Excellent service! I enjoyed the daily special, which was a blackened shrimp with asparagus risotto. Family enjoyed the meatloaf and salmon dinners.

The food and service was fantastic. Honestly I was glad we ate early (around 530) because around 6pm it started getting busier and I definitely wasn't sitting more than 6 feet away from other people dining. With having eaten out only a handful of times in the past year, this is the first place that I didn't feel as though there was enough space in the dining area.

Server was a little "short" and curt. Menu looked great. Overpriced hummus and pita because hummus was such a small dish in relation to pita. We asked for a bit more, and was charged $5 more (never told it would be more).
My salmon over spinach was delicious, until a piece of the spinach plastic bagging was mixed in (plastic). The manager took off the price of my salmon. Not very impressed with restaurant response. I was discrete in mentioning the plastic (didn't alarm other tables), but thought they might have more concern.
I don't think we will go back, based on the less than personable server and plastic incident.

I had the most amazing chicken and mushroom risotto! And the flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sorbet—yum!

Great time. Issue was we were seated by the kitchen door and that was unacceptable.

The service was excellent, the food was done exactly right and the Valentine evening was a great experience. NSAM is performing above other restaurants we have visited recently. A great place to enjoy an evening out.

Food was very good, delicious and prompt.

Great brunch...I had the corn beef with a Belgium waffle on the side. Both were delicious. Very nice mix of meat and potato in the hash. We were there around 10 so it was quiet. When we left it was almost full but service remained great throughout.

The food was great and so was the service. Everything came out correct and within a reasonable time frame. It was worth the visit.

This was our first trip to North Star, enjoyed a great dinner.

We would like to have seen the tables distanced more appropriately for COVID. Too close together. Otherwise everything else was amazing. Food, service top notch.

Our waitress was very attentive, she did such an excellent job. The food was good, if my steak had been cooked correctly I would’ve been much happier. But the sides were fantastic as were the cocktails. I would definitely come back.

Food was delivered cold and the service was slow for a small lunch crowd. It was unusual for this restaurant and a bit disappointing.

Our reservation was instantly acknowledged and we were seated at a carefully spaced table by COVID aware staff. The attention and timing between courses was professional and appreciated. Food was excellent, and service as well.

Met my expectations

Party of four and all our meals were great, along with service and atmosphere.

Great ambiance, bar service very good, dinner service great and food exceptional as usual. Nice high backed booths.

The bartenders were very good and know how to make a good martini. I was impressed with cleanliness and constant wiping and sanitizing. Our server Carole was very pleasant and the timing was good. Definitely a keeper.

We arrived for our 6:30 reservation at 6:30. The hostess informed us that they were full because of to many walk-in and they would not be able to accommodate our 6:30 time slot. She indicated that we would have a 30 minute wait. The bar was full, so we went else where. Very disappointing.

Average food, service and atmosphere. Regulars must get choice seating.

Server was prompt and very polite and accommodating. We would have liked to see a few more main menu choices. We miss the white table cloths. We would have preferred a more festive house music. Christmas music would have been far more appropriate than the 70’s channel that was playing. Always a convenient place for a nice dinner.
