Made a reservation 3 weeks out and they sat us essentially in the lobby and not in the restaurant. The drinks took so long that I would recommend ordering two at a time. Overall good was good.
Love the ambiance here. The food was okay. I really liked the Brussels sprouts that they have here. The drinks could’ve been stronger considering the price. I was thoroughly disappointed. I may come again in the summer.
everything perfect, staff is very good, beautiful place, wonderful food and drinks. we will definitely be back !!!
Been here once before. Love the ambiance, the service was meh, food is standard, but I’ll be coming back again because of the atmosphere and comfort
Got the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes as well as the French Toast. Our waiter, Leyton, was extremely enjoyable to be around and had some great food and drink recommendations, as well as recommendations for places to see around the city. He made our experience a great one!
Great place for breakfast/brunch, the ambiance it’s quite original
Great decor and atmosphere. The food was delicious but the service was very bad. We had to constantly ask where our waiter was and he was very rude. On their online menu it says they have a bottomless brunch but they don’t offer that anymore. We were disappointed
Went for my birthday dinner, just felt a bit rushed because of the circumstances we're in(covid)..dinner reservations 8pm bar was closed at 8:15...all in all had a great time would definitely go back ..earlier reservations maybe...Thank you
I loved the ambiance. The pancakes and pizza absolutely delicious
Beautiful restaurant, great service and food. There’s a cute boutique as you exit the restaurant and enter the hotel lobby. Highly recommend this place.
It was my birthday dinner honestly the service and food are excellent. A must place to go (:
My family and I were nervous to visit after seeing the poor reviews online. However, overall our experience was good. Cons: the music was incredibly loud, our waitresses weren't extremely attentive, and there was a mistake in which instead of bringing our bill, we were brought a chocolate lava cake as the hostess had mistakenly thought there was a birthday at our table. Pros: We arrived early and were seated 15mins before our reservation time, the venue is absolutely beautiful, we were served bread and our meals were beyond satisfactory, the waitresses were polite, and after the mix-up the chocolate lava cake was removed from our bill and given to us on the house. Tables were socially distanced, staff wore masks, poured our drinks without touching our glasses, and menus were accessible contactless via scan code for phones. Overall, we were all glad we went.
Service was excellent!
Food was good and place was very nice but experience & customer service was horrible.
Love NOMO! Such a fun place to bring friends. Cute vibes.
That “spicy” chicken sandwich was inedible snd horrible.
The whole brunch birthday plan was great! The food was pricey but it was good. We were hoping for the whole menu and not just one time but it was ok. Other than that, the experience was a good 7/10.
Overall would say it was quite good. Are definitely paying for the ambience but really liked the space and the brunch was solid. Would definitely come back.
Cute place, very trendy & artistic. Food is good... breakfast pizza can feed 2 small women. Drinks are good. They do participate in the ERSM due to covid. Ask for Layton.
The restaurant was beautiful with a great vibe and good music. Great food and our server was awesome. Would definitely go back.
Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! Practices all the Covid-19 precautions. Great place.
The service was off and not up to par.
One of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing restaurants in NYC. Perfect for pics especially during the daytime. Good food, good staff and good energy.
Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and pleasant Service
Nice and cool place, although the wine list does ot include any spanish wine and this disappointed us a bit. For the rest, everything OK
Food was great
Very hip and chic place to eat, food and service was excellant
Very cold place, great food but were cold because of the AC
Great service & food. Recommend chicken sandwich. Great ambiance
They need better people skills. But it was a cute place
The food was amazing! I got the heirloom and burrata salad which was delicious. Then I got the spinach and artichoke flatbread which was amazing. The ambiance and decor is so special. Great place for a treat yourself dinner.
Delicious meal! The petite sirloin was tasty and filling. Perfect portion.
The service was very slow and when the server was with us she wasn’t paying attention and didn’t give us much time.
The appetisers were fine. I ordered the lobster pasta for the main course which was awful. The lobster was Inedible as was green and black and the pasta which was freeze dried was so wet and bland. Not what you expect from a 32 dollar dish!
The decor inside is beautiful but the food is below average.
I had Sunday brunch for my birthday, and while the food was good, no servers came to my table for 35 minutes after I was seated. I had to flag someone down and let them know before I was served.
Loved the atmosphere and the menu! Staff was friendly and made great recommendations.
Food was delicious, staff was very friendly and cute set up for pictures.
My family and I had a long day with work and exploring the city. We were fortunate to make a reservation in hopes of trying out a new place for good drinks and food. The food was great, the specialty drinks were delicious, and the staff that took care of us were also really nice. I was extremely disappointed with the manager and how dismissive and rude he was in accommodating our seating. At first, he sat us directly next to the entrance where there’s heavy foot traffic and noise. There was another group that was also unhappy with their seating next to us and complained after we asked for a different table. Not only did the manager accommodate them first, he moved them to another table and told us there’s nothing he can do for us. It’s very alarming how little respect and consideration the manager had for myself, my man and my child. I don’t normally pull the race card, but the other group was white and we are not. Such a shame that management thought so little of us.
- FOOD -
The food was subpar at best.
Every dish that we ordered was either undercooked or overcooked. However; the customer service was great. They were just accommodating and apologetic.
- AMBIANCE -
Beautiful location, great artwork and decor. Great for photos
All and all. I probably wouldn’t return.
We went for my mum’s birthday and she was rather disappointed with the food.
Food is prefect. The place is spacious and relaxing. The staff is very friendly
When I was there for the first time food was outstanding. Not sure what happened this time around but the service was terrible and the food arrived a hour later cold and hard to chew. My server barely came by and no they weren’t that busy. The only thing that saved my experience was the pancakes that even cold were eatable.
