excellent as well!! Kudos, we will be back...
Food was delicious as always. Server was a bit overwhelmed as they were short staffed. Surprised there wasn't a lunch menu or smaller portions for lunch. A bit steep at $60 plus tip for 2 entrees, 1 dessert and no drinks.
Amazing. The service was incredible and the food so delicious
Good bar-type food. We ate outside on the second story deck. It drizzled, and the umbrellas didn't really cover the seating. Otherwise, the food and service was very good. Nothing special, but well-prepared, tasty dinners.
Great service, great starters, but would have liked more options in the entrees.
Waitress/Server was very polite and accurate. Food options were plentiful and the food was pretty good.
Service was slow but very friendly!
Had a 7pm reservation, hoping for outdoor dining. Arrived 2 hours earlier than reservation and requested outside seating, but was denied, with manager noting that those tables were “reserved “. Settled for indoor dining. Observed NUMEROUS empty outdoor tables during the 70 minutes spent at restaurant! I believe the manager could have made a little more effort to accommodate our request for outside seating.
Chicken was over cooked - disappointing ☹️
This restaurant needs to be mindful of the idea that people don't want to spend 1.5-2 hours at lunch. I've had multiple experiences here for business meetings that have dragged on with awkward conversation because our server had forgotten all about us. Not wanting to appear impatient or rude in front of a client, I was unable to do much about it. I really think management needs to do better here. I won't be going back.
The bread they served was not hot or even warm and did not seem fresh. The bread was not exactly stale but close to it. The top 2 pieces of bread were sort of OK. The pieces underneath looked like they had been smashed with a rolling pin or something, and were hard and stale. The dip was OK . Pizza was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The sauce tasted like it came from a can. The crust was flabby. Sever never came around until my husband was mostly finished with his dinner so I couldn’t even tell him. There really wasn’t time to re-order at that point. Husband’s dinner looked burnt and wasn’t hot. It was also too salty but he ate it. My salad was good except server told me they were “out of vinegar” and he had to “go find some”. Long wait but he did find some. Table was sticky. Yuk. Very terrible experience. Not going back. It’s a shame because the food has always been really good in the past. Not sure what’s happened but this restaurant has really gone downhill in just about every way. They did take the pizza off the bill.
Great outdoor dining - perfect for a family
Came in for quick lunch. Shamar our server was excellent! Impossible burger and meatloaf are a must have. Restaurant was light which allowed for us to also enjoy the music. Good food and service coming back soon. Paid tab online which was extra cool and easy
The cheesesteak rolls were salty and they were out of both of the beers I drink
Good food and good service. Our waiter was very good.
Our dinner was fine, nothing special. More average than not.
