Keely was great and attentive.
We stumbled upon Nomo Kitchen and made a reservation for that evening. The venue is stunning but the food isn’t worth the price. We ended up having an amazing meal in Chinatown after because we were still hungry and $50 poorer. Another example of why looks can be deceiving.
Great restaurant! Not only pretty, the food was really good and drinks too! Definitely will come back!
The space is beautiful and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. Our drinks arrived along with our food. Three out of four single use bathrooms were out of order, so there were long lines to use the one rest room, which was not very clean.
The food coold
As one of my favorite restaurants in nyc i had a delightful birthday brunch! It is isually much more crowded but due to the rain there wasn't as much people. Their pancakes are a must!
It is quite pretty, but other than the setting there is nothing unique. Food is mediocre at best, there are a lot of cheaper much better options in the area, service is very slow. We were made to wait for a table although we had a reservation and restaurant was 1/3 empty. High glass ceiling and outdoor garden area are the only reasons to go back.
We made a reservation for 2:30 and they told us that we still need to wait an hour to be seated, which defeats the purpose of having a reservation??
Hi Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We understand your frustration and valid point. We will do our best to make sure we keep true to our reservation times. We also hope to host you again if you would give us the chance. Thank you!
The welcomer is very rude!
Welcomer doesnt recognize OPENTABLE
WE did get the worst table in the hall
OPENTABLE should recheck the conditions with NOMO
one of the worst dining experiences. food were overpriced and my sister ended up having hair in her salad. waiter then avoided us and did not resolve the issue.
Nothing special, and too expensive for the offered quality. Not again
I had an amazing experience at NoMo. The food and drinks and ambiance were absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to visiting them again.
Set in a beautiful space, with great food, but lackluster service. We arrived fifteen minutes early for our reservation -- despite there being four or five tables available for us, we were made to wait fifteen minutes -- and three of those tables were completely empty throughout our meal. Our drinks came 25 minutes after we ordered them -- and this was only after we finally got the attention of a waiter 20 minutes in. Our food came half an hour after ordering -- no explanations or apologies, and the restaurant wasn't even full. When I'm paying these kinds of prices for food, I expect much better service than this.
For brunch, the lemon ricotta pancakes are a must -- and the open face breakfast burger with hollandaise was absolutely delicious.
Wait can get long if you don’t reserve ahead of time, but the tasty food made up for it!
It's awesome!!!!!If you visit soho, you must be there.
Great looking place. Bartender made me a drink not on the menu. Seats near the entrance surprisingly were the quietest.
Great ambiance. Wish they had more vegetarian options though.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends. 😊
Delicious meal and service was great. It’s definitely $$$ but so worth it. Great for vegans/vegetarians!
Beautifull place with a nice, not complicated menu. I had the Cubana sandwich and I loved the roasted pork!
Fabulous king salmon and Caesar salad and excellent Pinot voir.We enjoyed our evening.
It was fantastic! From the minute I walked in. We were greeted cordially and warmly. Walked straight to our table which was perfect. Waiter was great at explaining the items on the menus and making recommendations. Drinks were delicious and well made. Very nice experience!
Found hair in my food, sent it back, and then found rubber band in the new plate. Disgusting!
Went in looking for an upscale, classy spot with excellent food and they exceeded our exceptions! They sat us right on the couches, as requested, where we had some of the best dishes we’ve had! Beautiful atmosphere with friendly and attentive service! Can’t wait to go back!
Definitely good vibes and good food.
We were sad that we did not get to eat in the normal restaurant. It was being rented out for another occasion and we had to eat elsewhere. We came specifically to eat in the ambiance of the hearts and foliage. Otherwise, the food was great and service was good!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was delicious and a great atmosphere.
Ordered steak and eggs from the brunch menu. My steak was cooked well done when I requested medium rare. I was never offered a steak knife, after flagging someone down I finally was able to realize my food was cooked incorrectly. Our server never came by the table until everyone else had finished eating. At that point she offered a new steak, however everyone else was finished eating. This is a great restaurant with such a cool vibe but the service was terrible and despite the steak mishap, the rest of the food was subpar. Will only return for cocktails at the bar.
Breakfast for two
We didn't get our drinks till 25 minutes after we'd placed the order.
Then the server didn't come back to take our food order for another 20 minutes.
Then she explained literally every single thing on the menu to us (which is probably why it takes her so long to do anything).
The salmon was $26 and under four ounces.
This place sucks.
I asked for 3 things in the menu and all 3 weren’t available...
Service not as good as usual. There at dinner and asked for an item from the lunch menu - a favorite dish we’d especially come back for - but server simply said no and did not offer to check or make a special request. Downhill from last visit.
The ambiance was great, but that didn’t make up for the poor service, lack of a good cocktail selection, and ridiculously small portions.
The place is very cool. Our meals were a bit slow in coming (which happens) but the food was average at best. I had the NY strip (cooked perfectly but the steak was average ). My wife had pork chops with apple butter. Again perfectly prepared but average. Nothing special. The brussel sprouts appetizer was the highlight.
Great food, simple menu. Loved the pork belly and the brussel sprouts. Also really enjoyed the pasta with the wild boar meat sauce. Drinks were creative but a little pricey considering all the ice
The room is beautiful. The food is “ok.” Nothing to complain about and nothing to remember, but the atmosphere makes up for it.
Just no reason. Bellow average. Pasta similar to a microwave meal. Chicken was dry. If you’re a foodie you have no place there. Wine selection was awful as well.
Slow/poor service and food was not good - I ordered avocado toast and legit got bread
Everything was excellenct from the time we were seated to the ambiance and the food. Such a spectacular restaurant. One of the best in NYC highly recommended.
Maria was an absolute doll, she was attentive, and charming. Gave awesome suggestions to any questions we had & mentioned that my moms birthday was that same day & she made sure that we celebrated in style!
