North Star has access to incredible talent from the New York/Westchester/CT area and beyond. Every week there is something memorable happening musically there. Thursday rocks the house, with great bands starting at 9pm. If you like to dance to rock 'n' roll, this is the place to be. Sunday features the incredible voice of Dennis Collins, someone who is asked regularly to sing with the biggest stars in music. He is truly magical, and sings every Sunday night at 6:30pm.

North Star Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
This wasn't our best experience at North Star. I decided to try the Lemon Sole and it just wasn't to my liking as the fish and crab was mushy and I felt the combination didn't go well with the sweet parsnip puree. Guess it was the wrong choice as other items I have had there have been very good.
Unfortunately have to give 1 Star to submit review. We were actually never seated. Left after 36 minutes, having been told 3 times that ‘our’ table had their check, but hadn’t left yet. Regulars (people from neighborhood?) were seated in unreserved bar tables as soon as they walked in. Won’t reserve here again in the future.
Great evening. They had flowers on the table as I asked for my wife's birthday, brought her a complimentary dessert and had great food and service. It couldn't have been better. We have been happy with our meals there and the value is terrific - even compared to more expensive restaurants.
Arrived at the restaurant early and decided to have drinks outside, the quiet setting and attentive bar service made us decide to eat our dinner outside as well. Our dinners were fabulous (we all had fish) and the appetizers were equally good. I will recommend your restaurant to all my friends.
This was our first time trying North Star Restaurant as we are new to the area. Overall the visit was very good and the food stood out as the reason to visit again. Service was good but a little aloof..but then again 2 servers were working the entire smaller room so they were busy but there were an adequate number of busboys to help out. We will definitely be back!
As always, this restaurant never disappoints! It has great food, good wine choices, and anything can be modified to your taste. Very accommodating and the service is impeccable. I love music Thursday's although I haven't gone for several weeks. Great music - get there early and make a reservation because it tends to get packed! Order the steak, turkey meatloaf, or any of the fish. You won't go wrong.
The wine list covers many different countries including my favorite, France. The organic salad was fresh and dressed perfectly. There are generally two choices of the soup of the day, our party had the parsnip puree and were pleased. The scallop appetizer was amazing. The only issue was, it was a Sunday night and the crab meat on the sole tasted odd. Either too salty or just old so only ate a bite of that. The rest of that sole plate was delicious, including the spinach and parsnip puree.
