Decent atmosphere, nothing surprising on the menu but was very happy with the food and cocktails.
Food was fine, not amazing. Service was slow with a mainly empty restaurant.
Good for brunch
The food was excellent, but the service needs to get some improvement!!!
It was an overall bad experience… The service was her Renda’s and the food was very small portions that did not equal the value.
The entire staff was amazing. I made special requests as it was my girlfriends birthday and I was surprising her with a visit from her baby sister who lives in Litchensutein. The staff was very accommodating & helpful. We are definitely going back there.
Nice ambience but very average food. The fried chicken sandwich I had was nothing special, the fries were over fried. Had a stain on the napkins and the plate was chipped. Expected more!
Okay food. Not amazing. Layout is nice but food wasn't amazing. Very basic stuff.
It was okay
Showed up and my friend (party of 2) was running late so they wouldn’t seat me (I can understand this practice with larger parities but c’mon- I’m going to sit and order drinks and food in the interim for two. STUPID policy. Service was awful. We literally flagged a server down to ask if he was our server after 15 minutes of being seated just to place a drink order. Food was meh. Crowd was very much there to be seen and little else.
We are from Vancouver, BC. I went to Nomo Kitchen with my family. We love the food and the ambience. It's good to socialize with other friends.
Food is not good at all. Service is fair... the waiter forgot my OJ... it’s just an OJ, like how can he forgot lol
This is a fun place to meet friends for dinner, but only if you don't care at all about the food or speed of service. The ambience and crowd are great, but everything else is lacking. The servers are very friendly, but that didn't make up for our food taking over an hour to come out and then not all coming out together. We finished our entrees while still waiting for one of the side dishes to come out of the kitchen. The food itself is extremely average. I wouldn't say it's bad, but if you're a foodie at all then this place will disappoint. Keep it to socially-focused dinners here and you might end up satisfied.
Love this place! The food is amazing and so pretty inside.
Extremely slow service. It took a long time to get drink orders taken and the food was very slow coming out. The server did not know the fish of the day, saying that “it’s probably what it was yesterday” and did not offer to check. A food runner also didn’t pronounce food names correctly which distracted from the experience. Food was good but service lacking.
Always a good experience coming to Nomo Kitchen. Got taken to our table right away. Ordered the skull punch (Good for 2-4 people). Appetizer - Octupus and fish tacos were great. Pizza & pasta - margherita pizza and macaroni bolognese. Entree - Fish of the day (Dorade) and chicken. Dessert - Mango panna cotta was the best dessert (reminds you of summer time), apple crisp and chocolate de la Creme.
Ver good customer service
Love the atmosphere and cheesecake for dessert!
I love this place! It has such a nice vibe and the food is wonderful.
Long wait but good vibes and great cocktails
The environment is great but didn't feel the food or drinks were anything to write home about. Step-up your food and drinks game to match the cool space you have!!
Experiencia muy buena.
Lo recomiendo. Volvería.
Nice location, probably better in Summer with the terrace open. Plenty of space at and around the table, which is always nice in NYC and made for a pleasant dining experience. The food was good, but nothing special. Limited menu. Overpriced.
Great food and ambience, poor service and under-staffed.
I’ve been to this restaurant twice now and have loved the atmosphere and the food. However, the first time I came, the service was horrendous! Our waiter would disappear and on multiple occasions I had to get up and go get him because he would be standing in the corner doing nothing. Half way through the dinner, he just left leaving us with no one to attend to us. The manager eventually had to finish out our dinner, but still took forever for everything and forgot half our order. I wanted to give the place a second try because it seemed like everyone around us was getting great service. The second time I went it was not as bad, but still was a struggle to get our waitress to attend to us. Both times the restaurant wasnkt busy at all .
Waited forever for food, and the Valentine’s day prix fixe menu was a disappointment. However the place is really pretty and chic.
Valentine times day dinner, great experience
The restaurant was closed for a private event and food was being served in the corner of the lobby. We waited a while for the table (which we didn’t get) even after having a reservation.
Super cute place, very trendy. Ricotta lemon pancakes were everything!
The service was absolutely horrendous. The most inattentive waiter and dismissive manager. We were there for a birthday brunch. Our reservation was at 11AM when they were still serving breakfast and the service was so slow that by the time they made it to our table, they refused to serve us breakfast. Not even eggs. The waiter told us the chef was in a “bad mood” and he was too afraid to ask about continuing breakfast for us. It took 15 minutes to get coffees, bread and pastries on the table. It was overall a horrendous experience and would never go back.
Enjoyed it, but they forgot to check us in on Open Table and we got a notice that we didn't make it. That seemed par for the course as the service wasn't great, but the food made up for it.
I don’t eat turkey burgers and I’ve officially changed my mind,
Loved it! Definitely going back
Went here for lunch. It’s a beautiful place and the service is excellent. The chicken soup special was great. The burger was okay. I probably wouldn’t go back for lunch. This is a great place for drinks and ambiance.
So much fun!
The venue was amazing and the location prime, though the food was pricey and generally small portions. Fun time for a brunch with a group
Made reservations at Nomo Kitchen for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a great experience
Beautiful entrance, beautiful room. The heat wasn't working so the food was cold, it would have been delicious had it stayed at proper temperature. Will try again.
