Love this local spot. Amazing service. Rachel is one of our favorites! She remembers even the wine I love. Food is consistently good.

Nonna Silvias is one of my favorites. The food and service are consistently good. I love the Swiss Chard Fettuccine and the pizzas are excellent.
The main dining room can be quite noisy, but we were seated in the adjacent room recently and it was very comfortable and easy to converse.

Food with flavor is a must for me. Pasta is one of my favorites as long as it is original with flavor. The pumpkin ravioli with the goat cheese tomato cream sauce was amazing. The sauce was incredible then you bite into the ravioli and the pumpkin flavor added a second burst. Leaving reviews is not something that we normally do but if we could give them a higher than a five star we would!

It’s a great authentic Italian find in Park Ridge. Most pasta is home made and seafood fresh. I recommend all variations of ravioli including the seasonal pumpkin, the risotto di mare and the unrivaled octopus!

This is an Italian Bistro. The food is okay. The service was extremely slow. The servers were more interested in entertaining a few tables of (just a guess) regulars. We were not offered desserts or coffee after the meal. had to chase the server down to get the bill and again to pick up the paid bill. There was a table of very drunk women near us that made it impossible to carry on a conversation. Rather than asking them to keep it down a little, the servers were encouraging them. I would not recommend, nor would I return.

I hadn’t seen a coworker and good friend for years. He was in for New York and prefers to dine locally. We chose Nonna Silvias and we couldn’t be more impressed. The service was impeccable with knowledgeable servers. The food was a combination of creative, unique and most importantly absolutely delicious.

Nonna Silvias had a number of daily specials and a fairly extensive wine list. The decor of the restaurant is typical of Italy and transports you to a different place.

We’ll most certainly be back. Thank you Nonna Silvias

I took my wife here for a date night. We very much enjoyed the food that we ordered. There are places that serve average dishes, especially for vegetarian options, but this is not one of those places. The special arancini balls were very good and the eggplant rolatini was delicious. I would definitely go back there. The server wasn't the best and the bread that came out on the table was a bit tough... but we got through those things to have an enjoyable meal!

We were meeting some new friends for dinner and wanted the chance to talk and get to know each other a bit. None of us had been to the restaurant before (it was between our two towns) and so when I made the reservations I didn't ask for any particular section or table. We came in at the height of the dinner hour and the table we were given was sort of in the middle of traffic. But the hostess made an effort to find us a better spot. Then she apologized and told us she would give us an appetizer on the house. Then she came back to move us again - this time seating us in the ideal spot where we could talk and relax and really enjoy the delicious food and the company. It was incredibly considerate and gracious and was most appreciated. So I definitely highly recommend Nonna's for your next get together - whatever the occasion.

Not my first time, always great dishes, full of flavor, full bar and great wine list. Always good and friendly service. Mista salad, grilled calamari the best in the world, home made pasta ravioli with fennel in fresh tomato basil with wine perfect.

My mom and I had a wonderful time at Nonna's. Food was delicious and service was great. I had the tortelloni osso buco and my mom had linguini with clams and shrimp. Both awesome
dishes. We definitely will be back.

Delicious Italian food. Pasta always homemade and wonderful. Non pasta dishes are tasty as well. We always order off the specials menu. Gabriella is a great waitress, we always ask for her. Other servers are good too. Love this neighborhood spot.

Nonna Silvia's is a neighborhood gem. Service is excellent, cocktails are delicious, and their food is amazing! We enjoyed bacon wrapped stuffed dates, bruschetta, pork chops, and veal piccata. Everything was cooked to perfection! We drive from the burbs to eat here-it's worth the drive!

This restaurant is pretty close to where I work, and it is my "go to" place when I'm taking a co-worker out to lunch. Not only is the food delicious, but the folks who work there are very hospitable.

Food was excellent but the service was great at first but then when the restaurant was packed the server was too busy. We would have had dessert but she came once we were deciding and she never came back so we asked someone for our checks. When we left she was outside taking care of customers. I think you needed more servers.

We were celebrating a family member's birthday and Karol was an excellent waiter in anticipating our needs. The special were described in detail and in addition to the regular menu, it was difficult choosing what to eat. Again, this visit was a memorable experience and everyone enjoyed the food and had a great time. Looking forward to our next visit!

Loud, Expensive Drinks and One Washroom

Very loud, no acoustic ceiling, kids screaming, babies crying. $12 dollar mixed drinks. OUCH! Portions way too big, actually embarrassing and we hate leftovers. So judge for yourself.
