The restaurant features an eclectic menu of comfort foods and "pub" fare. Signature dishes include a BLACK ANGUS GASTRO BURGER and FISH & CHIPS. NOSE DIVE also offers a wide selection of handcrafted beers and a carefully-constructed wine list. The patio at NOSE DIVE is the perfect place to enjoy Greenville's beautiful Main Street.
Meeting family traveling through town and this is one of our go to spots in downtown Greenville. The bill off fare was perfect for the adults as well as teenagers they brought with them. We had to change our reservation time twice and were accommodated kindly.
Great time with family visiting from out of town.
The atmosphere was nice. The food was good, not great.
Attentive service. Noise level was too loud for us. Good food choices at reasonable price.
First, the entrees were very good with ample portions. No complaints here.
Second, the server was very nice but had to many tables to take care of to give adequate service to us.
Third, and worst of all, the noise/acoustics in this restaurant is horrible and unacceptable. So noisy my wife & I were almost having to shout at each other to talk and we were adjacent to each other at a table. Noticed some other tables having the same problem. Although busy and full, other restaurants on Main St do not have this major problem at all when full & busy with guests.
This was an absolutely terrible experience that we went through and unfortunately, although the entrees were very good, this noise issue ruined the entire dining experience for us.
We will never recommend this restaurant to our friends and, obviously, we will never we back either!
Food was very good as was our waiter. We’ll be back.
Rude hostess. No happy hour at tables.
Enjoyable evening! Food was great, as was the service.
Several times to Nose Dive, never disappointed. On a Friday night we were able to secure a reservation for 10 by phoning the restaurant a few days in advance. Great that they were able to accommodate. We love that they have so many gluten free options for the two celiac people in our group. Menu provides excellent options of burgers, salads with proteins, and wonderful southern traditions.
Great meal before the Alice Copper concert. 3 of the 4 had the veggie plate with salmon and or chicken and loved it. I had the burger with fried egg and it was very tasty.
The new salmon is nowhere near as good as the salmon and carrots. Our Caesar salads were AMAZING, and that purple rice and bok choy was bland and mushy. The greater was nice and delightful!!!!
Service was great and the grits bar was so good and a great deal for brunch.
The Spa Burger was delicious. Best sweet potato fries I think I’ve ever had.
Food is always good, but the noise level is so bad we could not hear each other to enjoy a conversation.
Great food, patient wait staff, loved the experience
Collard greens are the best around.
We were short on time, trying to make a show at the Peace Center. Our waitress was aware of this issue and was very efficient getting us out with plenty of time to spare. Otherwise, the food and service were excellent.
Can always depend on getting good food here!
Service took way too long
Server was way over worked- had too many tables to attend to-never checked back with us
Nose Dive is one of our favorite lunch restaurants. Always great food and service. My friend had her favorite: Lobster Roll with regular fries; I had my favorite: Spinach Salad (no Proscuitto) with Grilled Salmon (Med.). Nose Dive is great for dinner also. Do try it!
Nose Dive is my favorite brunch spot in Greenville! They have the best deal on mimosas, amazing burgers, and a great atmosphere. My go-to when guests are in town!
A friend and I had a wonderful lunch at one of our favorite spots - Nose Dive. We had a great people-watching table right in front of the front window. We both ordered our favorite Spinach Salad (minus the Proscuitto) and Grilled Salmon (Med.). Salmon was perfectly grilled. Excellent lunch!
Nose dive was wonderful! I have celiac disease and they were incredibly accommodating. Super gluten free friendly!
Food was amazing, staff was attentive, a little loud but I got over it because the food and service was so good
Thoroughly enjoyed out lunch prior to Peace Center performance. It was rather cool on Saturday and they had the front windows open, which made it to uncomfortably cool inside . We will remember to request a table away from the windows, next time. People that were sitting right outside, were coming inside, because it was to cool and breezy.
Need to change menu and have specials. We go to other restaurants because we value variety!
When was the last time you updated your menu?
We were in Greenville, SC for family weekend at our daughters college. We went there for dinner on Friday night. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside. The noise level was very high, but that was intentional and most really enjoy that. The food was good but I thought it was a bit over priced.
Great food and service (thanks Ryan).
I found the restaurant way to loud.
We have eaten at the Nose Dive many times. The amount of time it took for our food to arrive was really bad. Our waiter kept coming apologizing for the delay. He was great. Certainly not his fault. It will not deter us from coming back. Hopefully this was a one time problem.
Too noisy. Fook OK for price. Servicer almost non existance
Food was excellent, had waffles and fried chicken. Bourbon syrup was wonderful. My husband enjoyed the burger. My son got the grilled cheese; needs more substantial bread, seemed like white bread. Service was excellent. Price reasonable. Place was quite noisy though.
Food really lacked seasoning but once we heavily salted and pepper it was fine.
Our server was great! The mussels were FIRE!!!! I would definitely go back.
Food was good, and venue is nice. They were busy and clearly did not have enough servers, so service was not very good. Forgot to bring requested items, never checked back in, etc.
Great atmosphere and pretty good food. Burgers & salads wonderful. Lobster roll disappointing. Grilled cheese -- great idea, could have been better executed ... ingredients fresh, but bread was toasted, not grilled -- big taste difference. Pretzel with wonderful mustard & cheese. Mac & cheese delish.
Dining room big & roomy. Sat at open bay window & enjoyed it immensely. Wait staff very friendly, accommodating ... professional yet personable. Thank yous to our lovely waitress Jennie!
My fish and chips were soggy not crispy, so that was disappointing.
Nose Dive is one of our favorite lunch spots when our group of friends attend the Saturday afternoon show at The Peace Center. We have never been disappointed. I brought new guests with me this time and they had never been to Greenville or Nose Dive. They really enjoyed both.
Everything was great; love the remodeling.
