Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Jennifer Chow

From the OpenTable editors: Come to legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Caesars Palace spot for the refined Japanese-inspired dishes that made the restaurant a global phenomenon. Dressed with lanterns and natural wooden accents, the elegant dining room sets the stage for a decadent meal of knockout sushi along with Nobu classics like miso black cod. For a full-on celebration, get the omakase menu, prepared tableside on teppanyaki grills.

We were told that we needed to leave because they needed our table. Basically got kicked out when THEY took forever to bring our food out! So be prepared to be rushed to eat. We had a large group and our bill was $1,600, but that did not matter.

An amazing dining experience! We had the flambe' A5 Wagu, Salmon with crispy spinach, tuna cut roll, roasted califlower, and the Whiskey Cappuccino. Absolutely incredible flavors and quality.

The Omisake experience was ok. Not worth $250 per person. In fact all 3 of us had stomach aches and issues after eating there. Would not pay for this experience again.

We had a great dinner at Nobu in Caesars Palace. It was perfect and we loved sitting and watching them make sushi. Everything we ate was so so good.

The cold dishes were amazing in flavor , but you may leave hungry if you don’t round out your experience with hot dishes; the miso black cod was delicious and the portion size was spot on!

Way too expensive for little “bites”. The oven roasted lobster was $150 and might have got 8 bites. This is the Cartier of food. You are paying ridiculous prices for the name. An old fashion drink was $35. The Sapparo beer comes out in a small thin cup not like a pint and was like $12 i think. We paid with tip $550 for 2 adults and a teenager. Bacchanal buffet would have been cheaper and a LOT more food. $10 for 1 piece of sashimi, gtfoh

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and I have to say I was disappointed with the service. Our server kept trying to push the dinner experience menu even though my husband and I knew exactly what we wanted. We were trying to pace ourselves, but he made a comment about backing up the kitchen, which felt unnecessary. I tried to flag him down a few times to order another beer and a hot tea, but he didn’t acknowledge us at all. Meanwhile, the table next to us, a party of four, got constant attention. Honestly, the runner was more helpful than our actual server. He mentioned he’s been working there for 12 years—maybe that’s why he’s still around: he knows how to push the high-end menus so the restaurant makes more money. Our bill was over $300, and we left feeling unappreciated. We came here to celebrate a milestone and expected good service to match the price and the occasion. Sadly, it just wasn’t there. The food was good, but the attitude and lack of attention from our server really put a damper on our evening. I hope management sees this and reminds the staff that sometimes guests just want to enjoy their meal at their own pace without being upsold or made to feel like an inconvenience. For a special occasion, we expected better.
