Ver good customer service
Love the atmosphere and cheesecake for dessert!
I love this place! It has such a nice vibe and the food is wonderful.
Long wait but good vibes and great cocktails
The environment is great but didn't feel the food or drinks were anything to write home about. Step-up your food and drinks game to match the cool space you have!!
Experiencia muy buena.
Lo recomiendo. Volvería.
Nice location, probably better in Summer with the terrace open. Plenty of space at and around the table, which is always nice in NYC and made for a pleasant dining experience. The food was good, but nothing special. Limited menu. Overpriced.
Great food and ambience, poor service and under-staffed.
I’ve been to this restaurant twice now and have loved the atmosphere and the food. However, the first time I came, the service was horrendous! Our waiter would disappear and on multiple occasions I had to get up and go get him because he would be standing in the corner doing nothing. Half way through the dinner, he just left leaving us with no one to attend to us. The manager eventually had to finish out our dinner, but still took forever for everything and forgot half our order. I wanted to give the place a second try because it seemed like everyone around us was getting great service. The second time I went it was not as bad, but still was a struggle to get our waitress to attend to us. Both times the restaurant wasnkt busy at all .
Waited forever for food, and the Valentine’s day prix fixe menu was a disappointment. However the place is really pretty and chic.
Valentine times day dinner, great experience
The restaurant was closed for a private event and food was being served in the corner of the lobby. We waited a while for the table (which we didn’t get) even after having a reservation.
Super cute place, very trendy. Ricotta lemon pancakes were everything!
The service was absolutely horrendous. The most inattentive waiter and dismissive manager. We were there for a birthday brunch. Our reservation was at 11AM when they were still serving breakfast and the service was so slow that by the time they made it to our table, they refused to serve us breakfast. Not even eggs. The waiter told us the chef was in a “bad mood” and he was too afraid to ask about continuing breakfast for us. It took 15 minutes to get coffees, bread and pastries on the table. It was overall a horrendous experience and would never go back.
Enjoyed it, but they forgot to check us in on Open Table and we got a notice that we didn't make it. That seemed par for the course as the service wasn't great, but the food made up for it.
I don’t eat turkey burgers and I’ve officially changed my mind,
Loved it! Definitely going back
Went here for lunch. It’s a beautiful place and the service is excellent. The chicken soup special was great. The burger was okay. I probably wouldn’t go back for lunch. This is a great place for drinks and ambiance.
So much fun!
The venue was amazing and the location prime, though the food was pricey and generally small portions. Fun time for a brunch with a group
Made reservations at Nomo Kitchen for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a great experience
Beautiful entrance, beautiful room. The heat wasn't working so the food was cold, it would have been delicious had it stayed at proper temperature. Will try again.
Server needed more experience and training
Delicious fish tacos. Very light.
Worst sandwich and pasta ever.
Servers do not listen or take orders correctly. Overcharged from stated menu prices. Brought food that was not ordered. Arrogant, snotty, and inattentive. Overall F.
The decor of the place is great. the food was tasty. The price is ok. The protions are not big.
Our servers name was Yonnie. He was very distracted and rude. He got a table of 16 and completely ignored his other tables, I’ve asked for coffee with milk and sugar he only brought coffee and no milk no sugar no spoon and walked away; before I’ve even opened my mouth. then I had to ask for another waiter to bring us utensils and ketchup for the burger. It took him at least 20 mins to bring a bottle of water and coffee. To order our food it took another 15 mins because he refused to come and take our order so a floor manager came to take our order. I used to come here often but I will no longer come nor recommend it. Just because we’re obligated to tip I hated giving him 20% in fact he didn’t even deserve 10%. Who sits down for lunch and has to hunt for a waiter to get what she needs every now and then. It was a miserable experience.
The food was pretty amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Worth coming to just for that! We had the lemon ricotta pancakes - they were delicious; not too sweet and very zesty. Great for brunch and a very romantic date spot. Can't wait to try the patio in warmer weather.
Service is awful and terrible .
The server was so much late in attending to me ,it takes 30 minutes seat in even though we made a reservation , 45 minuets take my order.
You can’t imagine how slow.
and didn’t even provide the correct cutlery for the dish I ordered.
Beautiful place,but never go again.
I want to pay what i feel the service, I don’t know why some city restaurant includes tips without my opinion and feeling.
Christmas dinner occasion, the menu was the same as usual and nothing special.
Delicious Italian food! Homemade pasta carbonara was incredible! Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy, and definitely order a side of winter squash!
Service is very disappointing here. The server was late in attending to me, and didn’t even provide the correct cutlery for the dish I ordered.
Food is not bad but overall not worth the hype.
Although the food is good, the service is absolutely horrendous. We waited over an hour for appetizers to arrive. And another hour for main courses. It's a place for drinks and maybe a bite at the bar, but I would not go again for dinner.
Everyone of us loved our meal. The kale salad was a great start. It's a little loud - even early - so ask for a booth if you want to hear yourself think. Not perfect for a business dinner. The outside space is superb for warmer weather.
everything was great but very poor service ... rude waitress did not smile once... then we got another waiter but he was barely coming to see us and was just chilling at the bar looking quite bored
This is my second time here. The first time was for lunch, and this time it was for breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito, which was delicious, and my friend had the omelette, which she said was very tasty. Our only complaint as far as the food was concerned, was the fact that the coffee was barely warm. Honestly, I think they poured hot coffee into really cold cups. In terms of the service, our waiter was less than attentive, as we were left waiting for items several times, such as creamer, coffee refills, and the check. The ambience here is amazing, especially at Christmas time. Their decorations are beautiful. We definitely will be back.
Beautiful place and large space. The food was delicious and I would definitely go back.
While the food was good, there was nothing quite remarkable about either of our dishes. It was rather standard brunch fare. The service was considerably lacking; we had to ask and order drinks twice before they arrived at the table (after our food) and then ask again for steak knives to accompany our meal, which included an order of steak and eggs. The server was not particularly knowledgeable of food allergies or intolerances, and he was not otherwise attentive. The atmosphere, however, was lovely, fun and festive!
