Doesn’t have extensive menu options but it’s okay.
The food was great, I will definitely go again!!
Once we arrived the hostess was not there, we proceeded to walk in. 2 of the waiters that passed us didn’t even acknowledge us or asked if we needed help. I almost tripped on a wire that was there, on my way to ask who can sit us to the waiters speaking. They told us to go back to the front the hostess would be there. Our waitress Maria was amazing but that’s all I can say
Overpriced.. $38 for two lamb chops and a flavorless risotto. Ambiance was overall nice but food I could have have easily gotten at a diner or someplace else for way less and would have tasted way better.
Great outdoor experience. Nice decor and good food. Would love to go back in the summer.
Very cold inside, short staffed, food was just ok.
When I made my reservation via OpenTable, I was told that our table would be on the heated patio. My friend who had previously eaten here on a winter evening and said the heated patio kept her plenty warm. However, now that indoor dining is open again in NYC, we were initially sat indoors. When we asked to be moved outdoors for our own health precautions, the staff told us it was freezing and all the heat was being directed indoors. We moved outdoors anyway, and the staff was right...it was freezing. If you're looking for comfortable outdoor dining, this is probably not the spot on a cold day. If you're comfortable with indoor, ambiance was great for a Sunday brunch! Food is on the pricier side, but pretty typical for a NYC brunch.
Great overall, little cold cuz we sat “inside” but didn’t get a heater like other tables
Heaters were broken. The whole place was freezing cold. Very uncomfortable
Celebrating a birthday!
Went for my 21st birthday and had the best time! Staff was super friendly, the ambiance was beautiful and the food was heavenly
Food and ambiance was great! Excellent service and polite staff.
The food was good. The service was horrible. First time here and they did not seem like they wanted to be bothered with customers. They didn’t bring drinks, forgot our appetizers, put pecans on when we advised there were tree allergies Etc....
The service was odd because they seemed inconvenienced by having to serve/even talk to guests. The place wasn’t all that crowded and everything took a long time. Food and drinks were slow to be delivered n then once our meal was out they couldn’t wait to get us gone.
Food and service was good. We were seated close to the entrance to the outdoor dining and during the entire meal every time the door would open a strong freezing breeze would hit us. Even though we were sitting inside I had to wear my coat and things kept blowing off the table.
They need to figure out a different floor plan for a few tables!
Amazing Brunch! The French toast is definitely must try!
Wonderful cocktails & great service, from the host stand to the bartender and waitress! Can't wait to go back. That hot chocolate with Kahlua - wow!
Food was good, but drinks are not great, we had to change a couple times, it is a little pricey and we had to be rushed out because they close at 9 pm
Celebrating Valentine’s Day
Food and service was great
This was cute and food was reallllly good! Gonna try to cone back for brunch! It was outdoor dining and it was a cold evening in soho but the heaters were warm and the drinks helped keep us warm. I love it!
The ambiance is exceptional! Walking in you feel the luxury. I have a reservation for 3 PM and I arrived at 3:05 it took a while for me to get seated because I guess the main host walked away which was a bit strange. We had the indoor outdoor experience with the heat over us, it was warm for the most part for being in Manhattan on a cold winter day. The service wasn’t good and I didn’t feel welcomed by the staff. They didn’t really pay me and My guest that much attention and the waitress that we did have was very very slow. The food was decent I had the pancakes and my guest had steak and eggs with no complaints. Overall I feel that the ambience was the most exciting part of my experience. I will return again to try dinner but if I’m dissatisfied that time that will be my last time.
The venue and decorations did not disappoint! Not to mention the service was incredible, attentive but not overbearing. Even though we had to be seated outside it was very warm and comfortable. Could definitely see hosting a party there.
Very cute spot great for pictures, good food options and near shops for strolling around after brunch
It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t anything special. The food was decent, service was okay, and menu overall was a bit pricey. What can you really expect from a hotel restaurant?
Great dinner
Great set up, the dinner was great but a little pricey for a few pasta entrees. The burrata appetizer was really great.
I was not informed that there would be no heating even though I called and asked beforehand if there was going to be heating and I was told there will be.
if you need a place with heat, this is not the place for it.
Cute little spot! Came here for my birthday I was very pleased with the service and the food was great.
It was my birthday and also my first time dining at Nomo Kitchen. The food was amazing, the staff were polite and made great suggestions. I had an overall great time
It was beautiful! Such a vibe with delicious food.
The service was not good at all. The food is pricey with queasy taste.
Location, decor, and ambiance are beautiful but the service needs work. Food and value are both otherwise amazing! To get straight to the point, when we arrived they seemed to have been scrambling as if they weren’t prepared to host our party. There was some confusion with our reservation, but the restaurant was empty and we had the reservation for at least two weeks prior to arriving. Strike 1. Shortly After being seated, we asked if one of the portable heat lamps could be moved closer considering the restaurant was literally completely empty, and we received a cold no, ok. While ordering we asked questions about the hot chocolate and the possibility of replacing the diary milk for their almond milk and received another cold, “only whatever is on the menu.” Ok. Strike 2. Now the food was delicious and the portion sizes were great for the value! But unfortunately, the sangria we ordered came out after the bill had been paid for and after they had to be reminded twice, strike 3.
Honestly a great place to try. The drinks are really good we got mocktails and a cocktail and they where honestly the best part. We also got the meat pizza but it was to salty in my taste I woul need more of the tomato sauce to balance the sweet and salty of the cheese and the meat. We also got pasta the cacío e Pepe was really good but my friend didn’t like it because of the taste of egg so she got the saw as me which was the fusili pata with lobster and shrimp.
Highly recommanded
Food was tasty and yummy but service was extremely slow and bad and waiters were rude .
Went here for my birthday and the service wasn’t that great.I appreciated our server but I’m not sure if she told us her name. The other people who either brought the food or took the food or brought us water didnt really give good energy honestly. I would probably go back on a regular day but not for a special occasion. For a restaurant that is so HYPED on Tiktok, I was expecting better! The food was good though.
Great service and good heating!!!
Great place, great pasta
