Everything was delicious. VERY PRICY
Wonderful service and atmosphere! Food was out of this world delicious!!
Amazing food, amazing service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique dining experience.
Loved the food. The service was mega helpful, and during covid, they definitely know how to make everyone feel safe.
Perfect! As always fresh and adventurous, will be back!
Great experience, as always!
This was the worst service ever! We spent over $300 here to be treated like we were not worth being there. Our server was constantly ignoring us and on the phone by the front entrance. We had to flag other workers that would “get our server” He never came and our appetizer the crab tempura I kept asking was still missing never came until the very end after we were full and still paid for it even when we couldn’t eat it. This was the worst fine dinning experience we experienced. My husband never got his last beer nor did I get my lychee martini! I will never go back! As sad as it was my husband tipped 0 and left a review on receipt. We are not picky nor rude guests we love dinning but it becomes a issue when the server talks over you and ignores you while talking. I could not believe this happened to us. We just got back from our vacation and still shocked how horrible the service was!
Love this place. Always a great meal. The specials are always amazing and always very expensive. LOL
Late Valentines
The ambiance was amazing but the food... the food was out of this world. I tried Sashimi for the first time and It was superb! Absolutely delicious!
I normally really, really like Nobu, but this last time was a little bit of a disappointment. First, they were 10-15 minutes late seating us for our reservation. Then we were in a room by ourselves and they had brought water, but they were still hassling us about masks and were a bit rude about it. The service in general didn’t seem to be up to their usual standard. The food however was very good as always.
Sons 30th birthday
I was unhappy with the attention we received from our waiter. He never came by after taking our order to see if we needed anything else. I was quite disappointed.
Always a memorable experience. Service was exceptional this round. Thank you for the delish food and great time.
Our reservation was for 9:15... they didn’t seat us until almost 10:00 which is when they close. Almost immediately after we sat down the server told us it was last call for the kitchen. Service was still slow despite then obviously wanting us in and out. Sushi was basic and overpriced. No special rolls just plain tuna/California etc. Tuna tataki was good but not the best I’ve ever had.
Our server was amazing!
The waiter was AMAZING! his service was absolutely to the T. The gentlemen who picked up our after plates are so amazing as well!!!!! It was spectacular’ a little on the small side for food, but I absolutely loved the Vanilla Tart! I had to order TWO & wanted a third! Thank you! I will definitely be back!
We were trying to have an anniversary dinner but we’re seated between a wedding party at 2 different tables and a family that put all the kids at one table. It was so loud with everyone shouting table to table, it ruined the experience. Furthermore, we had questions about the restaurant and the menu and the server didn’t seem interested in answering any questions.
The police keep the mask 😷 until the food is in front you Maybe is little exaggerated. the waitress insists that you put on and take off your mask every time you drink. Your policy of maintaining COVID prevention is a bit extreme. Overall was a great experience!
Fantastic! Highly recommend Nobu!
Wow. Every bite was a journey and I loved every second of it.
The food was outstanding and so was the service. We had the family tasting menu for two people. We both loved the food and overall experience. We have been to Nobu at The Hard Rock and it was just as good if not better here.
Always fantastic!
The sushi at Nobu was as advertised, great! The bluefin tuna is a must have... highly recommend visiting if you are in Las Vegas.
Food was just decent. Service was good. Overall unimpressed.
It was a perfect dinner! We got an appetizer— the tempura shrimp— that was AMAZING & perfectly fried! Our entrées were delicious as well. My husband got three kinds of sushi & I got the beef. The purple ice cream for dessert was some of the best ice cream we have ever had. Everything was divine.
We ordered the family style tasting menu, every course was delicious and just so stupid good!!!! It was worth every penny! Each course had seafood or beef. The lobster tempura was so amazing! Our server was great! The sake flight and spicy acai cocktail were great too!
Everything was excellent food, service, atmosphere.
A greatly disappointing establishment. I had heard great things about Nobu and because it’s one of the only restaurants in Las Vegas with a Michelin rated chef still open I really wanted to try it for my recent visit, and booked weeks in advance. When we got there we were sat and our drink orders were taken by a nice waiter. When the drinks arrived we removed our masks to drink and we were quickly reprimanded by a different for having masks off, telling us they need to stay on until food is served. This would be completely fine except there were apparently multiple exceptions to the rule. Two tables away there was a group of males with only drinks and their masks off the entire time, the hostesses that walked past stopped to hug them though so apparently that was excused. Within a few minutes another group of girls met them and now with six people they were up out of their seats with their masks off mingling in the back section of the restaurant we were in. They eventually left without ordering any food, not sure if they were asked to leave but surely they weren’t asked to put a mask on immediately like we were. (Which again isn’t the issue it’s that it wasn’t enforced to all) we ordered a few appetizers, the tempura vegetables and the crunchy rice spicy tuna. The tuna was delicious and the veggies were crunchy, though there was only one of each vegetable with only 5 total pieces. We then ordered the mushroom soup, chef special sushi roll, eel roll and edamame. The mushroom soup was flavorless literally just different mushrooms in warm water, didn’t even taste like there was a broth. The chefs special was underwhelming for a world class sushi restaurant with a seemingly random assortment of fish in a roll that fell apart completely when trying to eat. The Eel roll had just cucumber and rice, with a sauce resembling eel sauce but not as sweet. Probably the best roll we got but $30 for 6 pieces of just eel cucumber and rice. The edamame was acceptable for edamame.
Food and service was really excellent.
Good food, service was just ok, ambiance was nothing special but at the same time we are in a pandemic. Overall worth going since the food is amazing.
Great service and meal as always!.. Definitely pricey but the food, service and experience never disappoint!!
Service was great, food was expensive but fantastic. Great ambience. Would definitely recommend if your wallet can handle it. Expect to spend about 150-200 per person.
Food was incredible and service was excellent. Did the omakase for dinner and each course was perfect.
The food was AMAZING!
Food, service, ambiance... full marks Nobu! Our evening was everything we’d hoped for. Can’t say enough about the food! Yellowtail jalapeño, Waygu flambé, lobster wasabi, new style sashimi, tempura stone crab and lychee martinis. AMAZING! The flourless chocolate cake was sinful. I’m not a desert person however I certainly made an exception for that cake!
Amber, our server, was fantastic! She helped guide us through our wonderful dining experience. We’ll certainly visit Nobu again!
Had the vegan tasting menu and it was delicious and exciting. Highly recommend
