It was a great dinner
We had an early reservation on Thursday nite, so it wasn’t crowded. Food was fresh and tasty, as usual...
worst. my dinner made me and my significant other i’ll - prices are insane and all it did was make me sick all night. stay away and avoid if you can. 0 stars for me if there was an option.
Worst Nobu that I have visited and I have visited many! Won’t go into detail but, visit Nobu at Caesar’s if you must go in Vegas.
Always excellent. Yellowtail with jalapeño, spinach salad, vegetable tacos, vegetable roll, and rock shrimp tempura are consistently fresh, beautifully plated, and delicious!
This location was dead and the service still sucked. It’s like they are waiting for their lease to end at this location. The only positive was the food was amazing. We had one good waiter, the rest that served us were too busy doing nothing.
We ate at Mr. Chow the next night. They’ve mastered the art of Service there.
I wrote a really long favorable review for Yelp but the app won’t let me paste it. I’m not rewriting it all so you’ll have to settle for “this place is really good.”
One of my favorite Vegas spots! Always find something new to try.
Best sushi and overall dining experience!
Food was great - we had the 'tasting menu' and were quite impressed with the variety and very high quality of food we were served. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the server was VERY preoccupied with other tables. It was very obvious the 2 of us were not a priority. What should have been an hour and a half spent dining turned out to be a 3 hour meal mostly due to inadequate service from the assigned waiter. When you pay upwards of $200 per person for a very special meal during a very special celebration you expect better... MUCH better. Other tables from 3 to 8 people were being seated and served even prior to us receiving our drink order. 40 minutes from the time we sat and gave our drink order to when we received our drinks is a bit long. From that point service did not improve until near the end. The bus boys and assistant wait staff did an excellent job as did the chef's.
Too noisy to be a Japanese Restaurant , good food but prices far too high Vs quality and service
I ordered the signature tasting menu, took 2 hours to finish. Worth it!
Nobu is a wonderful restaurant, especially in a town like Las Vegas where things can be hit or miss regardless of price...
The food and service were exceptional!!!!
My only complaint was the noise level of the music. I did come to Nobu to listen to bass thumping club music. It was quite annoying.
Amazing food.
All of it...
For the first time, the service at Nobu was below standard. The server was way too pushy to suggest that he customize our menu and in order to drive up his guest check.
Great staff. Service was good. Food was excellent. Very loud.
It was awesome!
Had a couple drinks in the lounge area first, best cocktails we’ve had in Vegas so far!
Amazing food and service. They even acknowledged my sisters birthday with a Happy Birthday dessert we chose from the menu.
Just remember there is a Nobu at Caesars Palace as well, so if you are meeting people make sure you communicate which one you are planning to go to. Our party was a bit off since half went to the wrong restaurant.
Our server was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we needed!
Good, not as upscale as the menu prices suggest. But good food
My waiter was especially helpful by helping
Me choose a menu item that went well with all of my other choices.
Food was amazing, Nobu never disappoints! Staff was fantastic!
Good food, small portions, very expensive but creative food.
Went here for dinner with some girlfriends on our last night in Vegas. Delicious high quality food! Our waiter was great and explained all the menu items very well. He gave us a little history on how Nobu was started and great dining experience for us. A little pricey, but worth it for a special night!
Nobu is the bomb, best sushi you will find, great menu!
The food was good. However the service was lacking. My drink was spilled all over me. Then the manager came over to apologize and make it right. Unfortunately, none of this happened. My food came out last (10 min difference) plus the manager never followed up. Not to mention a dessert that never showed up.
Not great for its popularity
Nobu is on just about every list of "go-to spots" in every big city, so the wife and I finally took the plunge and had a pre-Valentines night of great food. Our server was awesome and took good care to ask about our dietary restrictions (we're owners of a big CrossFit out in Santa Monica, CA, so we have to stay up on our game ;p). I was impressed and pleased by the great craft-beer list they had from Japan. Fantastic to try some great brews, and landed on the white ale as one of my absolute favorites. Citrus and bright flavors already sit well with me, so this beer was really awesome.
The tasting menu was really, really good; however, now that we've had the experience of going through parts of the menu, we'd look forward to focusing our future resources solely on the black cod and the seared and sliced steak. They were fantastic. So was the yellowtail and jalapeño; a signature for Nobu and definitely didn't disappoint.
The atmosphere was great; chic and wooded with some gentle, pulsing beats in the background--by no means a club vibe, which would've sent us running for the hills.
The small downside (that we weren't necessarily prepared for) was the total sticker-shock at the end of the meal. We knew it was premium, but this was the most I've ever spent for two people. Tasting menu for two, 1 glass rose, 2 beers: $430 (tip included). Stung a bit, especially when I realized that my wife and I were eyeballing another bar as we were leaving because we were still pretty hungry.
Great experience overall, and I'd definitely come back...most certainly if someone else were paying, or my teeth were made of gold.
I dine at Nobu often in NYC. And when I come to Vegas . Tonight the fish was not as fresh as it always is. Was disappointed. Also food came out to fast.
I had the chef’s tasting menu and it was well worth the money! Melt in your mouth food and every dish was better than the last. The service was great! It was a little loud but in Vegas that’s not unexpected. Definitely will be back
Worst experience I've had at a NOBU restaurant (and have been over 50x). The GM did a terrific job of apologizing and trying to fix the situation. Table service was a joke. Food orders came out wrong. They didn't pay attention to service nor the basics of asking us for a 2nd drink. Very uncharacteristic of a NOBU. Perhaps the location at Hard Rock appeals to a lower level guest vs. other locations. It was a shockingly poor experience. The server should be fired!
Went to celebrate my birthday and was a little disappointed in the ambiance. I wasn't aware that there was a location in Caesar's Palace and probably would have rathered gone there. I was also a little disappointed that I wasn't offered a free, celebratory desert or anything for my birthday. I'm sure it's optional for a restaurant to provide that, but most I've been to do. The waiter was ok, but I was super annoyed that the table buster kept interrupting us by wanted to clean the table off as we were still eating and conversing. I felt as if that could've waited until we left especially since it wasn't busy.
We have dined Nobu several times, however this time was exceptionally irritating. It happened to fall on a busy night at the casino, so we were informed THREE times before even being seated that our table had been re-booked at 7:30 and we had to be out before then. Even after being seated, before we even had a beverage the waitress with the "Can I bring you Edamame? or Shishito Peppers?" I asked can I see a menu first? She says... "Oh... you haven't dined with us before? We like to custom..." Jesus, can you rush me through this dinner any faster??
The cod was great, my steak was great, but I don't like that my side of mushrooms was brought out last... about 10 minutes after my steak.... so let's just eat mushrooms by themselves.... poor timing, but I guess that's what happens when you're being rushed through dinner.
My husband and I are quick to life - every moment of everyday, so for you to rush the one meal, on the one night we don't have to hurry ourselves back to work, you pretty much ruined it for us. By the way, we were out of the restaurant within 45 minutes, so all this prior information about how close you book your reservations was completely unnecessary. I get that you're a small restaurant, but when I'm shelling out over $400 for dinner - the proper thing to do would be wait until the next table shows up and offer to move us to the bar for dessert or something far less tacky.
All Nobu's are my favorite and this one did not disappoint. Very good . Will go back
Food was just ok this time. It is usually unbelievably good. Service was outstanding as usual.
Wonderful !
