It was a busy Saturday night (glad we made reservations), but our waitress was friendly and attentive. The noise level was pretty high, and I wasn't thrilled that there were several TV's playing football scattered around the otherwise cozy, classy, mood-lit restaurant. The food was slightly above average -- nothing to blow your socks off, but worth the time and money.

Attentive staff
Enjoyable dishes, I ordered the steak sliders and a cup of French onion soup- soup was great the sliders were mediocre. My date had the salmon and really enjoyed it.

We had a reservation and our table was not open for over 1/2 hour after we got there. Our waitress / hostess comped our drinks because of the long unplanned delay. They really went out of their way to take care of us for our patience.

It was a very enjoyable date and Nosh can take credit for creating a relaxed romantic ambience.

Nice place for a pre-symphony meal or post symphony coffee/drink. Very relaxing, food very good and staff very friendly. I've been there a lot and enjoyed each visit.

decided to go at sort of last minute on Thanksgiving - the food was ok but was kind of disappointed that they brought the appetizer and soup and entree pretty much all at the same time. Got the fig and apple flatbread which was pretty good but again you would think they'd bring it out in stages so the main part of the meal isn't getting cold while trying to finish the appetizers. Wait staff didn't seem that attentive - might say it was due to it being a holiday but they weren't all that full either. Might recommend for the food but all in all a pretty average experience

We had tickets to the Holland for a music show, the Nosh was walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised. The size was cozy but spacious, the wine list was extensive, but the food is where they shined. We started with the Spinach Artichoke dip. It was amazing, light, warm, fluffy and a very generous amount. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Margaretta flatbread......we couldn't finish the portions. We will return.

Our waitress was charming, and the service good. These evaluations are always too long, so I often don't even start. This time was an exception, because I thought the waitress deserved it.

We had never been to Nosh, so we decided to take my mother in law and our 6 month old out to dinner for Omaha Resturant Week. It was pretty busy when we got there, but we never felt rushed. Our waitress was very nice and professional. She even offered chopped tomatoes for our little one. The food, however, was pretty basic, bland and I unimaginative- not at all what we were expecting. The big turn off for us was at the end of the night when a gal in shorts, boots, and a tank top (who appeared to be drunk) came around and asked if she could hold our baby. She said her "grandbaby" was no longer a baby. My husband immediately said no. She seemed surprised and then asked me the same thing. I also said no. She eventually left our table, and we realized she worked at the restaurant! She then started giggling with the hostess and walking/skipping all around the main isle (between the booths and tables). We had a fine time, but were made uncomfortable by this one person. I'm doubt we would go back, and definitely wouldn't go back with our baby.

We hit up Nosh before a concert at Century link. The wine list was great and the hummus plate and Nosh flatbread we ordered were both delicious. I would absolutely recommend checking it out for any sized group. Definitely make a reservation if yoy really want to go.

While the atmosphere was great. The food was no where near what I expected from the reviews.
The brown butter gnocchi was burned. My belief is, unless the menu indicates the item is to be pan blackened, it never should make it to a diners table.
Simple food served to other tables appeared to look good.
Maybe the Nosh should stick with this.

Stopped in after a long day shopping for an apartment. Quiet Thursday evening. Place is dark and comfortable with good ambience. Good selection of wines including a reserve collection. Good selection of small plates to share; we especially enjoyed the duck tacos. My wife had a petite filet mignon for an entry which was excellent.

Met up with some family for a quick bite and chat. Food was very good. We had a couple of appetizers off the happy hour menu that everyone liked. Especially the artichoke dip! Other drink and food choices were nearly equally as tasty. Always enjoy when someone else in the group picks up the tab. :-)

You Aren't From Around Here, Are You?
We made an OpenTable reservation for 2 people at 4:45pm for dinner before a concert - we were in from a bigger city in the region. We were shown to a small, low round cocktail table back in the bar area with 2 club chairs. We asked to sit at one of the many unoccupied traditional dining tables and were told that they were all previously reserved. The only seating available through our Open Table reservation for dinner was a tiny cocktail table in the bar area, or a barstool seat at the bar. We expressed our unhappiness that a reservation for dinner didn't involve a "dinner table." The hostess said that everybody locally knew that the actual tables were already called for. We said if we had known we were reserving a place in the bar we would have looked elsewhere, and it was now too late to change plans. Ultimately, we promised to be out in under an hour in exchange for an actual table. They sat us right next to the front door and it was fascinating to watch people come in with reservations being shown to these tiny bar tables and bar stools as they all had similar reactions. We travel a great deal and have never had this experience. Our "real table" was given to us rather begrudgingly and so really dampened the pre-concert experience. We stayed 50 minutes and there were still many open tables when we left. It was a ridiculous thing to do to patrons and we won't forget it. However, that said, the food was excellent. The duck tacos were exceptional and salads were fresh. Dessert cakes were wonderful (although not made in- house.) Wine list was interesting and ambience had a good vibe, except for the "you're not welcome to sit at a real table" thing. Would maybe go again, but would ask if reservation was for a real table. It felt like an Open Table reservation from an out of town patron was a second class arrangement.

We had a lunch reservation at 12:15. We were promptly seated and gave our orders. Our food arrived at exactly 1:00pm, 45 minutes after we had ordered it. The restaurant was approximately two thirds full. We gulped our food to return to work. What could have been and should have been a nice lunch was everything but that. We will not return.

They have a very large wine list. Those prices were reasonable. We NASA flatbread pizza. It was a lot heavier than usual flatbread. We went there before a performance at the Holland Center.
