The bar area next to the restaurant is warm, classy, comfortable but Noe pales by comparison. It is stark and too bright inside and outside, while you dine under the lights of several high rise office buildings, still is pretty lacking in aesthetics.

Spent a special weekend at Omni Hotel, saw a show at the Music Center and had dinner at Noe.
It was a special anniversary and we enjoyed the downtown Los Angeles area. The dinner at Noe was very good. The server was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food was quite good. My partner had the salmon and I had the scallops. Both well prepared and very tasty. The salmon was as good as I have tasted. The only complaint was that there was one or two very loud people at a near by table. The room did little to dim the sounds.

We came here with a Groupon Deal and it was an excellent value!
The food was fresh and on point! Our server was super courteous and had perfect timing when checking up on us.
Here's the details on my meal.
Appetizer was the Tuna Tartare which was good. (4/5)
My Rib Eye steak was cooked perfectly rare & good sized steak. (5/5) I gave my husband at least 1/3 of my steak.
They let me substitute my mashed potatoes for brussel sprouts and the brussel sprouts were heaven! (5+++/5)
I had the Raspberry Tea Lemonade cocktail which was super tasty. LOVE it! (5/5)
Dessert was the Pistachio Cake which was tasty. (4/5)
Only downside is that valet parking at the OMNI hotel is $10 but it's downtown LA.

Went with my lady to an orchestra at the Walt Disney Concert Hall then had a groupon for this restaurant and it was the definition of fancy dining and I felt as if I was pampered alongside my beautiful woman. It was our first fancy date not only with each other but just in general and I couldn’t have chose a better place to have that special occasion than Noe’s Restaurant.
I had the rib eye and it was phenomenally cooked!

Very disappointing. Had to ask for water glasses to be filled, not refilled, but filled 20 minutes after ordering and after soup served. The clam bisque was excellent. Main course served before finishing the soup course. We both ordered the Kurobato Pork Chop and both chops were overcooked and dry. The check was brought and were not offered desert. Asking for desert, there were no menus brought out and the waiter offered only 3 options!!

Service was friendly - once we found our server. We were offered one roll, and then couldn't find the bread server again. No one ever offered us coffee or tea. The menu was printed in a very small font, and, being seniors, it was hard to read. The food was good.

Pretty fancy place with some good low-lit ambience and a live piano and singer in the bar area. Went for an anniversary dinner date and was not disappointed. Steak was great and so was the service. Highly recommend for a romantic night.

Our waiter Akli was outstanding! He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Our dinner was wonderful with his service at our table. He’s sure a great asset to Noe Restaurant at Omni Hotel & Resort. We’d stay longer and enjoy the food if I didn’t get paged coming back to hospital for work.

We have eaten several times before at Noe. It seems to be going down in food quality. We both had pasta. The bolognese had way too much tomato. The vegetarian pasta was awful: very little flavor, the pasta was soggy and had the texture of canned Chef Boyardi. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, the food was not great and the service was a little lacking. It was ok nothing terrible but just ok. The real disappointment was that my boyfriends steak (requested medium) was cooked medium well and very dry. For the price it all should have been good but it was just ok. They did give us our wine for free because of the over cooked steak.

This is a very charming restaurant in the middle of downtown LA. Valet parking was very convenient. The restaurant has a very comfortable bar/lounge area and a more formal dining area. There is a piano for live music. The patio was reserved for a private event, but it seemed like it would be a cozy area to enjoy a meal. The drinks were well made, and the food was very good. Overall it was a great experience.

This was a birthday celebration for a dear friend. I had gotten a Groupon which was very helpful in making everything more affordable. The staff was very attentive and the food was quite tasty. I had the ribeye and my friend had the risotto with scallops. Since neither of us drink, the waiter was very accommodating...allowing us to enjoy two appetizers instead of one. When dessert came, instead of one dessert we were treated with a sampling of all with the requisite birthday candle to blow out. All in all it was a lovely evening and we both felt very pampered!

All of the food was great. We had the scallops, pork chop, rib eye, and the hot date cake. We had the cheese and meat platter sort of randomly and were surprised with the amount and quality of the dish. They have a varied selection of food, the cocktails were strong, and the flan was delicious. Service was also good.

Bacon-wrapped dates were a good appetizer, but my fish from their special Spanish menu was a disaster. The bottom of the plate had a thin layer, not a bed, of what must have been Minute Rice with very little taste or connection We were made to wait seven minutes for our five o'clock reservation despite the nearly empty restaurant with setups already on the tables. to Spain. The fish itself was warmed, not cooked, and had an unpleasant gelatinous texture. I had a bite of my friend's osso buco, which was acceptably cooked and seasoned.

We have gone here many times for pre-theater/opea/concert. They had a special menu of Spanish items which was interesting. My partner got the salmon and it was undercooked and sent back, It was returned peffect. I had teh specail cod fish which was nice. Server was terrific. It is nice to find a good restaurant near the music center that has a lovley, quiet ambience.

It was our 20th anniversary and it's a good thing I got a Groupon [75$] months ago for this. Includes 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 dessert and 2 glasses of wine or cocktail.
We came in around 5:30PM for our reservation, so it's not really packed yet. The ambiance is warm and cozy, good for quiet dinners, dates, or business meetings.
The host asked if there were any occasion being celebrated so I told her it's our anniversary. It was a nice gesture that they gave us 2 complimentary glasses of champagne.
AHI TUNA TARTARE - 3*** it was served in a plate that looks like a UFO. LOL Nothing too extraordinary about it. I was surprised that it was not spicy after all the jalapenos with it.
SEASONAL SASHIMI [additional order/not part of the groupon deal] - 5* husband and I liked it and to think he's not a fan of sushi or sashimis.
14oz Prime Hand Cut Ribeye - 4 husband was happy and always complimenting how juicy and tasty it was on every bite
ORA KING SALMON - 4 I like the puree but the syrup is a little bit salty for my taste. It was toasted on the sides and tasty.
PISTACHIO CAKE - 3*** I love anything pistachio, but the cake itself is dry.
HOTDATE CAKE 5* - another complimentary from Noe, perks of celebrating 20years? Lol! Soooooo good.... PERFECT!
2 glasses of SABELLA Pinot Noir - 5* tannin was just right.
2 orders or COFFEE [additional order/not part of the groupon deal] - 5* served in a very cute mug and saucer. Coffee is coffee, and theirs are up to par
Agustin was our server and he made sure we are having a good dinner.
All in all we had a good experience, the table looks dull though. Perhaps they should improve on the table décor/centerpiece.

The ambiance is mainly outside and someone rented the entire outside area for a last minute convention. They would have still given me a table outside but it no longer had that private feel to it. The waiter inside was very prompt and polite. The food is well prepared. I guess because it's kind of small in doors the noise gets trapped inside, other than that it's a nice place to eat.

My husband and I ate at Noe before seeing a play at the Ahmanson. It was very convenient to the theater, just a short walk. The restaurant was attractive, with views of the city and outdoor seating available. The service was attentive and friendly. We both had a specialty cocktail to start and we were pleased with what we ordered. The dinner itself was delicious. I would definitely recommend the artichoke salad. The dressing was light and a perfect accompaniment to artichokes and hearts of palm and set off nicely by the parmesan cheese. My husband really enjoyed his short ribs, the meat was so tender. I was very happy with the chicken and especially liked the red curry polenta served with it. We would definitely consider returning here, even if we weren't seeing a production nearby.

We love the ambience and food at Noe. Sadly, the service was not up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. It appeared that they're having trouble keeeping qualified servers since our server, who was very sweet and tried to do the job, hadn't really had enough training. I don't mind paying the high prices, but I'm expecting top notch severs, who are well informed about the menu and can answer questions with knowledge and confidence!! Also, several details we asked for (extra lemon slices, more ice, etc.) never came.

The ambience and the food are "classy". I hope Noe will offer more professionalism with their servers and their service!!
