Inspired by the market, Chef César Murillo utilizes exceptional ingredients at the height of their season. His tasting menu reflects the Arts & Crafts approach of the dining room - complex layers of subtle craft beneath a simple decorative style.
We offer a five-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings. The menu is not á la carte.
Tables in the front room or patio, overlooking the pond, are seated first come, first serve. We do not hold tables. All tables for more than 4 people are seated in our main dining room.
We accept reservations for a maximum of 8 people at one table.
A cancellation charge of $25 per person is applied to all same day cancellations.

    We had an incredible anniversary dinner at North Pond. The service was impeccable and every single dish was delicious. We opted for the wine pairing and additional foie gras and pickles course which was amazing. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the chef even came over for a chat at the end of the night. We will be back! Highly recommend.

    We were celebrating our son's high graduation. It was perfect place do so. We took some photos around the area as it was beautiful before we dine in. They made our celebration special. The service and food were great and we love the beauty of the place. I would return again.

    Fantastic service and great food. We got the vegetarian tasting and it was so thoughtfully done and very filling. We had a 6:30 reservation and food came out at a good pace until around 7;30 where the dining room filled up completely and pace slowed down considerably. All in all still a great experience, would come again.

    We made the reservation for a birthday dinner but birthday went unrecognized. Host even confirmed the spelling of my husbands name when I called to confirm the reservation. Additionally, the food was only ok. The bread was probably the best part of the meal.

    Highly recommend! I’ve been coming here for special occasions for over 15 years and while it never disappoints, the food and service last night were exceptional. The menu is seasonal and the spring preparations are outstanding. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. For a 5 course meal it is perfectly balanced and delicious but not overly rich, definitely room for dessert. The service is lovely as is the dining area. Easily the best fine dining in Chicago in a beautiful, singular setting. It’s pricey but so is everything these days and this place is worth it.

    Incredibly balanced and bright food. From the moment we walked in you could tell the service members were next level. Gerald was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for a better experience
