The food and drinks were amazing! I had their old fashion which is best I’ve ever tasted. Their food was well portioned and tasted great. I had one of their spicy tuna rolls and an app (I don’t remember what it was). The ambience was great and seemed like a place the younger Dallas elites regularly eat at. Overall, I recommend it for a social hang out, special anniversaries, and other special occasions.

First time and I enjoyed every bit! Eric was/is amazing, I will be dining here again and I seriously only want to come on the night he’s working. He’s so personable and gave great recommendations for everything! I never order dessert typically but I had to try the donuts and it didn’t disappoint.

This was our 1st time at Nobu. And it was Thanksgiving. So it wasn't crowded. Our server was very attentive and not rushed. Food was just amazing. We wanted non turkey food. And this was the perfect place. Thank you Nobu.

Staff was nice and very pleasant. Food was good, but not wow. There are a few better sushi spots in Dallas but not many. Is Nobu good, yes? But are they worth the value the charge for their name..No. kinda feels like they rely on their name not the service and quality of food that made the name in the first place. But post COVD you take what you get. So…it’s really good…but you’re going to spend an amount you could get really high quality food and better service somewhere else.

This was our first time to any Nobu restaurant. We loved it and can’t wait to go back. Every dish we had was great. The crispy rice, lobster tempura, rock shrimp, and two different kinds of spicy edamame were the most memorable. We wouldn’t get the waygu beef again. It was good but not great for the price. It just tasted like good steak but nothing incredible. We had the giant crab leg and oh my, it was amazing. Expensive but worth it. Our only negative thoughts…the restroom situation isn’t good - down a couple flights of stairs with no elevator, and out of toilet paper. The other negative was that the bar was slow. It took forever to get our drinks, and they kept saying the “bar is backed up”. That shouldn’t happen at a nice place like Nobu. Overall, we loved it and will go back again and again.

We had high hopes for a memorable dining experience at Nobu to celebrate my wife's birthday, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations for several reasons: 1. Our server left early, leaving us in the dark without any assistance. It was quite perplexing why they took our table if they had to leave early. 2. The main course was served with a significant delay, with nearly 40 minutes between the first and last person receiving their food. To make matters worse, my steak, ordered medium rare, arrived well-done and cold (I was the fourth person served). 3. Surprisingly, no cutlery or utensils were provided, and we had to repeatedly request them, which is unusual for a high-end restaurant. 4. Despite mentioning the birthday celebration in advance, it seemed to have been overlooked. Considering these issues, I'm unsure if I would return or recommend Nobu. This experience was truly disappointing and tarnished what should have been a special family day. I plan to share this feedback in a review, in the hopes that it can be addressed for future diners.

We ate at Nobu last night and were blown away. I have eaten at both Nobu locations in NYC and had high expectations as a result. The ambiance was energetic but not over the top or too loud. We had incredible wine and amazing sushi, sashimi, and hot and cold dishes. We ordered a bottle of wine, edamame, bluefin toro with truffle, king crab tempura, sea bass with truffle, shrimp and shojin tempura, tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, lobster sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, the soft shell crab roll, the yellowtail and scallion roll, the house roll, the Matteo roll, the buttermilk donuts, and the chocolate caramel brownie. Everything we ordered was perfect. The bluefin toro truffle dish was maybe one of the best things I’ve tasted in my life. Additionally, our server was extremely pleasant, helpful, and attentive but let us take our time with dinner. At no point did we feel rushed or crammed in. It was a great experience, and we will certainly be back.

We had a memorable outstanding meal on a Sat night. Two had the omakse and were amazed at the creative variety , preparation, presentation and generous sized portions . The service was impeccable. The main dining room/bar were quite noisy but we were lucky to be seated in the conservatory. The Alaskan king crab leg with panko crust and truffle sauce is a showstopper. Well worth the price!

We dined in the lounge this time and had a great time! Chelsea and Eric provided excellent service. Fun cocktails and ambiance were perfect for a Saturday girls night out. Highly recommend the Salmon Karashi Sumiso, Lobster Tacos, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and the Caramel Sobacha Brownie for dessert.

The upside responsive client focused manger, good was phenomenal The downside the service sill set was consistent with fast casual task driven with no attention the customer (constantly removing plates without asking and with food still on them- once the young lady attempted to take my dates plate with food on it while she was reaching for more food (weird) I was bumped into three times by multiple waiters and not one initiated an apology, I made the request to be more cognizant. Recap food, ambiance, management top tier. Service consistent with a fast casual dining experience. Thank you

I love Nobu . We been going to NY NOBU while living in New Jersey . Now we moved to dallas suburb and also like NOBU dallas . They have local Mexican accent in NOBU dallas food . It is pricy but delicious!

Dining omakase with Nobu is always a culinary delight. The team at Nobu Dallas does a fantastic job at tailoring the menu to your preferences and always delivers a memorable dining experience. If you don't have time to sit down for a full dinner, at least do something delightful for yourself by trying the Black Cod and the Miso Cappuccino for dessert.

Waiters are always pushing on you to hurry up. The power went out at the restaurant and they were unprepared and didn’t let people know what was going on even though later they said this happens every once in awhile. Unnerving and no engagement or discount or anything. Very odd. Been to lots of Nobus and not a fan of this one

Our server (who normally works at the Houston location I believe) served us at the sushi bar and was outstanding. We’ve been to Nobu’s all over the world and this was the first location where the staff was overtly friendly and personable. 10/10 thank you!

The quality of the food was very good, fairly well presented. The service was disappointing by Nobu standards, inattentive at best -- we were served the wrong first course, for example. Our server was nice enough but perhaps spread too thin. All in all, it was a disappointment.
