Excellent meal! No loud music and good acoustics; we could talk to one another without shouting. A fine, cozy ambiance for lunch. The food was excellent as was the service.
Dinner before seeing Hamilton.
Wonderful tomato bruschetta appetizer & French dip sandwich was delish!
Good place to go for a moderately priced meal before or after a movie. Nothing really special about the food but the service is good with reasonably priced drink selection.
Always wonderful — Nordstrom doesn’t disappoint.
Excellent service. Food was so-so. I ordered a salad with salmon, which was overcooked. My friend ordered the crab/shrimp louie salad. Although there was a good quantity of crab, the shrimp was fried in batter--very unhealthy.
Nice place to grab a quick bite downtown but definitely hit or miss from a service perspective. Sometimes great service and sometimes not great service.
Eaten here many times. Love the lobster bisque. Salads are yummy too. Excellent strawberry lemonade!
I love the food at Nordstrom Grill! Something for everyone, and always consistent, high quality.
The brussel sprouts were amazing. The menu is limited, but everything we ordered was excellent. The cocktails were on point. Overall, a great place for lunch or an early dinner.
I was extremely disappointed in the service. I had to keep flagging down the waitress for utensils (there was nothing on the table when we sat down) for a man brought out bread and butter and left. Didn't ask us if we needed anything, just walked away. During our meal I ask for a white chocolate bread pudding cake to go and they forgot the white chocolate in the box (I noticed it when we were back at the hotel). The food was okay the Salmon and Halibut was cooked very well however the vegetables with the salmon were somewhat burnt. It was my daughters birthday and she ask for Nordstrom's. Every Friday my two daughters and I go to the Lynnwood Nordstrom's for a girls night out. It appears the service has lost its touch. I hope they realize it for I purposely did not leave any gratuities!
The food is decent and hits the spot for an everyday lunch or dinner.
Everything was great but our server was so inattentive - what a disappearing act.
Food and atmosphere was great but our server was not.
The food & staff are always great! Have met here for afterwork drinks and food. Also great to meet here for pre-function beverages/food before going to concert.
It took over 30 minutes to get our food. And it wasn’t even a full restaurant. Table next to us couldn’t wait for their food. Ended up walking ourt. Service was terrible. And the food came out lukewarm.
Always come here for Christmas lunch, the place is cozy, food is excellent. It feels like a cozy bistro in the middle of a big city. Love this place!
We had reservations and were seated right away. Our server came by for drink orders but we weren't ready yet. It took a long time for her to come back. She was not rude but wasn't friendly either. She took our orders and before I could add to my order she walked away. She brought bread to the table and pretty much just threw it on the table and again walked away. She didn't say anything. One of the plates was dirty. We ordered soup and salad starters which didn't come until the rest of the food came. That server was really nice and friendly. Three of the four meals came at the same time. The last meal took another 5 min to arrive. The grilled salmon was ok. Whatever it was served with was way too salty. The other meals were just ok as well ( grilled halibut, cheeseburger, halibut & chips). Nothing to brag about. Server never offered refills on drinks although she did ask how the food was. We ordered desert, creme brule and cookies & ice cream. Cookies arrived nice and warm. Creme brule was a bit over done. Not sure if I'd recommend this place or not. Most of the issues were with the server, not the food. The prices were decent.
The food and service is always outstanding. The limited menu is perfect for lunch and they do them all well!
Eaten here several times. Had the lobster bisque which was delish. Split a salad with my friend. Great lunch.
Crab bisque is a must! Special place, return as often as possible! Food is all delicious!
We had a time constraint, with limited time before a movie. Our service was exceptionally good - our server was not only good and efficient, but delightful, as well. We ordered 3 different dishes, and all were excellent. It was a very nice dinner.
I enjoyed my lunch here very much but I was disappointed to be seated near the hostess’s podium even though I had made a reservation for a table. I envisioned is seated in the main seating area and not near the display for skinny pants.
Mediocre. They forgot or misplaced my order with only a few tables occupied. So it took far longer than it should. They never apologized or really addressed it, until they were delivering food to the table beside me - someone who came in and ordered long after I did. They food once it came was bland with cold vegetables. They never offered any type of compensation for the mistake. Not the best Nordstrom.
Good food, clean inviting environment, ok service (not what one would expect from Nordstrom but ok), a little over priced but decent.
The downtown Nordstrom Grill is a hidden gem. Prices for standard entrees are about 30% less then most downtown restaurants. The food is very fresh and plentiful. Menu items include a classic Cobb salad (excellent), burgers, various chicken dishes, sandwiches and soups. It would have been nice to include a pasta dish. The wine selection is small, but adequate. My husband likes free refills on his root beer. Cocktails are also available. Seating provided at booths, tables and the counter in the bar. I recommend getting a reservation, especially when holiday shopping kicks in.
Waitress was curt and abrupt. It was evident she was not having a good day as soon as I placed my order. Food was outstanding as always.
Phil is am awesome serverAnd everyone is so helpful when we bring or three small granddaughters with us. And Sylvia and Emily are also awesome servers as well
Need more marketing knowledge on menu items. Calamari was tough. Aioli sauce is the usual. Not chili dip. Waitress insisted I had thousand island dressing on my crab louis when I asked for some extra to compensate for no dressing. Tap water was terrible bought in a glass milk bottle container. Even after I asked for a lemon to help cover the fluoride taste. Will never come back. Will never come to shop here either. After being a customer for 50 years.
I tend to go the Grill 80% of the time I am in SEA. I LOVE the crab bisque! This particular visit wasn't as enjoyable as usual due to the 4 LOUD women to my left and the business meeting of 2 men to my right. A little bit TOO NOISY. The grilled halibut with spring pea and asparagus risotto was delicious! The soup special, French lentil soup was tasty except for the grade of sausage used. The featured Key Lime pie looked way better than it tasted.
