Noi Thai Cuisine - Honolulu

One of the most delicious Thai restaurants in Waikiki. I highly recommend any of the salmon dishes on the menu!

I am celiac and it can be difficult to find restaurants which have a good variety of dishes which are gluten free - Noi is an exception. Although we were in Honolulu for only six days (from New Zealand) we ate their two nights. Highly recommend the Larb and the Penang Curry.

The mixed appetizer plate were all very good however, the Tom Yum lacked flavour and nowhere near as spicy as Tom Yum we have had elsewhere. The service was excellent and the location ideal for a visit to the hula show afterwards.

Felt very rushed - had barely taken last bite of appetizer and the main was thrust upon the table. From entering to leaving - including drinks, 2 apps and 2 mains - took 30 minutes. Not great experience. Would understand some speed if the restaurant was busy but was barely even half full.

Wonderful dinner and the next day we returned for lunch. We tried new things for lunch and everything was delicious. We would repeat the crispy garlic chicken, cashew nut chicken, green curry soup, spicy eggplant, everything! We are making this our go to place whenever we fly over from the Big Island. Service was lovely, all the items coming out together so we could make up our selections, everything. Servers were always pleasant and helpful.

Everything about the place was outstanding. We were greeted pleasantly and were promptly given our table though we were a bit ahead of our reserved time. The waiter was very helpful with suggestions. The service was very prompt and the food was outstanding. The appetizer, the entrees and the drinks were all very well made and delicious. A place worth coming back to.

料理は美味しくいただいた。ロブスターのトムヤムクンスープとグリーンカレーがオススメ。店員の私語が多く、サーブする姿勢も価格並みか。片言英語では、察してくれる感じではなく、ホスピタリティは今ひとつ。

I have dined at NOI for dinner and lunch
many times. Everytime I leave I leave happy that I choose NOI. The food is consistently delicious from lunch to dinner. The service is outstanding everytime. The last time I had lunch there with friends I was getting over a cold. We already paid the bill. Our waiter heard me coughing and decided to bring over cups of hot water for us all with a wedge of lemon. That was such a nice thing; shows NOI’s waiters go the extra step to provide great customer service. I will be back again real soon.

Very poor spring rolls. Stale. Curry was good. Servers showed no interest.

They had a party that was seated next to us that was extremely loud but other than that it was amazing. Going again before we leave

The food was excellent, the ambience was very good, definitely the place to go for Thai cuisine.

Positiv: das Essen (wir hatten Cock-A-Doodle-Do und Angry Ocean) war toll präsentiert und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Waiter war sehr freundlich.

Negativ: die Hauptspeise kam ca. 30 Sekunden nach der Hauptspeise und wurde von der servierenden Dame buchstäblich auf den Rand des Tisches (in der Mitte standen die Vorspeisen) geknallt.
Als wir noch bei der Hauptspeise waren, wurden lautstark die umliegenden Tische abgeräumt und der Boden in unserem -hinteren- Bereich des Lokals gefegt. Das Ganze geschah um ca 20:45 und wir hatten den Eindruck, man wollte Feierabend machen und uns „loswerden“. So haben wir denn auch das Lokal ohne Digestiv, Dessert oder Kaffee schnell verlassen.

Schade, dass die Begleitumstände dem wirklich guten Essen (und nur daher resultiert unsere moderate Gesamtbewertung) anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages nicht gerecht wurden.

Für uns war es daher leider das erste und letzte Mal.

Was disappointed. It was all show with little substance. I’ve travelled around the world many times and although beautiful I felt that focus was to present a high end plate but the taste was not there. I would prefer to go to a mom and pop place that focuses on the food and not the look.

Amazing Thai food in the ❤ of Waikiki! The staff was excellent and very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The only hard part was choosing which menu item to get! Ambience is excellent, as we were seated in the back overlooking the main street. Highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit different than American food. Panang Curry with tofu is so good! My husband had the crab fried rice and loved every bite. We enjoyed having a nice dinner here!

Harold the waiter was great and looked after us. The food was delicious and not too heavy and we enjoyed the music and the ambience.

The food is always consistently delicious...the best in town. The service is exceptional. They have our best interest in mind so are very hospitable.

The best and freshest thai food I've had in a long time. While pricey, it was very refreshing to taste how well certain dishes could really become. The deserts were good as well, not really a priority for me, but the table seemed to enjoy it. I will be back again, once I save up the funds, lol.

Wonderful dinner. The service was very attentive throughout our meal, and offered knowledgeable recommendations of the menu. We ordered a number of appetizers and some wine. It would be hard to pick a favorite, but the soup was delicious (simple, but so well done). I’ve had Thai food consistently over the past 15 years, and can confidently say this is a good one.

We had the nicest waitress, her assistant that brought the food was a really competent gentleman. All in all a very nice experience.

The food especially the lobster fried rice and fried banana were excellent and our server kenny was excellent .

The waiter we had seemed unhappy working there. He was not very engaged and didn’t offer suggestions or recommendations when we asked.

Very nice restaurant, good and well dishes presentation. The service was not very cordial, we did not like that they accepted reservation for 9.15 pm and that immediately put us in a hurry because the kitchen closed at 10 pm

Amazing. Food was fantastic, great environment and the service was on point.

Food was really good here. First I thought its fancy and wont live up to its expectations but I was very wrong. The food is excellent, had the pad thai, the angry ocean (very yummy) and Bangkok curry. It all had the right and exact flavors you experience from Thai food. The portions are also very good. I would definitely go back!!

They should seat parties of 3 at their special seating tables. They said we couldn’t have one and then the tables with the best ambiance set empty all evening.

Otherwise wonderful!

Our table was at the back part of the restaurant right next to the hallway to their restroom. 😩
