We decided to go to North Italia from a reference that 5280 magazine gave for lunch spots. It did not disappoint. We thought the food was fabulous and an inviting twist compared to the normal Italian that you might expect. The zucca chips and grilled artichoke were both excellent starters and the Italian Grinder and Crispy Pesto Chicken were delightful in flavor as well as the wonderful ciabatta bread they shared.
The restaurant was very inviting! Polite and attentive staff, informative server, great menu selection and AMAZING food.
We enjoyed the board and bottle on happy hour, a great deal - chefs board and bottle for $25. The ambience was wonderful and started to pick up around 5:30. The service was absolutely wonderful! We will be back!
Great brunch...I had the French Toast which was delicious. Our server Colton was very helpful.
Although we had a reservation at 6:30 we weren’t seated until 7pm.
Always enjoy eating here when we come to Denver. Food is great
Wanted to try a new restaurant and we are so glad we did! Easily one of our new favorites. I come from an Italian family and it is harder to find good Italian food outside of New York and a few other places in the US. The food was fresh and very good! Highly recommend!
ALWAYS EXCELLENT WITH GREAT SERVICE. OUR FAV IN CHERRY CREEK!
Had a great meal and our server was the best. Great service great personality and sense of humor.
Took Over two hours. Food cold. Not cooked properly. Returned multiple times the. Brought us something we didn’t even order cause couldn’t get it right. Won’t be going back.
Loved the food! We got the burrata to share, and then split the arugula and avocado salad with salmon, and strozzapreti. It was perfectly proportioned for two and was so delicious! The wine was a good pairing, too. Love the ambiance and right in Cherry Creek.
We enjoyed our meals and the service was good. The place is very popular and busy, and a bit on the loud side. Overall, I'd recommend it to a friend, and I'd return. The bolognese is excellent.
I will give this a second chance because the food was good, but there were a lot of things lacking. The restaurant was clean and the hostess was quick to get us seated and very friendly. After that, it went down hill. We made a reservation for New Years Day brunch. I am pretty sure that New Years Day is the biggest brunching day of the year outside of Mother's Day, and that is when we went. We researched on line and looked at their brunch menu and were quite excited to give this a try. Turns out, they only serve their brunch menu on select days, but we don't know this until we show up and they tell us. I was kinda surprised because I would think you would run a brunch menu on a holiday regardless of the day of the week it falls on, but whatever, we dealt with it and decided to stay. Our waiter was very friendly when he showed up, but after taking our drink order, we hardly ever saw him again. It took forever to get a food order in, and then, when we ordered more drinks and refills of our drinks, he never came back. We were constantly trying to flag people down and get them to help us. We literally spent over 2 1/2 hours there for as slow as it was, and this restaurant is not that kind of a place where everything is coming in courses and you take your time to savor and dine. The food was very good and in some ways, it was worth the wait, but the portions are VERY small for the price. I will give it one more try since the food was good and it was a holiday, so maybe they were just having an off day.
New Years Eve Bust! Was excited to come to N.I. For NYE... they hit up your inbox constantly so I thought what the heck let’s do it! Lame doesn’t begin to describe it. Not one bartender, server or hostess wanted to be there. Treated you like you were inconveniencing them. Food was marginal. Ambiance boring for NYE. Total after thought. North next time push against corporate save everyone the awful experience and let your staff go home / close early and pitch a great hang over brunch on the 1st!
Not at this time. Meal came out cold and it was rectified when brought back, but nothing was done to apologize for the fact we were served a frozen meatball.
Service and food was outstanding.
It was New Year’s eve, so understandably it was a little hectic for staff and kitchen.
Had a great time!
Very well run restaurant. Good food, excellent service. Pretty authentic flavors.
Very pleased with our experience at North Italia. Service was great and food was exceptional. Loved the ambiance as well.
We had an early dinner for New Year’s Eve. However, we did not know it was a selected menu until we got there. I would have preferred to know that a head of time. I would have made another choice. However, the food was good and the service excellent.
It took a very long time to get the lunch and it was mostly salads.
Always great food and kind staff. Comfortable and accommodating. Food made to order and high quality
The service took a lot of time
Some of the best Italian I've had - try anything with the pesto! And we loved the chefs board, the salmon, tiramisu, and Bombolini! So...everything.
Everything was great EXCEPT for the gluten-free pizza we ordered. The gluten-free crust was extremely chewy and hard to eat. Such a shame because everything else was fantastic.
Great service on Christmas Eve lunch with girlfriends. Love that it was super easy to share entrees.
This place is delicious and we love it! Everyone there is so friendly as well!
Delicious food, fairly priced (I had the scallops) excellent and warm service, fun setting. Noise level is a challenge to conversation at times.
We had never been here before but stopped by late night with friends and were soooo impressed! The food, the wine, the service — all top notch. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!
Alex is amazing! We loved the bowl of cheese he brought us!
North Italia is always fantastic!
Always a good spot for happy hour
Just a really nice evening with my son. We loved our salad, they made the pasta with no chicken since I am vegetarian, my son had the pig pizza and loved it. I love Sunday special on wine. I have always loved eating here. Just a note to say the service was great, when I needed my server he was always available within 5 min.
Sunday has happy hour wine choices - I always like to save money. Food is good and reliable.
Food was great. Unfortunately we had the brunch menu and didn’t realize until after we ate that there was a full menu we could have ordered from. Our choices were limited to brunch. We enjoyed it totally anyhow and waiter recommended a great wine.
It was a fabulous evening - food, service by Jordan, and company!
Cocktails were delicious, as was the food! Beautiful restaurant and excellent service!
Kale salad was great. Meatball sandwich was fine, but not great.
A place that never disappoints with both food and service!
