Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
We are in Las Vegas for a recharge and Nobu was the perfect end to our first night in town. We opted for the Omakase and were not disappointed. The progression and timing of the meal was seamless and well thought out. The attention to detail from the service staff was something that seems to be lacking in today’s culinary scene. The waitstaff read our pace and needs and made us feel welcome and taken care of.
My first time at Nobu! We sat at the sushi bar and watched the chefs build beautiful, amazing, fresh food. The beer and the blueberry vodka cocktail was superb. We slowly ate a sushi plate with our drinks, keeping our costs down. A wonderful experience-eagerly anticipating the next visit!
Great innovative dishes. Off menu creations are highly recommended. Strongly recommend a reservation unless you enjoy being sat a small cocktail table in the bar. My wife and I look forward to this dinner each trip we make to Sin City. By no means is it the cheapest meal you will have but if you have a few hundred to spare, impress your date by ordering two of the chefs tasting menus. You will not regret it.
This was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Top 5 dining experiences of my life and my mother’s who has lived and dined all over the world. The waiter selected our entire meal and it was sensational, plus they catered to my gluten free request with ease! The service was impeccable, there were men standing watching the second you finished your plate to remove it and I ate a piece of food they served to clean my palate and a gentleman immediately noticed me it was upside down, they were really watching! We had about 15 plates and they all made you say wow, this is delicious. It is pricey but worth it but if you’re on a budget, the waiter will ask you how much you would like to spend each to cater to your needs. This is what dining should be and makes you feel like royalty. So wonderful
The service was great, the food was very good, the price was ridiculously overpriced. In a nutshell, the portions are small and the price is very high. The food is very well presented and tastes great!
Clearly, nobody seems to care about the price. Must all be in town for a conference or seminar and have an expense account paying for the meal.
We are very glad that we dined here and had the experience, but will probably not be going back.
BTW, our bill for 2 was $350 with 2 drinks each, no wine or sake. We ate very lightly.
It was noted on our reservation that this was our anniversary. No one acknowledged this at all......slightly disappointing!
An unforgettable meal - I believe it's ruined sushi for me forever because I'm not sure where else I could get a comparable experience! The flavours, meal, service was amazing. Cocktails were great to boot. Recommended for the food and just the whole atmosphere.
A- for the food
D- for the service
We were so looking forward to our dinner here on Sunday evening. I guess a light dinner wasn't enough of a check for the servers or host or manager to care about us. We were ignored and forgotten about. Never even took our drink order! Our server was attending various parties in 3 different rooms while other servers had one or two tables. We had to get up and go find our own soy sauce when our rolls arrived!!
As a frequent traveler to Vegas, I feel there are many other great seafood/ sushi options to go elsewhere.
The food was delicious. Our waiter, Scott L, was incredibly rude and did not appear to wish to be in the service industry. Scott was short/abrupt in his responses to any of our questions (party of 6) and up-sold every possibly opportunity—not answering our questions rather recommending most expensive alternatives. At the end of our meal I inquired about the two birthdays we were celebrating; Scott’s response “you didn’t buy any dessert.” I informed him that is correct but we would like to have the two birthdays recognized, as we were quite full therefore do not wish to order desserts, and his response was “well, if you don’t order dessert we won’t.” He then asked “so then the (some dessert)”....when I asked if we could recognize the birthdays then he said “yes if you buy (the dessert).” At this point, aside from the horrible service we received from Scott up until this inquiry, I was completed appalled.
We will NOT be returning to Nobu due to this server, Scott L. The bussers and other staff we encountered at Nobu were lovely, but Scott L and his negative attitude/demeanor and blatant lack of desire to be helpful/kind will have us never return to Nobu.
Excellent food. Best taste experience of my life. My only critique of Nobu was that they wouldn't let us separate our checks. I get that it is part of the experience, but this is Las Vegas, and there are a lot of conventions in town and people need their reimbursements especially for amazing food. I bet Nobu can afford a calculator to equally distribute a bill amongst six people.
We have been traveling to Vegas since 1989. This was our first visit to NOBU. Over the years, I have sampled most of tbe great restaurants. NOBU sets itself apart. Every aspect of the dining experience was outstanding. The staff is ridiculously well trained and personable. If you are intimidated by the menu...do not be. Your server will make it simple and cater to your likes. The food is superior.
Simply...a top notch restaurant.
The food was exceptional. But to get to exceptional food and service, you pay for it. So it’s expensive, but the best if you can afford it. Also service was great, only hiccup was after paying the bill, we stayed to finish our drinks and never saw the server again. Overall so impressed with the restaurant, we will come back for sure
