The menu features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso & Rock Shrimp Tempura, as well as Miami favorites like the Tai Butter Lettuce & Tenderloin Yuzu Truffle. Omakase or tasting menus, offer a memorable opportunity to savor the restaurant’s many distinctive flavors.

Noisy boisterous place onValentine’s day
Food and drink superb and expensive
Been there hundreds of times over the years always a good experience,
Waiter we had was uninformative for my newcomer guests.
For the price and type of establishment was not I pressed at all with the waiter for the first time.
Amazing Food and Service !!
Our server was very knowledgeable with a Super Personality !!
Make sure you book way in advance because this is the Miami Hit Spot !
Thank You for a Great Valentines Dinner !

Food was EXCELLENT, as usual, but our server was pretty awful. I have been to several other Nobu locations throughout the US, and this was the worst service I've ever experienced. We were seated for about 15 minutes and were ignored by our server, watched another couple be seated nearby, offered menus, ordered drinks and appetizers, all before we were even greeted by our server. When we didn't order cocktails, he seemed annoyed. Another person working in the restaurant overheard that I had some questions and stopped to offer his knowledge on the menu. My iced tea went empty and he never offered to refill it. Again, food was great, server was lousy. Horribly disappointing because I often take clients to Nobu when traveling for business. On this evening, I was taking a friend there for the first time and she was left feeling like we could have paid less elsewhere and been treated much better. HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE MATTERS!
Food was too salty
Great food and great service. Reservations are fairly easy to get before 8pm.
Service was efficient, plates taken just as you finished each course, no time to savour the moment, nice vibe, food was ok, favourite dish is the cod fish!
The room was a bit dark( even for a date setting ) but the staff and the food were phenomenal
Absolutely amazing! Food and service was out of this world!!
Cool place. Everything was good, except I did not love the miso cod dish, too rich and undercooked. But all raw dishes delicious. Expensive, but that’s sushi and Miami Beach.
Food always excellent. Surprisingly, we had poor service which is very unusual for this restaurant.
Absolutely the worst hosts you’ll ever find. Management issues to be solved. It looks like they own the joint and do you a favor for letting you dine in there.
Keeping the best tables for “single and available girls” or to house favorites .
The worst Nobu experience.
Nobu headquarters should deal with this .
Otherwise , despite to-the-moon prices, the food as always is great. Mr Nobu knows its job. His employees on the opposite side.
It’s amazing!!! Best restaurant
We had a good time and a good meal but there was nothing over the top about the food or the service. I expected more.
Nobu Miami has been a consistent winner for our business events every year for 5 years when we attend a conference and entertain a small group of clients and friends.
Excellent food, service and quality beverages keep the crowd entertained and happily very well fed.
It was possibly the WORST service ever! So much so that we left before the entrees. We had to search and search for the waiter. I had to pour water and sake myself. The waiter was not only inattentive he was 100% clueless.
Fabulous but expensive.
What has happened to Nobu Miami? Nobu use to be great and consistent across the board! My last visits to Nobu Miami and Nobu Dallas have been sub par by far!
The restaurant is beautiful, and our server was attentive and friendly. However, it is ridiculously overpriced. We knew that when we made the reservation, but it was a special occasion. In hindsight, we wish we had made other plans. We left still hungry with a $115 dinner bill for 2, which did not include alcohol or dessert. Yikes!
Celebrating a 65th birthday but nothing special was done from the restaurant!
Food was amazing. The experience felt like a fast food restaurant.
The food was ok at best. Terribly overpriced. Very disappointing
Food was spectacular!
Not as good as I remembered the last time at a Nobu. Food was good but nothing special. A lot of similar citrus and yuzu in things. Sushi is always expensive but these prices are silly. We go to a few great places in Atlanta and all better. Not worth it at all.
AMAZING. On our bucket list of restaurants and we already wanna go back! Sushi was delicate and the shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce was unbelievable. I can’t wait for our next experience. Hopefully it will be an annual thing.

Our meal and service was absolutely amazing!
Very rude staff. Food was fresh, but really small portions. The service was beyond slow, and our party felt like we were not being taken care of. We will bebe come back.
What can I say...it's the top notch most excellent vibrant incredibly delicious experience you can have. I cannot say enough about Nobu. They do everything to perfection!
Fantastic experience the food was phenomenal.
The food at Nobu was spectacular!! Five Star rating!!! We had the must have black cod and the wagu beef, which were show stoppers!
Our server (can’t remember his name) was amazing and made our experience at Nobu so special as we also celebrated my Husband’s 40th Birthday! We hope this message gets back to him!
Thank you Nobu Miami!
Absolutely amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back! Ty
The food was really tasty and we all enjoyed the food and experience. The desert was out of this world. The only problem was that all of us a few hours later were sick.
This was our 3rd Nobu behind Newport Beach and Vegas (Caesars) and it did NOT disappoint. The food was spot on and absolutely delicious. We had the black cod while at Nobu in Vegas and had to try again here in Miami to see if it was as good. It was even better! The crispy rice is served a bit differently at the Miami location, but in a really good "build it yourself" kind of what that we loved. Drinks were on point although we didn't do anything out of the norm. We were here for my Wife's birthday and the "Happy Birthday" desert they brought out was divine! Highly recommend Nobu in general and Miami Nobu for sure!
Pretty good sushi but on balance too expensive for what you get.
As a patron and might I suggest a Nobu aficionado of some 20 years standing, I feel that I am well placed to opine a critical comparison of Nobu Miami with other Nobu restaurants.
For me this has been the worst meal I have ever had in a Nobu restaurant and now smacks of commercialised rip off.
Gone is the the sense of occasion, that should accompany a visit to one of these establishments. The restaurant is massive and feels more like a glamorous school canteen, the waiter upsold us a white truffle addition to one of our entrees and then commented how wonderful it smelled on arrival and we had to inform him that they had forgot to add it.
Our final course of squid pasta was simply inedible and we sent it back.
This is one Nobu I would suggest is better avoided.
Nobu is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been there in NYC, Miami, Vail, several times, always have infértil. This was the first time I had a poor experience. 15 minutes to have water on the table, 20 minutes for wine and almost 40 minutes for food. The octopus was cold and no taste, the salmon was nothing special and the desert was not good. One waiter to assist 8 or 9 tables, service was below expectations. I hope it does not happen again if we decide to give Nobu another chance!!!
Had to try Nobu while in Miami. Great sushi and raw fish dishes. Drinks were potent and very creative. A bit pricey, but thatbwas fully expected. Nobu delivered on our meal !
