   Overall the experience was good but the rice used for sushi wasn’t good . We went to brunch special . My son who loves salmon sushi but is very particular with the taste of rice didn’t like this one . The prime rib was too chewy and the karaage was overcooked . The desert selection was not great and they ran out of chocolate mouse . I guess if you pay all you can eat the taste and quality of sushi becomes sub par . I would probably recommend this for just regular dine in not the brunch special .

   The service was slow and bad. The food couldn’t keep up with the demand and the selection was limited. Not worth the value. We were sat at 230 and told they wrapped up at 3?? Rushing on mothers days wasn’t ideal

   The yellow tale and short rib tacos were amazing. Didn’t have the best server so it wasn’t the greatest experience, but the food was good

   Megan was our server and we let he decided our menu for us. Best move we could have made! Her selections were amazing and we can’t wait to go back again!

   We decided to try the Nobu brunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We have been to Nobu in other cities for dinner and love the food and ambiance. The food and service was great however the ambiance was unfortunately not as expected. The music did not fit the scene, it was loud and club like. It made the ambience feel cheap. Appreciate the service and attention of the staff throughout. Will try dinner next time.

   I originally had Nobu brunch in London so I was excited when they started offering brunch in Dallas. This was such a letdown. The waffles for the chicken and waffles were cold, deserts were not tasty, and the crispy rice was so cold and hard I was worried I chipped a tooth. There was not nearly the same spread as London and this was such a waste of $200.
