I'm surprised I hadn't heard of this place before finding dinner reservations for Mother's Day. It's a great spot to chill and listen to a jazz show. The staff was fantastic - very organized, friendly and accommodating. A++!!

Nocturne is an intimate Jazz club with good food. The portions aren't great especially the shared plates which are too small to really share. The noise level is loud as there is a band playing, but the music was great. It was a fun evening overall.

This place was amazing for Jazz! The band was fantastic and the atmosphere was great.

I would improve on the Website and more forthcoming about the planned events for that night. Reserving online and being from out of town, I had no way of knowing it was going to cost $36 for just seeing the band alone and had no reference of timing of when the band would play since they do sets and take breaks, etc. The Website was poor and did not provide the information from what I could easily find.

I also wish there was room for some form of dancing too cause it's jazz and people should be moving! But everyone was crammed in there, so don't expect any personal space.

So overall, over-priced and lack of information would prevent me from returning if I was a local. But check out if you have the money and want to see some Jazz in a specific Jazz environment!

Made reservations for my husbands birthday. We had a great time. Good music, beautiful venue and they took such great care of us. As a birthday treat they offered him a champagne toast and tasty beignets and ice cream.

I picked a special restaurant for a special occasion and it did not disappoint! My elderly father was visiting and they accommodated our request for seating that would be best for his hearing disability. We began with a complementary champagne toast and the waitress even got a little sparkling lemon drink for my boyfriend who is sober. My dad is very particular about his rum and the server and the bartender were happy to help him find just the right one. Everyone in our party agreed the cheese plate was one of the best cheese plates of all time. Seriously, top 10 of my life. The homemade crackers are heavenly. I had the mussels for my main and they were also probably top 10 mussels for texture, size, and flavor. Dessert was gorgeous. Honestly, when you have an older parent you can't help but wonder if each visit might be the last time you see them. It was special to share this jazz dinner with my dad who was the one to give me my love for jazz! I will never, ever, ever forget this meal. If you are looking to make a memory I HIGHLY recommend Nocturne.

Nice feel. Swanky. Great place to take a date. Food had a great flavor but the overall cost was ridiculously over priced. The menu price appears ok, but the band and drink cost drives up the cost

Went here to hear Cowboy Songs. Early set. Place was half-full. Not bad for a Wednesday night at 6:30. Hard to find a place to park, even at this early hour. Band was good. Food was excellent. I had a fried pork paillard (fancy name for chicken-fried pork loin). Wife had a pasta with lamb sausage. She liked her's too. 1/2 price wine was nice, especially because Colorado allows you to take home an opened bottle of wine. Interesting cocktails. Extensive list of spirits, although the first two I asked for were not available.

Not my first visit but my first dinner at Nocturne. Simply put, we had an outstanding experience!
The music and ambiance were delightful, the service impeccable. We enjoyed the Miles Davis inspired five course dinner. I love an imaginative chef and this one certainly is. The experience was quite memorable.

Good place for live jazz and food. It's not the establishments fault, but there were several parties whose conversation was rather distracting. While this would normally not be an issue at a restaurant that happens to have live music, this is a place that charges you for the music and the music is a major part of the reason for being there.

This is a fantastic restaurant in Denver. The chef's and the bartenders have made a very thoughtful effort to craft a true dining experience. Favorite go too's on the menu are the burrata appetizer, mussels, and just about anything else that strikes your fancy. I've never had a bad meal or drink at this place. The service is warm and welcoming and you are assured to be taken care of. Oh yeah and there is live fantastic music nightly. You can't go wrong.

Went to Nocturne mostly for the Jazz shoe. We ordered drinks, appetizer and a desert. The food was okay - nothing to rave about but not horrible.
The drinks were good. Service was good and atmosphere was great.
Parking is a bit difficult as it is in RHino and they are doing work on the street right in front of the establishment.

I will return - next time order wine and the cheese platter. and enjoy the music.

The very nice hostess seated us at a table just in front of the band. We wish we could have made it earlier, as the quartet was wrapping up, and they were really good. Our server made some recommendations, which we trusted and very much enjoyed. The cocktails and wine were great, as well.
