Staff was excellent and We had a great time there safely.

Everything was really good especially because of Covid. I felt like the ambience was really nice with the lights and heat lamps. Food was delicious and service was excellent.

The food was delicious our server was nice and attentive the drinks were good. Restaurant followed covid rules everyone wearing masks and they have a lot of space for outdoor seating. Will definitely be back. We had the bolognese pasta and margherita pizza and it was 🔥

First time dining at North Italia, and will not be the last. Everything from their tomato soup, their Branzino dish, and desserts were so tasty! 5 stars all around.

Amazing food, excellent service, fun and energetic ambience

Food was amazing and server was very attentive and helpful, especially when we knocked a glass of water over. Only criticism is that I think I was served a lunch portion salad and not the regular version but I didn't specify and server didn't ask - only noticed when I went to the bathroom and saw someone with the same salad but a much larger portion.

Great experience the staff was great and there was no line!!! The line is usually pretty bad but it’s been great lately the truffle bread is the best!!!

The patio was perfect for a nice Sunday date night. It was super windy but the patio is the perfect for the COVID outdoor requirements and still staying warm and dry. The food is always delicious and the service was great!

I enjoyed the food which made up for everything that kind of went wrong. I would've appreciated it if you guys warned about your outdoor seating on your website so we can dress for the environment you put us in. I wore a dress and it was too cold to be seated outside. I had to ask to be seated by the entrance to prevent the wind from hitting my husband and I. Also, it was my birthday celebration, I even noted that on our reservation and your hostess or whomever is responsible for that detail to be acknowledged failed by not offering me a birthday dessert. That was a little disappointing. However I will be back because the food was perfectly cooked. The waitress was sweet btw.

Once again, we had a delightful experience at North Italia. We took some relatives who were visiting and had never been. The setting out by the fountain was perfect. Our service was excellent, and the food was delicious. As always, the presentations were great too. We enjoyed the grilled artichoke starter and having 3 halves was perfect so we didn’t have to share with someone other than our spouses. The Gluten Free pizza crust is incredible and this was one of the beat GF pizzas I’ve ever had. I think we’ll be going back for pizza to go very soon! A couple of the guys enjoyed the pasta dishes and were very happy.
In general, this restaurant is a great find. Personally, we enjoy eating outside more than we did inside before Covid. Hoping the outside dining never goes away!

Server was courteous and was mindful to mask up properly. Food was enjoyed by all though the zucca chips were on the oily side. Like the outdoor table we sat at away for pedestrian traffic.

I have actually emailed them directly to no avail, I have been to this restaurant dozens of time, normally you never see a manager because the way this place works they are expediting food, I have never seen a manager checking on any tables, im used to it usually things are good and consistent, but what scared the hell out of me is that when they first opened they were following every protocol, masks, gloves and shields for their service staff, this time I might have seen one or two wearing all three, not sure how in the world they cannot be concerned about following guidelines, I have older parents and it's a huge concern for me, also the food quality has been steadily declining, we always eat the mussels, hardly any broth, the pasta dishes seemed like they had been schlep on the dish in a hurry, and the food took forever, they seem way understaffed, I remember it when it was just Fox owned, not sure if this will get better, but for Chris sake at least spend the money in training the management and the staff to not get ppl sick with Covid, I'll still go eat and give them one more chance, but if it doesn't get any better that'll be it for me and my family, very disappointed that not even a courtesy automatic reply was generated to the feedback I sent them thru their website, poor busniess model so far from the new ownership.

My friend and I love this place, but haven’t been since the virus’s broke out. The garlic bread was amazing, and the meatball pizza was outstanding. The server tweaked the recipe on my drink and made it special. The artichoke was not good - too hard and not well cooked. Other than that, the food was amazing. The tables were uncomfortably close, so I will probably wait to go back until there is a vaccine, but it’s still one of my faves!

Perfect setting outdoors by fountain, California sunshine, excellent food- torttelloni, roast salmon and gelato to die for frothy huge cappuccinos - and of course our waiter par excellence!

Since the seating is outside, as it should be, the ambient noise can make it difficult to talk: the pool's many gushing water spouts, the property management's piped-in music in the area affecting also all the other restaurants and stores, and foot traffic.

However, the food and service remain excellent.

Food was delicious as usual and service was excellent. Really appreciate the expanded outdoor dining area during these challenging times. This was a first visit for the person I brought with me and she raved about everything: our appetizers, her entree and dessert. Highly recommend North Italia for a great dining experience!
