Excellent food and service! Convenient too! Thank you
Our guest was vegetarian. They didn't want salad and that left VERY limited food choices. They found it disappointing.
Always a good choice!
Tasty buffet with risotto bar. Lovely selection of salads and entrees. Desserts are always a treat.
The staff is always kind and courteous.
I hope they never change.
The wait staff was slower than usual on this particular visit. I would have appreciated my water glass being refilled during my meal but it was never offered. No one checked on us during our meal either; although we did select the lunch buffet.
This is unusual relative to the numerous times I have dined here for luch,
Great food great service. Would recommend to anyone
Beautiful atmosphere but extremely overpriced! Will not go back again.
, did not wait at all for the table, food was great, server was wonderful! She managed ALL of our special requests without a hesitation, she then even brought 4 tiny little desserts to the table and said "Happy Friday! Compliments of me!" It was adorable and they were REALLY delicious! Thank you! Great experience!
I've dined at North Coast several times and always order the buffet lunch for convenience and to save time. The quality and variety of salad and entrée options is always very good to excellent. The serving staff is most often attentive with few exceptions. I appreciate the smaller sizes of desserts as a bite is usually all I want and I hate to waste food. Thank you!
I had the cobb salad which was ok. I ordered it because of the blue cheese, but the blue cheese was hard to find and very mild. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Lettuce was fresh, but I expected more for the price. If I ordered that on the hospital cafeteria, I would have said it wad a good salad.
My mom had the vegetable barley soup which had a few pieces of celery and some slivers of carrots. She was expecting more vegetables. Our server Alberto was very polite and accomodating.
Mother's Day Brunch was wonderful last year. This year not so much. No candy bar. No salad bar. Very loud.
Nice but not special.
We enjoyed the food and how attentive the staff was.
First time at North Coast and I was so impressed and can't wait to go back again. The food was well prepared and the staff were very professional.
Never disappointed. Lovely buffet. Always fabulous desserts.
The food was fresh and good. Especially for a buffet. Service was slow. All the staff would disappear for minutes. But they were all incredibly nice. We weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal. A couple people in our party customized their omelets and thought Marcus did a great job. When I need a brunch spot in University Circle, I will consider this again.
I came in with a group of coworkers for the lunch buffet during the week. The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone was impressed by the entrees as well as the dessert bar. Compliments to the chef!
The service however was terrible. We were never offered drinks other than water, we had to ask for our check 6 times before the server brought it to us. The dishes were cleared off the table quickly by the bussers.
I always enjoy dining at NorthCoast Cafe'. Staff members are always friendly, attentive and courteous, and the food is always fresh and tasty! Keep up the great work!
Server was lousy - had to ask for drinks, to be offered menu, did not get bill & had to wait cash register for her to add it up. Might give the place one more try - place/food really good - service unacceptable!
Great breakfast buffet, but a bit pricey.
Celebrated the end of summer research projects for two students in my group. The whole group enjoyed the variety and quality of the lunch buffet, with delicious choices for a vegetarian (me) and the carnivores in the group (with brisket, fish, etc.). Fresh pasta, the carving bar and the dessert selection were highlights. Friendly service, great value!
I had a breakfast business meeting here. The food is delicious and prepared perfectly. There are many healthy choices. The prices are a little high.
The breakfast selection is of good quality and variety.
Always a great dinning experience with excellent service.
It's a shame when an Intercontinental hotel price gauges it's customers for badly prepared Sysco food. The menu was uninspiring and bland that tasted like it was microwaved. Save yourself time and money and go to a Waffle House. The food is the same anyway.
My husband and I had gone to this restaurant last year and enjoyed it - so this time we invited another couple. We wanted to have a leisurely brunch before heading over to see the latest exhibit at the Natural History museum. They loved it - the food was good - they raved over the omelets, the smoked salmon was of a high quality and the bacon was crisp without being dry. They asked us to add it to the small list of restaurants on our regular go-to list.
The buffet cuisine is incredible. A large variety to fit every diner's desire! The roast was perfectly cooked, juicy and succulent. Pasta is made to order, and there was catfish for the fish lovers. The best part? The desserts! My only critique is that our waitress forgot to bring my ice tea and had to be reminded, but it was lunch time so it was busy. The ambiance is mellow and pleasant,
Everything was delicious, Even foods that I don't normally eat. Got the buffet and was served rather quickly, in and out for lunch.
Nice elegant brunch but the dress is casual since it is inside of the hotel and I don't think the patrons have to dress up. The brunch buffet was limited in choices compared to more casual restaurants but we found it filling from the made to order omelets to the smoked salmon - The service was impeccable - personalized attention without being overbearing - and do not miss the crispy bacon !!
Delicious food, great service, had a relaxing get away from the Clinic
This is conveniently located, and the lunch buffet is always changing, but consistently offers healthy-choice, delicious choices ranging from salads, to roasted veggies, meats, fish, etc. And then there is the dessert selection... Mmmmm good!
The $20 lunch buffet is an amazing value. Everything was delicious. I loved the worldly nature to the menu - lots of international selections. Also so many varied options including a chef attended stir fry station and lamb carving station. Definitely head over, but make a reservation as CC employees fill this place up.
We took a colleague for a going away lunch and chose the buffet. There were plenty of options for a vegetarian which was really nice. The service was fantastic.
Food is excellent and the service was great!
We have found consistent good service and great food.
The food has gotten significantly worse over time. I had bland salad, bland vegetables, bland chicken, and bland very dry pork roast that was literally too tough to chew.
We often go to the North Coast Cafe for special lunches. The buffet is consistently surprising, delicious and varied. There are always delicious vegetarian options, fish and carved meats for those so inclined. The salads are fresh, with unexpected pairings of flavors and ingredients. And finally, the desserts... Hmmmm :)
The lunch buffet is wonderful...our service was wonderful..we went with a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Would definitely go back. Only Con the price of the lunch buffet was a little high.
Wonderful risotto. Great buffet. Was a bit noisy - more people in restaurant since Table 45 temporarily closed for construction.
Delicious food---buffet is best deal in town. Great Service. We were on a tight schedule and was able to have lunch within the hour.
I appreciate how professional Tasha always is when I make reservations for this "neighborhood gem". The Cajun sweet potatoes at the lunch buffet were terrific. Our server was attentive and a good time was had by my lunch mates.
Service & food was excellent as always. Keep up the good work.
