Nobu - Caesars Palace Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
AMAZING!! The food was awesome and so was the service. One in our group has celiac disease. They took great care and made perfect recommendations to ensure she could enjoy all the best they had to offer. Really impressed by the entire evening. Worth every penny. And don't dine there if you're counting pennies. It's expensive. But well worth it.
Nobu has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Anytime I visit a city that hosts a Nobu restaurant I make the time to visit. I always recommend others do the same and order the Omakase. You will never be disappointed. Excellent, fresh, meticulously prepared.
Fantastic food, excellent service. I had the tasting menu and a flight of sake. My waiter was kind enough to write out on a card for me the dishes I had as part of the tasting menu. I sat at the sushi bar, so I could watch the sushi chefs prepare my cold dishes and other customers orders. Everything was impeccably fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, from the first cold course (ceviche) down to dessert (the best chocolate cake and green tea ice cream!). Will definitely return next time I'm in Las Vegas.
I really like the ambiance and set up. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Chris, our server really knew what foods we would enjoy and he was on point. We enjoyed our meal, and they acknowledged my wife's birthday celebration with a beautiful dessert.
Started the night off with Shishito Peppers and Rock Shrimp Tempura with the Butter Ponzu suace, which were both absolutely delicious and well seasoned. The breading on the tempura were simultaneously light and crispy. Then we had a Hamachi and Jalapeno roll, also tasty. We had to try the Black Cod Miso and it lived up to the hype. The fish was cooked perfectly and the Miso sauce was extremely flavorful. I had one order of yellowtail sushi and it was the best sushi I've had in my life. The sushi rice reminded me of a sushi rice risotto I've had at a different sushi restaurant and the yellowtail was, of course, exceptionally fresh. I want to go back just for sushi next time.
We have paid for 3 Michelin restaurants that are way pricier than Nobu in Vegas.
However, in all honesty the portions here are ridiculously small (although unbelievably tasty).
We left it to the Chef to create a family style experience. The waiter forgot one course and asked that if we were full we could skip it.
That really was an out of this world question if we already committed to $800 between 2 people. So he brings us a final appetizer of Tempura (a course that normally should be served in the beginning).
The food is undeniably tasty though. There are better options in Vegas though.
Our server Matthew was really nice and very attentive. Food was great; the appearance of the food is also very pretty. Would definitely recommend the miso marinated black cod. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't order from the teppanyaki menu. The ice cream at the end was a little dissapointing as well - was on the sweet side for me personally.
Nobu was fantastic! Scott took great care of us. We were not familiar with Japanese cuisine and so asked him to create an experience for us. He rose to the occasion and we enjoyed our adventure tremendously. The signature dish Miso Black Cod was certainly the star of the show. It was incredibly pricey but worth the one time splurge! Not only did Scott do an incredible job, I want to also mention Jeff who said he had just started working there, but was very personable and helped us to feel like family. Great experience
