   The service and food were both exceptional! It was a bit loud, and our food came out faster than anticipated. Even with appetizers, salad, entree, and a dessert, we were done in an hour. I didn’t feel like we were being rushed, but would have liked a little bit of time between courses to allow us more time to enjoy the evening. Despite that, we loved our food, and our server was great!

   Amazing food in a nice atmosphere. The Brussels bowl was fantastic as was my steak. Love the ginger donut with popcorn flavored ice cream but got the coconut Bombe cake with dark rum last night and it was incredible!

   Everything was excellent. Our server (female) was light and bubbly, the Duck was amazing, but my wife had the snapper and it was dry. That was the only disappointing item we had, so I’d say A overall

    We were visiting for one night in Mobile. Had a wonderful 3 course dinner. Several options available as in the first course. Nice choice of vegetarians as well. I had cooked carrots in a curry sauce, and then a perfectly cooked veal chopI could not finish it. But I did have a fruit cobbler with popcorn flavored ice cream which was OMG good. Terrific service from Zac. Good mixed drinks and a great wine list. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Husband and I celebrating my birthday. Last time at NOJA was probably eight years earlier and at that time had a wonderful meal. To be blunt, the food was awful. Lamb stew was a broth with burnt broccoli, fish was overcooked and the green vegetables were supposed to be blackened but they were just burnt. The wait staff was very good and the ambiance is lovely but the food was a real disappointment!! Expensive, much better places to eat in Mobile for the price.

    My wife and I were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary that we had not been to before and NoJa had high online recommendations, so we gave it a try and made reservations. Those recommendations were right on target. The food, the service, and the ambiance are perfect for any special occasion where fine dining is part of the celebration. A word about the menu that needs some explanation. NoJa has a prix fixe menu that serves appetizer, salad, and entree at a set price with beverages and desserts added separately. However, within each course there are ample selections to satisfy your appetite and taste buds. I gave the Value category 5 stars not because it is not expensive, but because you get a very upscale dining experience, perfect for a special occasion, at what I would consider a reasonable price. The service is also prompt and attentive and the courses come out at the appropriate time and are the right temperature, indicating that the kitchen and the service are working in tandem as they should.

    There a reason they’ve been around for 20 years. Impeccable, delicious high end food. Art meets flavor. Enjoyed every bite. Staff friendly and well versed in all options. Only request: an espresso machine. Although french press coffee is available.

    Service and food were great at this quiet, exclusive- feeling restaurant. The pork belly and scallops were great starters. Melt in your mouth and just do different. My partner and I both ordered the duck. Mine was cooked perfectly and was the best meal I’ve had in a long time, the Brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes have the perfect crunch. Her duck was slightly over cooked, but she still enjoyed it and the Noja potatoes are one of their most popular sides. Dessert and cocktails did not disappoint either. The waitstaff and chefs are great. Their specials sounded great too, you can’t go wrong with what you order here.

    Last evening was an anniversary celebration dinner, and we found NoJa more crowded than the last time we went. Our appetizers were delicious, Fois Gras and Pork Belly, salads were delightful, especially my husband’s burrata and tomatoes. I chose hanger steak, which was delicious and delightfully presented. My husband had the line caught fish, which was a skin on res snapper fillet that was unfortunately over cooked. Desserts were good, the ginger donut and chocolate torte. We last visited in the early fall, and we’re disappointed to see that the menu was unchanged. For a restaurant that prides itself on fresh and local food, we had an identical menu. Let’s hope it’s changes next time we visit.

    The food was overall delicious but probably just too fancy for us. Each meal came with an appetizer, salad, and entree. After the waitress explained the appetizers we were able to choose one for each of us and they were good but again too fancy for what we normally get. My salad was ok and my husband doesn’t eat salad so she offered their soup, some type of fish soup, would not recommend. The entrees were delicious, steak was cooked perfect, lamb shank was good, but the Brussels sprouts were the winner!

    Service was great as usual. We haven’t been to Noja’s for several months and felt the food quality was not as good as usual. I had one tiny piece of foie gras. The Lamb Shank I ordered was on the dry side. My wife’s fish was like rubber. Unfortunately not what we expect at Noah’s

    NOJA provided a beautiful dining experience; however, having dined at numerous elite level restaurants I cannot justify the $175 bill, albeit with tip, for two people dining, both only drinking water. The food was tasty but nothing special. Beautiful restaurant but well overpriced.

    NoJa is our go-to-place for date night or special occasions. Great restaurant in downtown Mobile. The owner, Mark is almost always there to check on your experience. Menu changes daily with always something great to experience. Best service in Mobile and great food!
