Nobu Fifty Seven, el primer establecimiento ubicado en la zona residencial de Nueva York del legendario chef Nobu Matsuhisa, abrió en el verano del 2005. Priced at $150 per guest, this seasonal offering highlights a curated selection of Nobu signatures and summer-inspired creations—ranging from the delicate Seafood Harumaki with Maui Onion Salsa to a vibrant sashimi tasting and Chef’s sushi selection. Indulge in iconic dishes like Black Cod Miso and Soft Shell Crab Amazu, followed by Koji-aged Japanese Mirai Beef, and end on a sweet note with our signature Whisky Cappuccino. A thoughtfully composed menu designed to capture the essence of the season—perfect for both first-time and return guests. Offered in our Main Dining Room only, until 9:45pm Sunday-Thursday and until 10:45pm on Friday-Saturday

    Nobu Fifty Seven exceeded all expectations. The ambiance is stylish and welcoming, and the food is outstanding. Service was top-notch, with staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. A must-visit spot in NYC!

    I ordered the $65 bento box. The miso cod and rock shrimp did not feel fresh. They had a weird aftertaste that wasn't normal for the two dishes. The miso cod was nowhere near as marinated as usual. The table behind us got a cod to share and it looked golden and beautiful and mine was fishy and could barely taste the yummy miso flavor. I also ordered the toro caviar and it just kind of reminded me of cat food. My table also got the crispy rice and avocado, and certainly is not worth $28. My one friend got the truffle ribeye and she said it was like 50% fat. I've gone to Nobu twice before and had positive experiences at dinner, but lunch was extremely disappointing. The vibe of the restaurant and concept are awesome, but I'm not sure if I would recommend lunch

    I’ve been a frequent diner at Nobu for years and might I say that they have always given the best service and accommodation to myself, friends, and family alike whenever I came. Liam is the best server so friendly, funny, and thoughtful. As always I will be dining with this restaurant again!

    Father’s Day brunch was great. When we were there at the start of service it was rather quiet and dishes came out at a perfect pace. Food was the usual excellent quality.

    To rushed food came out to fast within minutes of ordering. Impossible to make so many different things so fast all out at once. This has become the cheese cake factory of sushi

    The service was superlative as was the food. The fish especially was second to none. Nobu and Morimoto know fish and rice. Special occasion meal always! Highly recommend.

    Food was amazing , waiter was amazing, people at the 2nd check in desk were not friendly upstairs desk, downstairs desk was extremely friendly.
