Its been years since I have been to Nobu. I now am sorry I waited so long to go back. The food, the wait staff and the overall experience was incredible. It is a 10 out of 10 in my book.
Jose is the best!!
Great service, delicious food and pleasant music makes it al pleasant and fun.
They gladly accommodated my window seat request and the server was very knowledgeable about what was on the menu and offered great advice on what we should select.
Impeccable service without being intrusive!
Food was off the chart fantastic!
It was a Saturday night - the ambience was nice. Food was ok, but I would not order the veggie tempura or the creamy crab again.
To be fair, I expect a lot from Nobu in terms of service and this time it was disappointing in that the server was cold and unfriendly. The other disappointment was we ordered cheesecake for dessert for my nephew's birthday and it was really quite awful. When we told the server that it was actually inedible and had not touched it, she didn't really respond and I just expect better from Nobu - it was not in line with previous times.
Excellent wait staff You'd think the 130 Omakase was pricey/not good.......but the food, value, presentation, timing, WERE EXCELLENT! Very busy, warm, but noise very low, which was awesome. Wine's priced somewhat on the reasonable side! FABULOUS! Dr Jonathan Golab
It’s hard to enjoy your own convo when you’re squeezed between 2 other tables and having to listen to their convos as well. Hopefully they sit you next to someone quiet. Other than that, the food is amazing!
Good stuff yall
Katie is the best. Always makes sure the experience is exceptional
She even went out of her way to call a sister restaurant and make reservations for us the next evening
As a Asian it is no a normal Japanese style food, but the fusion style is Wonderful. The seasoning is very surprise. Personally recommend Omakase. The chef will select the best food for you. I order the 170one it contain A REAL WAGYU which originally from JP. Also Uni is from Hokkaido. As you should know that Hokkaido uni is the best uni in Japan,Even i think it is not purple uni or aka uni. i think it is a Bafun uni.but it is still very good.So personally I think should go once. But only one thing to remind that is don’t think it as a real Japanses food.it is fusion.
Nobu is a very amazing experience! The location is beautiful and the staff is exceptional when it comes to service and recommendations.
A great place when you have great company to share the environment with.
I enjoyed the food very well, my company not so much, plus our waiter was too busy with other customers
no welcome to us at the host desk, after giving our reservation name to the guy for check in, the look on his face was like there was a problem. He did not confirm he found our reservation. After standing there for an awkward time, I spelled my name to make sure and he nodded he knew so I guess the puzzled look was to figure out where to seat us? The girl who took us to our table was very nice.
Our server was completely untrained for an upscale restaurant. She was very nice but lacked basic skills. Took to long to order drinks, order entrees, everything. At the end she asked “do you want dessert after all that?” We laughed and asked for the check.
We will not be going back, there are plenty of other Japanese style restaurants with great food.
Had a great time. Ordered the 130 dollar each chefs specials. We were full before the last few items. Very good
Outstanding service, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, well trained and knowledgeable wait staff who seemed to really enjoy what they do!
Service took a little while but food was great.
our server was poor, and that's being nice
forgot drink orders, and at least 3 wrong food orders
nice guy but a little hard to understand
It is basically a fancy amerinize Japanese restaurant, you are paying for the fancy environments and status quote to be this kind of restaurant. The food taste itself doesn’t match well with the price, and the service is so so, there is not authentic Japanese food, or soul food. It is expensive and pretentious to make you feel the restaurant is great. If you are looking for real good Japanese food, I suggest go somewhere else. If you want to impress someone and make them feel special, you might consider there. Overall, no impressive, no connection
The service is not friendly like how is in the Uchi restaurant, is overvalue Nobu
Great food - we really enjoyed the new menu!
The food was great but the service was just so-so. We got our hot dishes then waited almost 25 minutes for our uncooked rolls. Overall fine but not great especially for being so pricey. The rock shrimp and the scallops are truly amazing though.
Food was amazing as always. Unique and amazing dishes. Staff very friendly and helpful with the menu. Love this place and highly recommend.
Excellent service paired with amazing food.
Highly recommend the OMAKASE, a bit pricey but worth every penny.
Great - consistently with other visits
Great experience with great food!
We always come here because of the service and quality of the food. However, this last visit was a little disappointing.
I ordered the Yellowtail shashimi Jalapeno twice, and the first time they brought it out, the size was very small and extremely thin, we could almost see through it. I ordered it again and the second time was what we were used too.
I didn't bring it up to the waitress because it was the first time this has happened. We definitely payed full price for a half the portion.
I will definitely come back and mention it, if it happens again.
Service and food were excellent...although the portions seem a bit overpriced. Can’t say enough good things about the wait staff. And the bartender that night was excellent.
You always get a good meal at Nobu. Good quality sushi. Although it's still the most one of the most expensive japanese restaurants in town. I would love to see some new innovative dishes on the menu. Getting tired of the usual dishes...although I always want one or 2 for dinner. I ordered my go to salad where I add lobster. This time the portion seemed so much smaller and the dressing had too much garlic or onion. The service is always great and I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff.
Had a great time! Great food and wonderful service! Pricy but you can get full by paying about 50 a person. Only complaint was music might have been a little loud but overall a great experience. Would come again!
Everything was delicious, relatively expensive but worth it for a special night out.
Not the usual Nobu fine dining experience. Feels much more like the lobby restaurant of a 4 star hotel.
I think it was a cool experience to eat at a Nobu. I’m not the fine dining type so it’s tough for me to really compare it anything else, it had great service, a bit noisy so I couldn’t hear everything the server said but there isn’t anything that I can really complain about. Food was really good, we did the tasting menu and it was good as well as filling so I appreciated that. Their dessert (cappuccino miso something lol) was amazing, easily my favorite part. It was pricey but that was expected.
They put us in the back table next to the window. We asked to move but they said it would be an hour wait. The wind was literally blowing my hair by window. Not a good experience. I love the food here, but disappointed to be sat at that table when you had a reservation.
The food, drinks, and atmosphere at Nobu were phenomenal, however I would say that the service was subpar. When my husband and I walked in the door we were not greeted, nor did they ask if we wanted our coats checked (like they did the other guests)- for a nicer restaurant this should be customary as the host/hostess is essentially the first point of contact and the face of the restaurant for guests as they arrive. Once we were escorted to our table we were well taken care of by our server, but we waited an unusually long time for our food which was very disappointing due to the surrounding tables who sat down after us eating their meals. The server noticed the delay, apologized many times, and seemed to look very frustrated with the chefs. Delicious food takes time, which we understand, but from start to finish we were at Nobu for nearly three hours...
Nobu was everything we thought it would be and more. Everything was perfect! David, our waiter was amazing. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the service was a step above.
Awesome experience. Top 5 sushi in the nation.
