With a menu that pleases the most sophisticated of palates, feast on imported Asian fish, seafood, sushi rolls and exotic delicacies. There are always delicious surprises in store when perusing the Nobu menu. The most popular dish is the signature Black Cod with sweet miso. Socialize and be seen in the stylish Nobu Lounge, great for cocktails, dates and large parties. The exclusive lounge menu features appetizing items not available at other Nobu locations, and available only after the main dining room closes. In the mood for sake? Nobu stocks three rare sakes from Japan's Hokusetsu brewery on Sado Island, one of which is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.

The food was good, but ruined by “ server and kitchen conscious” service — > 30 minutes between rolls, never checked on. Arguably the worst Nobu experience of many. Hope other diners had a better experience than our party.

I love Nobu....I have dined at many locations and always enjoy the dining experience. On Wednesday, arrived early and had a drink at the bar.... Lychee Martini was perfectly prepared by Donnell.....an outstanding bartender. She is friendly and professional. When my dinner companions arrived, I approached the Hostess and said we were ready to be seated. She told me my reservation was for 5:45, and I would need to wait until then to be seated, it was 5:43......I thought she was joking, sadly, she was not. She went back to her conversation with her co workers and I stood there a little annoyed, I felt she was not very nice. I allowed a few minutes to pass. At 5:46, I politely reminded her and she seated us.....now the table had been ready and I really was taken aback by her statement and actually having me stand there, Martini in hand for no reason. I asked her why she had me wait as we were seated and she really couldn't give me an answer. I thought it was odd. I did ask to see the manager so I could understand.

Billy was our server and he did a wonderful job serving many different interesting dishes and the meal was first rate. I enjoy the server choosing a variety of the most popular dishes.

The manager did speak with me, and I explained almost exactly as above he said he would look into it.....never saw him again.

In all of my Nobu experiences, this was the only time I've had this type of thing happen. Normally Nobu has very high end, professional stall like Donyell and Billy. I still give an outstanding review, but the bad attitude and the Managers inaction is disappointing.

The food was fabulous as usual. The service could have been the same if we had another waiter. He didn't explain the options on the menu, the different ways we could have ordered the tasting menu at all. Just came by and asked us what we wanted for dinner. The only way we heard about the different option on the menu is when we over heard the waitress from the next table give an extensive explanation to them. Would have been a perfect experience of we has the other waitress!

Food were delicious! Every dish was balance and stood out, we did not want the meal to end! Service was excellent, he ordered the whole meal and drinks for us and nailed it! Kudos to the whole team!

I have been to this Nobu several times and had good experiences but have noticed a decline in food quality and service over the past two years. Had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Hostesses were not very welcoming and seemed rushed. The food was over-seasoned and over-sauced. The main waiter seemed in a hurry and a bit too scripted. I have been to a number of fine dining Japanese restaurants on the west coast and Nobu is not in the top ten. It seems like it has become more focused on production and “selling” and less so on quality and attentive service. As a value proposition for $200 per person it is average at best.

We are in Las Vegas for a recharge and Nobu was the perfect end to our first night in town. We opted for the Omakase and were not disappointed. The progression and timing of the meal was seamless and well thought out. The attention to detail from the service staff was something that seems to be lacking in today’s culinary scene. The waitstaff read our pace and needs and made us feel welcome and taken care of.

I would have scored Nobu/LV higher, but the 2 hostesses were atrocious - they should be working at Ihop and not a Nobu restaurant. We had reservations and were seated 30 mins after our reservation w/o an apology - I actually had to stand in front of the hostess to remind her that we still were not seated and that she had forgotten to have our table set up for us (we saw our empty table sitting there for over 20 mins!). Our table just needed to be set for 4 people vs 8 people, yet she had forgotten that she told us our table would be ready in 5 - 10 mins. I had to remind her twice (our reservation was for 8:30 and we were not seated until 9)!

When we were finally going to be seated, the second hostess sat us and didn't even speak to us - she was completely annoyed w/ us as if we were not worth her time. I have been to 3 other Nobu restaurants, and by far, this was the worst service I have ever experienced. The only saving graces were our waitress (Heather) and the food. Heather was amazing and definitely tried to make up for the 2 hostesses. Again, these hostesses should be working at an Ihop and not a Nobu - we spent close to $1k on our dinner, so these hostesses should be trained better on how to treat patrons. They ruined the whole Nobu experience for all of us.

Ultimately, the food was great as expected from a Nobu restaurant and the drinks weren't bad either (the Lychee martini is my fav!). I likely wouldn't go back to this establishment if the hostess service continues to be rude...would probably just swing by the bar and have light bites instead.

One of the best meals we have eaten. Let the waiter surprise us. He brought out several off menu items I would have not ordered. The A5 Wagyu was expensive but worth the treat.

Made a reservation over a month in advance, arrived on time and the host made us wait 15 mins past our reservation time while she instantly sat walking ahead of us. Rude.
