    I made reservations for 5:00 pm and was seated at that time but our menu selections were coming out much later then others seated after us . Our food was ordered after receiving our drinks which was five minutes after being seated and food didn't come until 30 minutes after that . So the moral of this sharing is why make a reservation!!!!!!!🙁🙁

    Love going to the Noodle Bar for dinner. Food is good, nice assortment on the menu. Service is usually good. The Noodle Bar has become our go to place every Friday evening. Staff is friendly.

    Never again will i go to this place some tribe members came in using F -word plus much more and drunk .. i asked management to please ask them to do something they told me they could not do a thing ! said they would move me .. i said hell no why cant you move them the manager walked away from me a second manager came to my table asked what was wrong i told him and again they wanted to move me .. Never did any staff tell these loud people anything ! Very upset over there poor CUSTOMER SERVICE

    The Noodle Bar is a wonderful gem located at Chukchansi Casino. The Mongolian Beef with steamed rice was excellent! Food is prepared to order and worth the wait. You can also sit at the bar and watch the sushi being prepared. Their cocktail menu has a nice selection. The Linchee Martini was my favorite, but I do not think that is a year round option.

    Took my Mom for a bday trip which had us using Chukchansi as our home base. I was a little reluctant to try this place after all the poor reviews, but we were glad that we did. Made a 7pm reservation and were seated immediately. Service was very good with exception of waiting a while for the check, but it had gotten considerably busier and they looked understaffed. Lettuce cups were really good with some type of tamarind sauce mixed in perhaps? The tofu stir-fry was enough for the two of us! The California Roll was ok, wasn't rolled tight enough to stay together. The green tea ice cream was sweet which was a bit odd. Again, for the money and the options available, we were happy.

    We made reservations online but still had a little bit of a wait because the Noodle Bar is SO popular [and for good reason]. When we were seated we were given a drink menu, and a dinner menu that displayed kitchen entrées as well as sushi options. We chose the Chukchansi roll and the Cashu Chicken with vegetables. We would not recommend the Cashu Chicken buto have been before and would recommend the Orange Chicken. The Chukchansi roll was so delicious and we will definitely order again! We live in Coarsegold see we love going to the Noodle Bar for dinner!

    Took my mom to this restaurant for our "anniversary" (my birthday). Food was excellent and the staff was friendly. We shared two rolls and each had miso soup. My mom and I were perfectly full and content. Seating is in booths that face out. Perfect for people watching while enjoying your dinner. Will definitely be back.

    The service was subpar. It took 25 minutes for a waiter to approach us to ask for drinks. Throughout the meal the waiter never came to check on us. But the food was decent.

    Living in the mountains, we've come to curb our expectations for quality dining, particularly when it comes to Asian food. So, we were pleasantly surprised when we tried the Asian Noodle Bar at Chuchansi Casino for the first time. The blend of varieties available didn't diminish the quality delivered. I had a creamy and slightly spicy shrimp soup that was a meal in and of itself. Plentiful and rich, tasty and satisfying. I followed with an order of yellowtail sashimi that was fresh and high quality. Also, priced below either of the other local restaurants serving sashimi, it was obviously fresh and not previously frozen. My husband ordered wonton soup, which he enjoyed, followed by an excellent soft noodle chow mein. There were sufficient additional choices on the menu as to invite us to return and try more soon. My only criticisms were that they didn't have ponzu sauce when I asked for it and we had to walk through a cigarette smoke filled casino to reach the restaurant at the center.

    We took friends out tonight for the birthdays and when it was time for dessert that wasn't an option . We use to get the special fried strawberry dessert for birthdays . Hope it come back .

    Wife had the kunpao chicken and she said chicken was a little over cooked and not enough sauce . She prefers it like a gravy and fresh jalapeño . I was happy to be able to order shushi the way I like it . Will be going back at least once a week

    Our reservation was for 6 people at 6:00. We did not get seated til 6:35. The sushi rolls were salty and the kungpao chicken and Mongolian beef had no flavor.

    I don't understand why the sushi menu is so limited? We used to sit at the bar and watch them make our sushi rolls and you completely took that thrill away from us all the while limiting us to a few items that weren't all that good. This WAS our go to spot to eat sushi then gamble and have drinks. It took 15 minutes for us to be seated when there really wasn't that many people in the restaurant.....and that was with a reservation! Probably won't be headed back there anytime soon.....at least not for sushi!

    Previous to the casino closing Noodle Bar would have gotten 4 stars from me. Since it has reopened they revamped the menu and the way they seat customers. Only good thing about my Noodle Bar experience that night was that I had a reservation, because upon my arrival to a half empty restaurant I would of been told there was a 2 hour wait like the poor couple in front of us. After being seated and scouring the new menu we ordered Shumai for our appetizer and main course of General Tso's Chicken and Beef Lo Mein. Flavorless and mundane is how I would describe it all. Just a big miss all around. Service was all over the place as well which was hard to believe when it wasn't even full. Needless to say we did not eat our dinner and ended up eating hot dogs at the bakery which were pretty good considering what we had before. Will not be returning to the Noodle bar.

    It seemed as if they were trying to rush us. From the time we ordered to the time we got our entrees was less than 5 minutes. And although it was impressive, it means the dishes were pre-made. Every couple of minutes, the waitress checked on us which interrupted the meal and the conversation. As soon as they cleared the plates, the check was on the table. It was NOT busy and no one was waiting for a table. There must have been about 3-4 other tables occupied at the time. Maybe it was to get you out and gambling, again, I don't know, but it wasn't pleasant.

    They changed the menu which was very disappointing. Not many options to chose from and for Sushi there were only a few basic rolls offered. We got the Chinese broccoli which was very salty. The shrimp shumai were very bland and overpriced. Sat right in front of the kitchen and watched as they microwaved the duck and the bbq pork, they did not look appetizing.

    We were excited that the Noodle Bar was open again. Their sushi used to be the best, specialty rolls. Now there are only 5 basic choices that are pre-made. We literally got it seconds after ordering it and it was very disappointing. The general tso chicken was tasty, but the shrimp chow mien was less than great. Sadly, we probably won't be back unless they attempt to recreate their previous sushi menu.

    The waitress was fast and friendly. The food is very tasty we had udon and crispy chicken also pork and fried rice and spicy crab roll. The ambience was busy and the noise level was what you would expect in a casino. A little pricey so bring extra cash!

    Chukchansi has hit new lows with the reopening of the Noodle Bar. It is "a new day" like commercial says. We always loved this restaurant before. Now this is how it has deteriorated: they only have 4 sushi rolls due to "no deep fryer." So we got the spicy crab roll, it had mayonnaise and the rice was mushy. no spice. $11. The waitress recommended egg rolls for appetizers, they came deep fried with a mushy veg mix inside, 2 tiny egg rolls for $6. Poor quality and taste. My husband tried the barbeque Chinese pork over rice with bok choy for $11. They took all meats which were precooked out of a refrigerator, sliced and either microwaved it or dropped it in a vat of boiling water, served on top of that mushy rice and the vegs were precooked and dropped in the vat of boiling water, bitter and wilted. Iced tea was $2.95. If you go to Chuckchansi eat before you go!

    Went for my mom's special birthday dinner and was highly disappointed with the flavor and quality of food. I know it will get better as they continue to grow.. was very dissatisfied with food quality. The staff was friendly though!

    This is a very nice restaurant, and I don't even mind going to the casino to get there. There is a good selection of tasty dishes and the service is very good. I booked through Open Table so I didn't have to wait in the long line that forms. The good smells coming out of the restaurant attract gamblers so the line does get long. I had spicy crab roll and beef lo mein. Delicious!
