Made reservation in advance but end up waiting 35 minutes, food not good at all and overpriced. Also forgot my personal belongings there (cashmere gloves) an didn't get them back, the staff members decide to keep them.
Great food, best value, and great lounge to listen to music and have a drink.
Food was subpar. Service was ok but slow.
Great Ambience with piano bar and decor very nice. Excellent service from Brianna and her helpful staff. Food was plated very nicely and was really tastee.... good place to go for a Romantic nice experience!
One of the best rib eye steaks I have had. Great service from the waitress to the hostess and the bus boy.
We had to look for someone to seat us. Staff could have used some help. The waiters were also seating people and dealing with a difficult couple. The manager should have come out and assisted. Food was good, but a bit over priced. Our waiter did his best to accommodate everyone.
Went to the restaurant with a groupon that included an app, 2 entrees, a dessert, and 2 cocktails. Food was really good, steaks were cooked beautifully. Also ordered the mac and cheese as a separate side dish and it was delicious. The service was good but could have been better in terms of the waiter's attention for our table. It was a fairly busy night but he passed by us 4 times and never picked up our check which we were waiting to pay so we could leave and continue our evening. I had to get up and ask another waiter to get his attention. Other than that, he was a good waiter and we were happy overall.
Their food is pretty basic. Ordered a bolognese pasta and it tasted like chef Boyardee.
My food was burned.
Patio dining was nice and quiet enough to enjoy our conversation. We recommend the gremolata fries as a starter. The handcut ribeye was the favorite at our table. And the grapefruit jalapeño margarita is a must try.
I had asked for medium rare for my filet and it turned out to be super rare... just the skin layer was cooked and it was super bloody red inside, I didn’t bother asking the server. The server did not even bother asking if our food was okay. Perhaps it was because I used the Groupon so he did not care to service us much.
Ordered my filet mignon medium rare but got well done. I asked for a coke with no ice I got it with ice. We weren’t served water either? But I will go back because everything else was nice
Me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary and it was a great experience. Good service and good food.

Went for our 16th Anniversary for dinner. The window view was beautiful. Food was good for what you pay. The service wasnt that great. I thought the waiter was in a hurry he was trying to rush us.
Purchased a dinner package at Noe through Groupon to include drinks, appetizer, entrees, and dessert. Arrived early so enjoyed a drink at the bar. Staff and ambiance at the hotel were very good. Our waiter surprised us with an amous bouche that mirrored our appetizer burrata. Had we known, we may have opted to try something else. We were also surprised with a glass of Champagne for celebrating my partner's birthday which was very kind.
We had a great outdoor seat, and the vibe was good until our entrees arrived. My partner enjoyed his steak but we both agreed that the salmon was poorly done. The meal may have been fine for some but unfortunately, my salmon was so salty, it was inedible after a few bites. My partner refused to try a second bite which is rare as we are big salmon eaters. It's always very sad to turn down King Salmon and even sadder for such a fine meat to be made inedible.
The waiter and manager were both attentive and apologetic to the issue; however, I ended up getting quite sick from the oversalting and we had to leave immediately as a result. It was very disappointing to be unable to finish my meal or enjoy the dessert that was part of our celebration package. While the manager offered to replace my remaining fish meal with a glass of wine, it felt like an odd compensation, and one I declined given how ill I was feeling. He said he would speak to the chef, and truly I hope he does.
Overall food was excellent and the mussel appetizer were the best mussels we have ever had. Chef sent out a complimentary caprese tasting. Service was also great! A bit pricey, but using a Groupon helped. Would definitely go again.
Peach cocktail was awesome! And our server went out of his way to bring a heater from a different section to us cause the one we were next to did not have propane and it was quite cold. Can’t remember his name but he was the best. I wish I could remember his name to compliment him and let management know.
We chose Noe for our 43rd wedding anniversary because of recalling the excellent food and service from a few years ago, and because of a timely Living Social discount. The bar tender, Johnny, was personable and poured generous cocktails. He offered to see about our seating, but we assured him that we were fine waiting as we were asked to do by the hostess. The service in the restaurant was excellent with all servers being attentive and very promptly taking care of all customers. We were pleasantly surprised to each being served an unexpected glass of champagne courtesy of the house for our occasion. In addition to the wonderful French onion soup appetizer, we were given a sample appetizer that was also tasty. We both ordered the seafood bouillabaisse and it was excellent in a hearty broth. Our wine, a Pinot and a Malbec, were excellent. We selected a scrumptious chocolate dissert with coffee. Once again what a great surprise in that we were served another very special dessert, again a courtesy for the occasion, described invitingly by our server. What a treat! We were even congratulated by nearby guests who saw that we were celebrating our anniversary. We have already recommended the restaurant to our neighbors and we will definitely be back again.

The food was pretty good; service was a bit too fast- I felt rushed, but that's better than slow. A nice quiet sitdown dinner before the theater.

All of the staff from the hostess to the servers and bus boy were very friendly. The device was good and timely. My husband had the ribeye which was very tender and flavorful. I had the salmon which was seared perfectly and had great flavor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special dinner.
Loved the quiet, chill vibe on the patio, surrounded by the sky scrappers and firepits. The portions of steak are 14oz, which are huge.. $45 for the ribeye or $49 for the filet, both 14oz, with included sides. Additional sides are $10 each. Everything was excellent, including the raspberry cheesecake for $12. Valet parking with validation from the restaurant is $13 for 4 hours, so maybe look for street parking first because that seems a bit high. Definitely recommend the patio for dining, although the indoor dining room is nice as well, with a piano player playing in the bar lounge area. Very good service from the waiters, although the tuna tartare app took forever to get to the table, it was excellent in taste and worth the wait.
I had a wonderful time. The service was amazing and the views of DTLA were breathtaking.

Not only are the food, service and value all excellent, but the ambient is so romantic too.
After dinner, you can hang out at the live piano bar next to it. The singer sings so well. Just love the experience!
Sat outside, enjoyed scenery of DTLA buildings which look amazing in the evening. Very romantic which was perfect in celebrating an anniversary.
This was the least dazzling meal we had at Noe. But we will come back anyway!
The food was great..The service overall was great. The only thing I didn't like was getting in to the hotel if I didn't use the valet service. We used the parking lot indoor next to it open 24 hrs and only paid 13.50..Had elevator to go up by sides of hotel but we couldn't get in coz only accessible to those who's staying in that hotel only. We had reservations to the restaurant so I wished they could give us some kind of access instead of walking all the way to where the valet parking front is! Anyways we we're lucky enough some guys staying in that hotel let us in . Noe Restaurant is exceptional.Love everything about it!! :)

It was "Noe" good. Will "Noe" come back here. My wife and I had a groupon to come to this restaurant, which was the only reason why we went. The ambience and service was nice. However, the food was mediocre and overpriced. It started off good with the French Onion Soup, which was pretty good. Then it all went down hill. My Bolognese barely had any meat in it. It was mostly spaghetti, which looked and tasted like any store bought spaghetti, and a little bit of meat. I can make a better pasta at home and they want to charge me 30 bucks for that? Then my wife's 40 dollar ribeye steak came and it wasnt seasoned at all. It was dry so the chef decided to just drench it in sauce. It was like a six dollar steak I can buy at Ralphs, but even then I can make it better. I dont know how they can justify the price. We are just glad we pretty much ate for free. The waitress was nice, but that's pretty much it. Again, we will "Noe" coming back.
Briana, our server was excellent. It would be nice if we could have, as a choice, the salmon (or any fish) baked. The desserts are all great; we have tried them all. Chef Warren should bring back the Summer Yellow Peach & Fruit, Tomato, salad with olives, avocado and mint, or something similar. Thank you Chef Glen Ishii, for the outstanding meals.
