We enjoyed a great meal with friends. The wine list is extensive, and the food quite good. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, without being overbearing. We'll be back, I'm sure!
Perfect for date night. Great atmosphere, very good food, great wine selections.
Restaurant was quiet but seemed like there wasn’t enough staff. Our waitress was fantastic but I think she had the whole place. We got there at 6:30 but didn’t get our dinner till around 8:15 and weren’t able to leave till 8:45. Everything took a lot longer than it should have.
The food was good (the salmon dinner was fantastic), but portions were pretty tiny.
Affordable with great wine and drink list.
Wonderful experience as always!
Excellent food, and very friendly service. Always a nice experience when we have been to Nosh.
Cozy little wine bar in downtown. Perfect to meet up with friends after work for an adult beverage, a romantic date night or prior to a sporting event at the CenturyLink. The spinach artichoke dip is a MUST!! Absolutely delish. Creamy with savory bread. Everyone raved about the duck tacos and they're OK. Nothing to write home about. Good flavor but very tiny. One of my favorite little spots in Omaha, especially during happy hour.
Great place to go before theater! Very respectful of time limitations, but also friendly and prompt service. Food - delicious!
I absolutely love Nosh, especially before Creighton games! The restaurant is full of fans which makes it so fun! The food is very, very good. This is a great place to come before and after games, so my only encouragement to Nosh is to staff accordingly, because we'll be there!
Nosh is a very nice place. We went on the wine tasting night which of course made it very busy. Service was really good considering the amount of people there. We ordered the Nosh board along with dusk tacos and truffle fries all were very good. Will go back.
We always go to the wine tasting every month
Outstanding. Great bartender and staff. I go to Nosh several times a year. Excellent find .
It was a busy Saturday night (glad we made reservations), but our waitress was friendly and attentive. The noise level was pretty high, and I wasn't thrilled that there were several TV's playing football scattered around the otherwise cozy, classy, mood-lit restaurant. The food was slightly above average -- nothing to blow your socks off, but worth the time and money.
Awesome food and great service! I would recommend the poutine and grilled cheese!
Yeaaaaaahhhh!!! Great!! So cute and comfy chairs, great lighting. Watch out for creepy dads hitting on twenty something ladies.
First time we dined at Nosh. Really enjoyed the place
Enjoyable dishes, I ordered the steak sliders and a cup of French onion soup- soup was great the sliders were mediocre. My date had the salmon and really enjoyed it.
We had a reservation and our table was not open for over 1/2 hour after we got there. Our waitress / hostess comped our drinks because of the long unplanned delay. They really went out of their way to take care of us for our patience.
It was a very enjoyable date and Nosh can take credit for creating a relaxed romantic ambience.
Outstanding service!!!! We had made reservations on line. On arrival it said there was a private event. Staff honored our reservation and we had a great night. Added to our holiday evening. Wholeheartedly recommend!!!!
Service was excellent. We didn't really enjoy the food. Probably wouldn't go back.
Nice place for a pre-symphony meal or post symphony coffee/drink. Very relaxing, food very good and staff very friendly. I've been there a lot and enjoyed each visit.
The service was wonderful, every one was friendly and kind. The staff made excellent recommendations and went out of their way to make our dining experience lovely. The food and wine were both superb.
decided to go at sort of last minute on Thanksgiving - the food was ok but was kind of disappointed that they brought the appetizer and soup and entree pretty much all at the same time. Got the fig and apple flatbread which was pretty good but again you would think they'd bring it out in stages so the main part of the meal isn't getting cold while trying to finish the appetizers. Wait staff didn't seem that attentive - might say it was due to it being a holiday but they weren't all that full either. Might recommend for the food but all in all a pretty average experience
Enjoyed an unique Thanksgiving dinner. Wanted something different. Nice atmosphere and a huge drink selection. Will be back for cocktails.
This was my 2nd time and we decided we really like this place. Nice vibe and great food. Love the happy hour specials too. Our fave is the duck tacos. We will be back soon.
Love Nosh! We have been there several times! Salmon is outstanding!!
We had tickets to the Holland for a music show, the Nosh was walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised. The size was cozy but spacious, the wine list was extensive, but the food is where they shined. We started with the Spinach Artichoke dip. It was amazing, light, warm, fluffy and a very generous amount. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Margaretta flatbread......we couldn't finish the portions. We will return.
The server was excellent as well as the service. We were going to the symphony so the location was very close. We did not feel rushed. I will try the sliders next time.
Our waitress was charming, and the service good. These evaluations are always too long, so I often don't even start. This time was an exception, because I thought the waitress deserved it.
First time there and not at all disappointed! Recommend going with a group to share, can easily become full on variety of terrific small and larger plates.
Great place, we had an awesome time. We'll definitely be back soon!
The staff and the environment is top notch.
Great place for date night or to sit and chill with friends.
Only one waitress was trying to cover about 10 tables
We had never been to Nosh, so we decided to take my mother in law and our 6 month old out to dinner for Omaha Resturant Week. It was pretty busy when we got there, but we never felt rushed. Our waitress was very nice and professional. She even offered chopped tomatoes for our little one. The food, however, was pretty basic, bland and I unimaginative- not at all what we were expecting. The big turn off for us was at the end of the night when a gal in shorts, boots, and a tank top (who appeared to be drunk) came around and asked if she could hold our baby. She said her "grandbaby" was no longer a baby. My husband immediately said no. She seemed surprised and then asked me the same thing. I also said no. She eventually left our table, and we realized she worked at the restaurant! She then started giggling with the hostess and walking/skipping all around the main isle (between the booths and tables). We had a fine time, but were made uncomfortable by this one person. I'm doubt we would go back, and definitely wouldn't go back with our baby.
Great restaurant! Great service! We went before the Ed Sheeran concert and the waitress was incredible! Food was excellent thank you so much for a great experience
Great food! Good drinks! Cool atmosphere!
We hit up Nosh before a concert at Century link. The wine list was great and the hummus plate and Nosh flatbread we ordered were both delicious. I would absolutely recommend checking it out for any sized group. Definitely make a reservation if yoy really want to go.
Delicious healthy food options! And very economical for lunch options. My only surprise was they had minimal tables filled. More people need to go here. Delicious!!
While the atmosphere was great. The food was no where near what I expected from the reviews.
The brown butter gnocchi was burned. My belief is, unless the menu indicates the item is to be pan blackened, it never should make it to a diners table.
Simple food served to other tables appeared to look good.
Maybe the Nosh should stick with this.
Stopped in after a long day shopping for an apartment. Quiet Thursday evening. Place is dark and comfortable with good ambience. Good selection of wines including a reserve collection. Good selection of small plates to share; we especially enjoyed the duck tacos. My wife had a petite filet mignon for an entry which was excellent.
Met up with some family for a quick bite and chat. Food was very good. We had a couple of appetizers off the happy hour menu that everyone liked. Especially the artichoke dip! Other drink and food choices were nearly equally as tasty. Always enjoy when someone else in the group picks up the tab. :-)
