Awesome will definitely go back
We got the chef’s choice, and it was beyond outstanding. No words can describe the whole experience. Layers of flavors in every bite.
Food was delicious! Portions small
chicken teriyaki was fantastic. the beef teriyaki was great. best California rolls ever.
The venue looks beautiful and there is enough space between the tables to maintain privacy despite the number of seats. Also the light is perfect, ideal both for business or romantic dinners.
The food: extraordinary. Complex but clean flavours will surprise you.
Valentines prix fix was ridiculously expensive for the tiny amount of food we received. Service was terrible. Would not repeat on Valentines Day.
Great food and drinks. Service was very good and ambiance was fine, just steep for what you get. Can get equal quality food for better value in Manhattan. But now my gf can brag a lil so I’m happy. This isn’t news to anyone from NYC.
food was just average.
Very luxurious experience
Nothing special at all. Our server(s) was never really around when we needed her/him. Food is overpriced and there was nothing special about it. You’re paying for the name.
Great, great meal. Little too long of a wait between dishes, but not that big of a deal.
It was my first time to the new location. I had been to the old more intimate location in Tribeca. As expected, the food was amazing. For the a large restaurant, it was not too noisy and the service was good. My only complaint is when I received the telephone call to confirm my reservation the representative from Nobu informed me that I would need to finish my dinner by 8:30pm. It just a little tacky and put it the category of Applebees. Of course, my dinner was over by 8:30pm and I had a cocktail, starter, entree and dessert. Whoever is making such statements at Nobu and cheapening such a quality restaurant with a superb reputation.
As is to be expected, Nobu is fantastic. A must do for any fan of Japanese food.
Nobu never disappoints!
