Amazing food amazing service!!! We will be back!
A year ago, the Travelzoo deal was excellent. This year the food seemed to be cheap ingredients fancied with good sauce & served beautifully. Sake sampler ($60) was very nice! Service splendid! Food lacking. I would think twice before getting that deal. One hopes the a la carte food is better quality. Chris is a credit to the franchise. Superb!
The service was terrific! The food was terrific! We had a great time!
Superb service, fabulous food & drinks!
Delicious food. Good atmosphere. Would recommend to a friend.
Small, rushed portions from our server. Food not worth price. With so many high end Japanese and sushi restaurants in town, this is not worth it.
The food was amazing. Went Omakase at $200 per person, but didn’t seem to be any different than the $125 per person when we order it instead. Drinks were very well crafted as always. It will be tough to get a Nobu table on Vegas weekends after this location closes in February.
Amazing service and lovely waitress! Helpful with the menu selection.
This was our first time at Nobu and it was outstanding. Our waiter Chris created an amazing experience for us from start to finish!
Nobu lives up to the hype ! Great food, service, all great Quality !!
We live on the East Coast but go to Vegas frequently. We typically go to the Caesar's location but tried this location. It was wonderful. Jason was awesome. We always do the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. We cannot wait to go back
The salmon was unbelievable... seriously unbelievably good!
Chris did a great job helping us navigate the menu and the meal was fantastic. Best meal ever. Would definitely return.
Amazing food with every bite and incredibly professional and friendly service!
Fabulous place and gorgeous, and professional, waiter. Food was outstanding.
Not your typical Nobu experience. The food was only mediocre. Go to Nobu at the Nobu Hotel for a better experience.
Sat at the Sushi Bar and had a great conversation with the Sushi Chef throughout the night. He prepared a special roll for us and the taste and quality of it and the individual Sushi selections we made were some of the best we've had in quite some time. Pricey, but definitely worth it!
Service was outstanding. Water was constantly getting refilled. Food came out fast and dirty dishes removed quickly. Apparently due to Japanese upper management, everything is fast and efficient. This is what you expect from a high-star, high-priced restaurant but it always baffles me that many of the fancy restaurants I’ve gone to on the strip provide poor service. Nobu trains their staff well. I struck up a convo with the guy whose only job it seemed was to bring us a fresh plate every time we finished a course and he said he had to go through 3 months of training to get that job and he had been a server before at several restaurants on the strip. As far as the food, it was of great quality but portions a bit small. We had the “6-course sampler” deal from TravelZoo (much like a Groupon) and 6 course sounds like a lot of food but the key word was “sampler”. Most of the dishes were pretty small and they were to be split between 2 people. So we left not feeling full (and no take-home for a nice snack the next day) but food was different and very tasty. I am not a big fan of fish (my friend is) and I was pleasantly surprised that most of the dishes did not have a strong fish taste so I was able to eat them, and enjoy it. There were no choices in the 6-courses except dessert, choice between two. The voucher cost $125 and with 2 drinks, tax (on full amount and tip it still came to about $200 so not a great deal but Nobu is known for being very expensive. If you are not in to high quality fish and presentation then there are a lot of other sushi and Japanese food choices in Vegas that are less $$ and more food. Also, the decor is pretty old at the Nobu in Hard Rock and since I think the Virgin Airlines guy bought the Hard Rock Casino (2019) and is going to renovate the whole thing they are not putting any money in to it but surprised to see an old wooden floor like you would expect at The Cracker Barrel. I hear the Nobu at Caesars is much nicer.
Came here for my anniversary. Was not disappointed. The rolls and sashimi were definitely higher quality than normal sushi establishments.
Travelzoo 6 course deal 👍🏼
Always impressing us with great food and service I always go back.
Food was incredible as usual!!!
Great food and service, fish is fresh and quality ingredients.
One of the best meals -- and best service! -- I've had in my life. Our server was top-notch. He & the chef selected some awesome plates for my wife & I. And the octopus was the freshest, tenderest & tastiest I've ever had. Nobu at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is a MUST!
Absolutely love this place. The customer service is incomparable, the quality and taste of the food is superb and our waiter James is always on his game and the best waiter ever!!!
Great food and great service, a little overpriced but worth it!
Food and drinks were phenomenal (per usual). We enjoyed the yellowtail with jalapeño, crispy rice with spicy tuna, spicy rock shrimp, octopus and black cod. Service was great, our server was very attentive. Our drinks were always full, plates and silverware fresh, and table clean. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.
I love NOBU at Cesar's Place in Las Vegas so I figured we would give the one at Hard Rock a chance. When we went in the host was great with sitting us right away. However, after we were at our table it took our waiter 20 mins to come and take our drink order. At this time we still were not offered menus to look over. Next, It took him another 15 mins to come back with our drinks and still no menus. This was the second time that we have asked for our menus. After we asked he went and got them but had attitude along with it like we were bothering him. Next on of us in our party was asking questions about the menu and his response to her questions was I dont have time for all these questions can I go take my other tables orders and come back after you have decided what you want to eat. Now, how is she going to decided when she doesn't know what she is looking at . Need I remind everyone were were there to eat Sushi which two pieces of Shrimp Tempura cost 27.00. We love this restaurant and were willing to spend money which means this guy would have made a great tip. I know I am a little all over the place with this review but i am just really upset with the waiter and how he treated us. Through out the evening we only saw him once more where he asked us if we were ok.
The food like always was amazing but the service was horrible. I am very disappointed in the way we were treated as guests.
THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This was truly a first class experience. Our waiter was very informative and helpful since we had a hard time picking what to eat. All the food was great. My favorite was the wagyu beef and my partner enjoyed the miso cod.
We had a table of 7. The service was good and the food was ok. It was not my favorite Nobu experience. Some of the food tasted a bit fishy. Definitely will not go to the Hard Rock location again.
We love Nobu and have ordered the signature omakase many times in the past, always leaving very satisfied. Last night we brought a friend for his first time expecting to introduce him to that same great signature meal, however we were surprised to learn the courses were very different than usual. Even the staple black cod miso dish my friend was looking forward to trying was served as small pieces on lettuce wraps instead of the classic way we knew and loved. Towards the end of the meal I was personally really craving the miso soup that we’re usually served but sadly it was not included this time. Finally, and what had us most perplexed, for dessert we were served two chocolate lava cakes for three people, which was awkward to say the least. Overall it was really good food but a subpar experience compared to the exceptional experiences we’ve had in the past. We’ll be back to try again soon and hope for the best.
Once again, our Nobu experience was amazing. We come to Nobu every year to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff always makes it a memorable experience. Special shout out to Max, who is literally the best. Also, Kenny and Jeff and the rest of the team also helped to make us feel like Nobu VIPs. Thanks again.
If you like sushi, Nobu is a must! Great ambience and excellent quality food
We got the Nobu omakase dinner which values at $225 for $145. If I had to pay $225 I would feel really ripped off. They give you a big plate of sushi with average fish as a filler which I didn’t like. Some of the food was good but nothing great. The dessert was the best.
The food and experience was incredible, unlike any experience we’ve had before. It was worth every penny, the Wagyu was an experience on its own.
Not as good as on previous visits using Travelzoo voucher. Rock Shrimp was way too spicy. First course of fish was just fair, Nigiri sushi plate was average.
Took our friends for first time and they loved every bite!!
Very nice staff and the sashimi was excellent
