North Italia – BLVD
Good food , good service, good social place. Little loud and packed, more space between tables would be ideal!
Wish the meatballs and French toast went back to the way it was served in the past. I was told meatballs can be prepared that way. Didn’t love the deep fried French toast. Guest who had if for the first time did enjoy it though.
We had a great time
Great food great service overall great time.
It was a great lunch as always
Overall really great experience
It was a very pleasant atmosphere. I will be returning in the near future.
Good quality went down, the burger used to be 100 times better in terms of meat quality and wedges. Same does with meat balls and salads. Looks like they went cheap on produce
There was a rubber band in my omelette and it took over 25 mins to get a coffee. Just overall had a bad experience. The manager after he found out was attentive and took care of most of the bill.
Love this place and the food except their drinks take forever to come so make sure you order a couple or else you wait 20-25 min for a drink.
Food was delicious and the service was great. The wine was also delicious
Great example overall. Service was awesome and everyone had a wonderful time.
Everything was great.
Extremely loud. Good food and service. Fun place.
Chicken bones in the chicken on the salad was awful. Lost my appetite to finish. Really dangerous if swallowed. They offered anything on house to compensate and told them to focus on the food prep. Not sure I’ll go back because this has happened more than once
Food was very good, service was attentive and the scene was energetic...it was loud, on the cusp of not being able to have a conversation.
Great food and value. During lunch hours, if it’s crowded it can get pretty loud.
Great food. Service was a little slow but acceptable.
Blake was awesome!!
Seated right away for our reservation. Service was a bit slow at first but got better once he knew we were anxious to eat. Food was great!
North Italia always provides a fantastic experience. Juan is a great server and the entire staff always goes the extra mile.
We had an 845 reservation. Didn't get sat until 9pm...not a big deal. Upon being sat, we were still waiting for a couple friends to show up so we were being slow in our ordering process. The server however never really shifted into serving mode when our friends got there. Constantly having to look around to see where he was, having to ask other servers for basic things like water refills and whatnot. We ordered salads ahead of our entrees. The entrees arrived within minutes of the salads, so we were still trying to rush to finish the salads in order to get to the entrees while they were hot. I had the spaghetti and meat balls - which is my favourite italian dish, I pretty much order it whenever it's on the menu. My noodles were still chewy which gave a negative impression right off the bat. The flavours were great, the meatballs were good, but there were definitely areas of improvement.
The service was weak, the food was fine, the restaurant vibe though is great. I would imagine anyone going would likely have a better experience. The restaurant is great, we just happened to have a server off his game, and a pasta cook who may have been rushed. I'm sure that's not the norm.
An important piece of note - the manager did a great job of clarifying a gluten free issue with the Caesar salad. She was very informative and knowledgeable and empathetic towards Celiac and the needs to be food safe.
San Antonio Family get-together!
Excellent, moderately priced food in a festive atmosphere.
The food and the Malbec were very good. Would like to see more than on choice of Malbec on wine list.
excellent as always, loud as always, but overall good food at decent value
Taste good! But there are not enough server so we had to wait a lot of time until serving meals.
I really enjoyed this place. It was my first time here. I can't wait to come back.
Excellent experience as always. I do wish their "house wines" were a little bit more reasonable but thats my only complaint. Everything was amazing.
Jaunito was great as always.
Always a treat.
I have been to North Italia so many times and as always the food and service were outstanding . But , this time it seems that the portion were smaller than in the past . At first I thought that it was just a random observation, but I have noticed that the same applied to the neighboring tables . Other than that , I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience
The food was delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and looked just like a restaurant you would see in Italy. Our waiter, Eduardo, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu - he gave great recommendations. I would recommend North Italia to anyone looking for a unique brunch experience! We can't wait to try their dinner menu!
Great food and vibe, but with its lively atmosphere and hopping bar scene, better for fun out with friends than a quiet first date.
Our waitress was very attentive and complimented my mother in law with a surprise birthday desert.
Scrumptious dinner and energetic atmosphere. The waiter was attentive and periodically checked if we needed anything even though the place was packed! The meals were a bit pricey but worth it; definitely make a reservation so you don't have to wait for the seats.
Noisy but good
Wonderful food and service. North never disappoints. We are regulars.
