    First time and definitely won’t be the last! Every course was better than the last. What really made our experience was the service! Amy was absolutely fantastic! She never made us feel rushed, great suggestions and just overall kind attentive service. Can’t wait for my next culinary journey at Nobu!

    Overall, a great experience — the food quality was excellent and lived up to the reputation. That said, the variety on offer felt more limited compared to other locations I’ve visited, such as Atlanta, Chicago, and London, which had a broader selection. Still, what was available was executed very well.

    We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. We requested Jose because he is amazing. From confirming to arriving, Nobu is great. Everyone is so nice and we always get seated fast. The food quality is great and the drinks be drinking. I love it here, never change.

    Disappointed by the service during my short visit to Dallas Nobu. It took over 5 minutes just to get water, and another 5 for a drink menu. When our waitress finally approached, she didn’t introduce herself—just asked what we wanted to drink. For a place with Nobu’s reputation, the lack of attention and basic hospitality was surprising. We ended up leaving shortly after. Not the experience I expected.
