5 of us got together for a Sunday lunch. We got a table on the patio, as requested with my reservation. We were seated promptly and a waiter arrived with menus. We placed our drink orders and he gave us some time to peruse them and decide on our selections.
As it was Sunday lunch time, luckily there are Happy Hour food and drink specials, which we took advantage of, starting with a discounted chefs board and an order of bruschetta. All tasty and gone in no time. Entrees were delivered perfectly timed, giving us some time to chat. I split a pizza, two folks had burgers and my wife had the meatball sandwich. The burgers and sandwich came with delicious skin on new potatoes, twice cooked. Everybody loved them! The burgers were a bit overcooked, though.
Overall a great day with good food and friends. The weather was perfect for the patio, not to warm, yet. I love this place!!

We have attended this restaurant 7 times or more. This was the worst experience ever. The waiter was spread all over the place and couldn't give timely customer service. We waited for more than 50 minutes for a 25 minute table. The spaghetti, which is usually delicious, was very ordinary and the noodles were partially cooked. As an experienced foodie, I know the difference between "rushed" and quality cooking. This was definitely rushed, and under cooked. The saving grace was the kindness of a brand new waitress, who seemed to be sensitive to our plight and offered hospitality. The main waiter, sucked.

We found North Italia via other online reviews. Honestly, we're surprised that this restaurant is so highly-rated. We were really disappointed during our visit. After having eaten at so many great restaurants in the area, we were optimistic about North Italia. There were 4 in our party, including 2 mature teenagers. We booked online via Open Table and were seated promptly after arriving. Our waitress was kind and had a cute personality, until we had issues with our meal. As first-time visitors, she brought us complimentary zucchini chips. They were delicious and we didn't mind the grease. We also ordered an arugula salad and the calamari appetizer. The calamari was heavily battered and deep fried. We noticed that other guests were eating a basket of complimentary bread. Our waitress didn't bring us any until we asked for some. So, be sure to ask for bread when you get seated. It comes with a dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The wait for food is very long, so the bread is a life-saver. My wife ordered a glass of red wine based on our waitress' recommendation, but the wine tasted blah. I ordered the rosemary chicken entree. The chicken was dry and the sauce tasted burnt. Although the bed of brocolini was delicious, the chicken was not good. I couldn't finish it. I mentioned this in a kind way to our waitress, which caused a drastic shift in the way she treated us after that. My wife ordered a nice-looking pizza; however, she said it was way too greasy and wasn't very good. One of our kids ate the chicken parmesan. The chicken was fried and the pasta had too much cream with white sauce. Our son ordered the short rib radiatori. He ate it, but it wasn't filling. With the long wait for our food to arrive and below-par food quality and taste, this restaurant wasn't worth the trip. We don't recommend this, unless you're looking to over-pay for average food.

Everything about North was amazing! The food was divine and honestly not too pricey for how much food and drink we got. An app, 4 drinks, and 2 entrees for about $100 including tip. The service was the perfect pace- the server let us enjoy our date night and gave us time between courses to chat and sip our wine without making us waiting too long for the next round. The patio was exceptional- it was beautiful and quiet. The inside seemed a bit noisy for our liking. Definitely lyft there! We would’ve been caught off guard by the parking situation if we had not. We’ll be back to North soon!

Went to dinner here last night with my husband. I liked the atmosphere and everyone who worked there was nice. We tried the zucca chips which are good but I probably won't get them next time. We split a Caesar salad to start. It was good, but seemed a little small for the price and could have used more croutons. If you don't care for fish you might not like it because we could taste anchovies in the dressing (which is supposed to be there).

My husband got the squid ink pasta. He said it was ok but he wouldn't get it again. He thought it was very heavy on the pepper and too spicy as a result. My dinner was the star of the show! I got the short rib radiatori and it was out of this world amazing!!! I don't think I would have tried it but I saw a couple of yelp reviews that recommended it, so I gave it a try and it did not disappoint! It's in this delicious, creamy sauce with bread crumbs on top to add a little crunch, but the short rib just falls apart and is so melt in your mouth amazing! I'm craving it already today. I will be back for that. I only wish we had bread to go with it. I'd also like to try a desert because they had some delicious sounding options but we didn't really have time for it.

Overall, a solid choice. Try the SHORT RIB RADIATORI!

I have eaten there many times. Never disappointed.
This was a retirement dinner for a friend. Everything was great. But I think they could have offered something for the occasion. I did tell the waitress it was my friends retirement. Not to worry I’m not really complaining. I will go back and recommend it to my friends

Great patio and open bar area. Indoor dining is quite loud. I wish I could say more about the food because I always get the Bolognese. It’s out of this world. Always consistent and has never let me down.

Service was horrible. Food took 45 minutes and appetizer was served last. Manager was rude and had to argue that 2 people will get their food first vs 4 people that was sitting and waiting for 20 mins proor

The only issue I have with this property is it is very noisy and unless you are right next to the person talking you can’t hear all their conversation due to the poor sound proofing. The food is excellent and so is the service.

We met friends for a early dinner (6 PM). Seated quickly (inside, no patio tables available) and our waitress took our drink order. We split the chefs board (good variety of treats!) and placed our dinner order. The ladies all had different salads and I had my favorite, bolognaise with their fresh made pasta. All delicious!! I was planning on taking some pasta home, but I ended up finishing it off, after giving away a few tastes.
I love this place! North Italia is my "go to" restaurant for consistently excellent food and atmosphere. It can get a bit noisy occasionally but the crowd was somewhat subdued, allowing us to talk without raising our voices. Overall an excellent evening; good food, drinks and friends.

I loved the food here at North but the service wasn’t good. The waitress would quickly drop things off without asking if we needed anything. We kept trying to get her attention so we could order our food. I would definitely come back to North but not this location.

Fabulous. What a great place. Indira our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. She looked after us so well. I was blown away at how good the food was, it was really incredible. It’s all homemade food from start to finish. I would definitely go back. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Restaurant is very casual, loud, with a comfortable open air bar. Service was friendly and non rushed. We are there on Sunday with all day happy hour pricing on select appetizers and wines. Pastas and salads tasted great and were easily shareable. Great value.

Limited parking. Complementary valet. Rapid seating, vibe is casual, noise level loud with increasing volume through the meal, conversation became difficult. Menu is not ambitious, food received was well executed, not a gouge on prices; but no great values apparent, either. Server did not offer any specials, although a market priced 'pizza of the day' is an option on the menu. Apps and entrees well timed. Bread in bruschetta appetizer exceptional, but sadly no bread offered with the meal.

Love North Italia! Came for my parents' 25th Wedding Anniversary with the whole family. Food was great, service was good (a tad slow at times), and the ambiance is nice. It was a little loud, but what else would you expect on a Friday Night? Overall, great!
