Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Spectacular. Food was delicious, excellent service. Worth the hype
My husband and I always make sure when we are in Las Vegas to make a reservation at Nobu at Caesars on our first visit years ago we were lucky enough to get seated in johnathon’s section he made our visit unbelievably wonderful. I have a few dietary restrictions and after hearing that he just smiled and brought us dish after dish of the most delicious food that we couldn’t stop thinking about after we left. Since we have visited many times and always asked for Johnathon and over and over he brings us not only our favorites but some new surprises as well. I just can’t say enough how much our visits to Nobu and being taken care of by Johnathon have become the highlight of our trips
My wife and I went to dinner here after attending a concert at Caesar's. We've dined at other Nobu's but this experience was extremely disappointing. The food was overpriced with very small portions. Overall it has no taste; just bland & lukewarm Our server disappeared halfway through our meal. Only to find out she was asked to roll napkins rather than take care of customers. Our bill was $250. We left starving and annoyed.
As a long time visitor to Las Vegas, I'm sorry to say this is the new normal for Vegas restaurants. Bad, overpriced food; inattentive/rude service; and a total lack care for providing quality culinary experiences.
Food had no taste. The service was rushed and unfriendly. Way over priced for what we ordered and ate. Won't be back.
An absolute culinary experience that will never be forgotten. I simply gave the waiter a budget and he took it from there, providing a very memorable dinner. Bring your wallet for sure, but it’ll be worth every penny!
Server and other Staff exceptional. Food was excellent. Loved the atmosphere.
Awesome food , great service
Will be back
So overpriced! $600 for 4 of us
Nobu is famous worldwide but the price is definetely not worthy. The food is great, but it is sold for a lot more money than it worths. There are several other japanese restaurants in Vegas with similar quality and better prices
Great food and grate ambiance. Would definitely recommend this restaurant
Excelent food service AMD ambiance
Server could have been a bit more attentive. Had to wait a bit for drink refill and for dessert! Other than that it was great!
This was our first dining experience at Nobu. It did not disappoint. Our waiter asked what types of protein we liked, raw and/or cooked, and how much we wanted to spend. The entire evening was a gastronomic experience of the highest kind. We all loved it and there were six of us. Even the dessert was divine. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Food was excellent. Went with tasting menu and ended up with dessert that we wouldn’t have ordered. Lychee martini was outstanding and service was very attentive.
This was one of the most amazing meals I have had in a long time. Letting the Chef pick the menu (after listening to our preferences) was a great decision.
Amazing omakase experience and great ambience. We really enjoyed every dish.
Food is always incredible. Our favorite restaurant!
Not impressed at all for all the hype. The service was sparse and the the food was “O. K.”
Nobu is every sushi lover’s dream. It is mouth-watering, melting, out-of-this-world food. However, if you’re even remotely concerned about how much dinner will cost, this is not the restaurant for you :)
Amazing experience our server Jay really made our anniversary special!
Excellent food, service and ambiance. Recommend to anyone who is interested in the best food in Vegas
our main server was not very attentive and didn't really explain the menu very well. we saw him maybe 2 times in the 3 hours of us dining there. the ones that were bringing out the food though were very friendly and attentive. I would expect the service to be more thorough from such a well known place esp when the night was not that busy. food worth it? I will say so. if you are looking for more the food and just to try it out then I will recommend. otherwise I def prefer the LA location in terms of service
This was our first visit to Nobu (& was debating between it & Red Plate). Glad we ate here. My daughter said it was the best meal she’s ever had. My husband said the service was impeccable (when you leave for any reason, your napkin is folded & put at your place). We did NOT have to yell to talk to each other, which was a nice surprise. The food was extraordinary- both in taste & preparation. No worries about formal attire— business casual was the norm. We will be back!
Everything we ordered was impeccably prepared. The black cod with miso was OUTSTANDING!
Food was exceptional and we loved every bite however the environment was loud and not particularly relaxing given how busy and loud it was. I would not go back or recommend Nobu for this reason. Kudos to the chef though! 🙂
The service was OK. We sensed a little bit of an attitude from the waiter, when we were asking questions about Japanese culture and eating culture. Overall the atmosphere was good, however nothing that we would feel necessary to go back to.
Miso cod and yelllow tail app are amazing. Service and ambiance were good.
The food as always- simply amazing!!!
The food lacked the punch of flavors that I'm used to with Wolfgang Puck's restaurants. The flavors were muted and overwhelmed by the butter in the dishes.
This was our third time dining at Nobu. The service was fair. Seemed rushed and the timing of our dishes was off. We would wait long in between dishes and then get served with multiple dishes. All that being said, the food was good but not for what our bill was. The bill was horrendous. I would gladly pay top dollar for a top dollar experience but sadly we were all disappointed not to mention still hungry when we left.
Way overpriced, portions are very small
They push on you to order and eat fast and clear tables, for what you pay should be able to take time and enjoy
Delicious and expensive, as expected. A fun way to splurge in Vegas.
Without a doubt the best sushi meal/experience Ive ever had. Scott our server catered the entire meal to our taste preferences and kept us on budget - you can easily spend $500-$1000 on dinner if you are hungry enough and want fine cuisine.
Terrific Meal, Terrific Service. Great pre Mariah Carrey Dinning option
Cool vibe and the dishes were creative and well executed.
We love nobu!!!! Never ever a regret!!
As always, great food, great atmosphere and the service was first class.
We had a great dining experience as always. Our server, Michael, was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
